Man, what a day! Zawiercie, you wild beast! I woke up thinking it’d be just another chill day, but nah, the universe had other plans. So, I’m rollin’ outta bed, right? My phone buzzes like crazy. I check it, and boom! My buddy, Kacper, texts me. “Yo, let’s hit up the Rynek!” I’m like, “Sure, why not?” I mean, who doesn’t love a good coffee at the main square? I grab my sketchbook, my trusty pencil, and head out. The sun’s shining, birds are chirping, and I’m feelin’ all artsy. I stroll down ul. 1 Maja, dodging pigeons like they’re ninjas. Seriously, those birds are relentless! I get to the Rynek, and it’s packed. Like, where did all these people come from? I spot Kacper at a café, sipping on some fancy latte. I sit down, and we start chatting about life, art, and all that jazz. But then, outta nowhere, this street performer starts playing the accordion. I mean, c’mon! It’s like a scene from a movie. I can’t help but laugh. But then, the vibe shifts. This dude walks by, and he’s got a dog that looks like it just escaped from a horror movie. I’m talkin’ about a scruffy little thing with one eye. It starts barking at Kacper, and I’m like, “Dude, chill! It’s just a dog!” But Kacper freaks out, spills his latte all over the table. Classic! After that chaos, we decide to walk down ul. Piłsudskiego. I’m sketching the old buildings, and Zawiercie’s architecture is just wild. You got these old-school brick buildings next to modern shops. It’s like a time warp! I’m lost in my art, and suddenly, I hear this loud crash. I turn around, and there’s this guy on a bike who just wiped out. I mean, he went down hard! I can’t help but laugh, but then I see he’s hurt. So, I rush over, and he’s like, “I’m fine, just my pride!” Classic Zawiercie moment, right? We help him up, and he’s super chill about it. We end up chatting, and he tells us about the best pierogi place in town. I’m like, “Dude, I’m in!” So, we all head over to this little spot on ul. Sienkiewicza. The pierogi? OMG, life-changing! I’m talkin’ about flavors that make you wanna dance. I’m stuffing my face, and Kacper’s just staring at me like I’m a monster. “Bro, slow down!” he says. But I can’t help it! After the food coma, we decide to walk it off. We hit up the park by ul. Wyszyńskiego. It’s beautiful there, man. Trees everywhere, kids playing, and I’m just sketching away. I feel so inspired. But then, outta nowhere, it starts pouring! Like, seriously? I’m soaked in seconds. Kacper and I run for cover under this old gazebo. We’re laughing, trying to dodge the rain, and I’m like, “This is the most Zawiercie day ever!” Finally, the rain stops, and we head back to the Rynek. The sunset is insane, painting the sky in pinks and oranges. I whip out my sketchbook again, trying to capture the moment. But then, I realize I’m just doodling random stuff. As the day winds down, I’m feeling all sorts of emotions. Happy, tired, a bit angry at the rain, but mostly grateful. Zawiercie, you crazy city, you’ve got my heart. I head home, my mind buzzing with ideas for my next animation. I can’t wait to bring this day to life. Zawiercie, you’ve been a wild ride!
