Man, what a day! Seriously, I can’t even. So, I woke up in Sucha-Beskidzka, right? You know, that chill little town in Poland, surrounded by mountains and all that jazz. I was pumped to hit the streets, but boy, did I not expect what was coming. First off, I hit up ul. Mickiewicza for some coffee. Needed that caffeine fix, ya know? The barista was super chill, but then this dude walks in, all loud and obnoxious. Like, bro, it’s 8 AM! Can we not? He starts talking about his “epic” weekend like we all care. I mean, c’mon, man. I just want my coffee in peace! After that, I decided to stroll down ul. 1 Maja. It’s a nice street, lots of trees and stuff. But then, outta nowhere, it starts pouring! Like, seriously? I didn’t bring an umbrella. So, I duck into this little shop, and guess what? They’re selling the ugliest raincoats ever. I mean, who designed these? I felt like a walking trash bag. But hey, at least I was dry. So, I’m wandering around, trying to find something to do. I hit up the Sucha Beskidzka Castle. It’s kinda cool, but honestly, I was more interested in the view. The mountains in the background? Stunning! But then, I see this group of tourists. They’re all taking selfies, and I’m just standing there, like, “Do I photobomb them?” But nah, I just took a pic of the view instead. Way better. Then, I decided to grab some lunch at this local spot on ul. Szkolna. The food? Amazing! I had pierogi that were to die for. But the waiter? Ugh. He was so slow. I could’ve cooked the pierogi myself in the time it took him to bring my order. I was getting hangry, you know? But when the food finally came, I forgot all about it. So good! After lunch, I thought I’d check out the local market. Big mistake. It was packed! I mean, I love a good market, but this was chaos. People everywhere, yelling about prices. I almost lost my mind. And then, I bumped into this old lady. She was so sweet, but she had this massive bag of potatoes. Like, how does one person need that many potatoes? I couldn’t help but laugh. Then, I decided to chill by the river. The Raba River, to be exact. It’s pretty nice there. I sat on a bench, just watching the water flow. It was peaceful, until a bunch of kids showed up, throwing rocks. I mean, come on! Can’t a person enjoy some quiet? But then, one of them slipped and fell in. I couldn’t help but laugh. Sorry, not sorry! As the day went on, I felt a mix of emotions. Happy, annoyed, surprised. It was like a rollercoaster. I even thought about how Sucha-Beskidzka is this hidden gem. People don’t know about it, but it’s got character. The streets, the people, the vibe. Finally, I headed back home, exhausted but happy. I mean, what a day! I laughed, I got annoyed, I ate good food. Sucha-Beskidzka, you’ve got my heart. Can’t wait for the next adventure!
