Man, what a day! Seriously, I can’t even. So, I wake up in Myszków, right? The sun’s shining, birds are chirping, and I’m like, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Spoiler alert: it was NOT chill. First off, I hit up ul. 1 Maja for some coffee. You know, the good stuff. I’m standing there, waiting for my brew, and this dude in front of me orders, like, a 10-step coffee. I’m just trying to get my caffeine fix, man! I’m like, “Bro, it’s coffee, not a science experiment!” But whatever, I’m patient. Kinda. So, I finally get my coffee, and I’m feeling good. I stroll down ul. Piłsudskiego, soaking in the vibes. The street’s buzzing, people everywhere. I see this old lady selling flowers. She’s got the brightest sunflowers, and I’m like, “Aww, that’s cute.” I buy one, thinking it’ll brighten my day. Spoiler: it didn’t. Next, I decide to hit up the park by the river. You know, the one near ul. Księdza Biskupa Jordana? It’s usually peaceful, but today? Nah. There’s a bunch of kids playing soccer, and they’re LOUD. Like, I’m trying to chill, and they’re screaming like it’s the World Cup or something. I’m just sitting there, sipping my coffee, and thinking, “Why can’t kids be quiet for five minutes?” Then, outta nowhere, this kid kicks the ball, and it comes flying at me! I’m like, “Oh no, not today!” I duck, and the ball hits a tree instead. The tree? It’s like, “Really, dude?” I’m laughing, but also kinda mad. Like, come on, kids! After that, I decide to walk it off. I head over to ul. Słowackiego, where there’s this little shop that sells the best pierogi. I’m starving, right? I walk in, and the smell hits me like a brick wall. I order a plate, and while I’m waiting, I chat with the owner. She’s super nice, tells me about her grandma’s recipe. I’m like, “This is gonna be epic!” But then, the power goes out. Just like that. I’m standing there, in the dark, with my stomach growling. I’m thinking, “Great, just great.” The owner’s like, “Don’t worry, it happens.” I’m like, “Yeah, but I’m HUNGRY!” Finally, the lights flicker back on, and I get my pierogi. Worth the wait, though. So good! Feeling a bit better, I decide to take a stroll by the Myszków Castle ruins. It’s kinda cool, but also a bit creepy. I’m wandering around, and I swear I hear whispers. I’m like, “Is this place haunted?” I’m getting goosebumps, but I laugh it off. Just my imagination, right? As I’m leaving, I bump into an old friend. We start chatting, and it’s all good vibes. But then, he tells me he’s moving away. I’m like, “Dude, no! You can’t leave Myszków!” We reminisce about all the crazy times we had. It hits me hard. Life’s too short, man. By the time I get home, I’m exhausted. I flop on my couch, thinking about the day. It was a rollercoaster, for sure. Happy, mad, surprised—everything in between. Myszków, you crazy little town, you never fail to keep me on my toes!
