Man, what a day! Seriously, I can’t even. So, I’m a potter, right? Just chillin’ in Jedlicze, my little slice of heaven. But today? Pffft, it was a rollercoaster. First off, I woke up late. Like, super late. My alarm? Totally betrayed me. I jumped outta bed, hair all over the place, looking like a mad scientist. I live on ul. Słowackiego, and let me tell ya, the view from my window is usually dope. But today? Rain. Ugh. Just my luck. So, I rush to my workshop on ul. 3 Maja. I’m sprinting, dodging puddles like I’m in some weird Olympic event. I get there, and guess what? My clay shipment is late. Like, seriously? I need that clay! I’m about to lose it. I mean, how hard is it to deliver some mud, right? While I’m fuming, my buddy Tomek shows up. He’s always got this goofy grin. “Hey, man! Chill!” he says. Chill? I’m about to throw a pot at the wall! But then he pulls out this crazy mug he made. It’s got a face on it. A face! I can’t help but laugh. It’s ridiculous. So, we start working, and I’m trying to focus. But then, boom! The power goes out. Just my luck again! I’m in the dark, surrounded by clay and tools. I’m like, “Great, now I’m a potter in a horror movie.” But then, I hear this commotion outside. I peek out the window, and there’s a parade! A freakin’ parade on ul. Piłsudskiego! I mean, who knew Jedlicze had parades? I’m standing there, clay-covered and all, watching these kids dancing and people throwing confetti. It’s wild! I grab my phone, snap a pic, and post it. “Only in Jedlicze!” I write. People start commenting, and I’m feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. It’s like, yeah, this is my town. After the parade, the power comes back. Finally! I get back to work, and I’m feeling inspired. I start shaping this pot, and it’s coming out amazing. I’m in the zone, you know? But then, I accidentally knock over a whole shelf of mugs. They shatter everywhere. I’m like, “Nooooo!” Tomek bursts out laughing. “Dude, you’re a disaster!” I can’t even be mad. I just start laughing too. It’s one of those days, right? Later, I decide to take a break. I stroll down to the local bakery on ul. Kwiatowa. Best pastries ever! I grab a paczek, and it’s like heaven in my mouth. Seriously, if you’re in Jedlicze, you gotta try it. As I’m munching, I see this old lady feeding pigeons. She’s got this whole flock around her. I’m thinking, “Man, I need that kind of vibe.” Just chillin’, feeding birds, no worries. But then, I hear this loud crash. I turn, and some dude just knocked over a bike. He’s cursing up a storm. I can’t help but chuckle. “Welcome to Jedlicze, buddy!” Finally, I head back to my workshop. I’m exhausted but happy. I sit down, look at my pots, and think, “Yeah, today was a mess, but it was my mess.” So, that’s my day in Jedlicze. Full of chaos, laughter, and a bit of clay. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
