Man, what a day! Seriously, Assafarge is wild. I woke up, and the sun was blazin’ like it was tryin’ to roast me alive. I mean, c’mon, it’s not even summer yet! I live near Rua da Liberdade, and lemme tell ya, that street is always buzzing. So, I’m outta bed, chugging my coffee like it’s the elixir of life. I step outside, and boom! The smell of fresh pão quente hits me. I’m like, “Yes, please!” I grab a couple of those bad boys from the bakery on Avenida da República. Best decision ever. Then, I’m walkin’ down Rua da Alegria, right? And I see this street performer. Dude’s got a snake! A freakin’ snake! I’m a Snake Spell, but I ain’t about to handle a live one. I’m like, “Nah, man, I’ll stick to my spells.” But the crowd is hyped, and I’m just standing there, half-amazed, half-terrified. Suddenly, this kid runs up, trips, and spills his ice cream all over my shoes. I’m like, “Are you serious right now?” But then he looks up at me with those big eyes, and I can’t even be mad. I just laugh it off. Kids, man. They’re the real magic. So, I keep walking, and I hit up Praça da República. It’s packed! People everywhere, music blasting. I’m vibin’ until I see this guy trying to sell me some weird potion. I’m like, “Dude, I’m a Snake Spell, not a sucker!” But he’s persistent. I swear, he was like a snake himself, slithering around trying to get me to buy it. Then, outta nowhere, it starts to rain. Like, heavy rain. I’m soaked in seconds. I duck into a café on Rua do Comércio, and it’s packed. I squeeze in, and the barista is like, “What’s your poison?” I’m like, “Coffee, but make it strong!” I need it after this chaos. While I’m waiting, I overhear this couple arguing. They’re going at it, and I’m just sipping my coffee, eavesdropping like it’s my job. The guy’s all, “You never listen!” and she’s like, “Well, you never talk!” I’m thinking, “Man, relationships are like spells. You gotta find the right ingredients.” Finally, the rain stops, and I’m back out on the streets. I decide to hit up the market on Rua da Tradição. Fresh fruits, veggies, and all that good stuff. I’m grabbing some oranges when I spot this old lady selling handmade jewelry. I’m drawn in like a moth to a flame. I end up buying a bracelet that’s supposed to bring good luck. I’m like, “I could use some of that today!” As I’m leaving, I bump into my buddy, Miguel. He’s always got the craziest stories. He tells me about this time he tried to charm a snake for a spell and ended up getting bitten. I’m laughing so hard, I almost drop my oranges. But then, outta nowhere, I get a call. It’s my mentor, and he’s like, “We need to talk.” My heart drops. What now? I’m thinking, “Did I mess up a spell?” I’m sweating bullets. I rush over to his place on Rua do Sol. I’m nervous, like, what if I’m in trouble? But when I get there, he’s just chillin’, sipping tea. He tells me about a new spell I can learn. I’m like, “Phew! You scared me!” By the time I head home, I’m exhausted but happy. Assafarge is a rollercoaster, man. One minute you’re dodging ice cream, the next you’re learning new spells. I flop onto my bed, thinking about all the craziness. Tomorrow’s gotta be calmer, right? But knowing Assafarge, it’ll probably be even wilder. Can’t wait!
