Man, what a day! I swear, Kozienice really knows how to throw a curveball. So, I wake up, right? Sun’s shining, birds chirping, and I’m like, “Today’s gonna be chill.” LOL, boy was I wrong. First off, I’m cruising down ul. Radomska, thinking about my first client. She’s a total diva, always late, but I love her. I pull up to the salon, and guess what? The power’s out! Like, seriously? In the middle of a Tuesday? I’m standing there, hairdryer in hand, looking like a total fool. I mean, c’mon, Kozienice, get it together! So, I’m pacing around, trying to figure out what to do. I decide to hit up the café on ul. 3 Maja. Best coffee in town, no cap. I order my usual – a double espresso, extra shot of “I need to wake up.” While I’m waiting, I see this cute dog outside. Like, the fluffiest thing ever. I’m talking major cuteness overload. I’m about to go pet it when the owner yanks it away. Rude! I’m like, “Chill, dude, I just wanna say hi!” Finally, I get my coffee, and I’m feeling a bit better. I head back to the salon, and guess what? The power’s back! Yasss! I’m ready to slay some hair. My diva client strolls in, late as usual, and she’s like, “Sorry, traffic was wild.” I’m thinking, “Girl, it’s Kozienice, not New York!” But whatever, I love her drama. We start chatting, and she spills some tea about her love life. Apparently, her boyfriend ghosted her. I’m like, “What? In this day and age?” I mean, come on, it’s 2023! I give her the best advice I can muster while trying to make her hair look fabulous. I’m a stylist, not a therapist, but hey, I’m here for it. After that, I’m feeling pumped. I decide to take a stroll down ul. Księcia Józefa Poniatowskiego. It’s such a vibe, with all the little shops and people just hanging out. I stop by this boutique, and OMG, they have the cutest dresses. I’m like, “I need this in my life!” But then I check the price tag. Ugh, my wallet just cried a little. Then, outta nowhere, it starts pouring. Like, seriously? I’m caught without an umbrella. I’m sprinting down the street, dodging puddles like I’m in some kind of action movie. I’m soaked, hair’s a mess, and I’m just laughing at the absurdity of it all. Kozienice, you wild! Finally, I duck into a little bar on ul. Sienkiewicza. I order a drink, and the bartender’s super chill. We start chatting, and he tells me about this local band playing later. I’m like, “Count me in!” I need some good vibes after this rollercoaster of a day. As the night rolls in, I’m feeling good. I hit up the concert, and it’s lit! The band is awesome, and everyone’s dancing. I’m just vibing, forgetting all the craziness. I even meet some cool people. We’re all laughing, sharing stories, and I’m thinking, “This is what life’s about.” So, yeah, Kozienice, you’re a wild ride. You made me laugh, cry, and everything in between. I’m exhausted but happy. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings. Just another day in the life of a stylist, right?
