Wow, what a day! Seriously, I can’t even. So, I woke up in Niemodlin, right? This little gem of a town in Poland. I mean, it’s not exactly Paris, but it’s got its charm. The cobblestone streets, the old buildings—like, you can feel the history, ya know? So, I’m rushing outta my flat on ul. Kościuszki, coffee in hand, and boom! I spill it all over my new shirt. Great start, right? I’m like, “Awesome, just what I needed.” But whatever, I’m a stylist. I can fix this. First stop, the market on ul. Główna. It’s buzzing! People everywhere, vendors shouting about fresh veggies and flowers. I’m trying to find some cool fabrics for a client. I spot this cute little stall with the most vibrant colors. I’m like, “Yasss, this is it!” But then, this old lady cuts in front of me. Like, seriously? I’m about to lose it. I’m standing there, fuming, thinking, “Lady, I’m just tryna make the world a prettier place!” Finally, I get my fabrics, but I’m still salty. Next, I head to ul. Słowiańska. There’s this fab little café called Kawa i Ciastko. I need a pick-me-up, right? I order a latte and a slice of their famous szarlotka. I sit down, and guess what? My phone dies. Ugh! No music, no Instagram. Just me and my thoughts. And let me tell ya, my thoughts are wild. I’m thinking about how I need to revamp my whole wardrobe. Like, who even am I? I’m a stylist, but I’m wearing a coffee-stained shirt! After my mini existential crisis, I stroll down ul. 1 Maja. It’s a beautiful street, lined with trees. I’m feeling a bit better, ya know? Then I see this cute dog. I’m like, “Aww, look at that pup!” But then it starts barking at me. Like, chill, dude! I’m not here to steal your thunder. I finally make it to my client’s place. She’s a total sweetheart, but she’s late. I’m standing there, checking my watch, thinking, “C’mon, girl!” When she finally shows up, she’s got this wild hair and a face full of panic. Turns out, she had a wardrobe malfunction. Classic! We dive into her closet, and it’s a mess. Clothes everywhere! I’m pulling out stuff, and I’m like, “What even is this?” I find a neon green dress from, like, 2005. I’m dying. “Girl, this is a crime against fashion!” But we laugh it off. I help her pick out some killer outfits. By the end, she’s glowing. I’m feeling all warm and fuzzy inside. Like, this is why I do what I do. As I’m leaving, I walk past the old church on ul. Zamkowa. It’s stunning, especially at sunset. I stop for a sec, just taking it all in. Niemodlin, with its quirks and charm, is kinda magical. But then, I trip on a cobblestone. Classic me! I’m laughing, thinking, “What a day!” I head home, exhausted but happy. So yeah, Niemodlin, you’ve got my heart. Even with the spills, the barking dogs, and the wardrobe disasters. Can’t wait for tomorrow!
