Man, lemme tell ya about my day in Sernancelhe. Wow, just wow. I woke up thinkin’ it was gonna be chill, ya know? Just another day in this small town, but nah, life had other plans. So, I hit the streets, right? First stop, Café Central on Rua da Liberdade. Best coffee in town, no cap. I order my usual, a galão, and the barista, Maria, she’s like, “You again?” LOL, yeah, I’m addicted. But then, she spills it! All over the counter! I’m like, “Bruh, my caffeine fix!” But she laughs it off, and I can’t help but laugh too. After that, I stroll down Rua da Igreja. It’s a cute street, all cobblestones and old-school vibes. I’m just vibin’, when I see this old dude, Senhor Joaquim, trying to fix his bike. I mean, it’s a total wreck. I’m like, “Need a hand?” He looks at me like I’m crazy. “I’ve been fixing this for 20 years!” he says. I’m like, “Dude, maybe it’s time to let it go?” But he just grins. Classic Joaquim. Then, boom! Outta nowhere, it starts pouring. Like, seriously? I’m soaked in seconds. I duck into a shop on Avenida da Liberdade. It’s a little boutique, and the owner, Ana, is super sweet. She offers me a towel. I’m like, “You’re a lifesaver!” But then, I see this dress. It’s bright yellow, and I’m like, “I need this!” I try it on, and it’s a total disaster. I look like a banana. But hey, at least I made Ana laugh. So, I’m finally dry, and I decide to hit up the park, Parque de Sernancelhe. It’s beautiful, man. Trees everywhere, kids playing, and I’m just chillin’ on a bench. But then, I see this kid with a kite. It’s flying high, and I’m like, “That’s awesome!” But then, the wind picks up, and the kite crashes into a tree. The kid starts crying, and I’m like, “Oh no, not the kite!” I rush over, and we both try to get it down. It’s a whole scene. Finally, we get it, and the kid’s face lights up. Best moment of the day, for real. But then, I’m walking back, and I see this guy on Rua do Comércio. He’s selling these weird snacks. I’m curious, so I buy one. It’s some kind of fried dough thing. I take a bite, and it’s like a flavor explosion! I’m like, “What is this magic?” Turns out, it’s called “bolas de berlim.” I’m hooked. I buy three more. Who needs dinner, right? As the sun sets, I’m feeling all kinds of emotions. Happy, tired, a bit overwhelmed. I head to the viewpoint at Miradouro de Sernancelhe. The view is insane. The mountains, the river, everything. I just sit there, soaking it all in. Life is wild, man. But then, I hear this loud noise. A bunch of kids are playing soccer nearby, and they kick the ball right at me! I’m like, “Seriously?!” But I can’t help but laugh. I kick it back, and they cheer. It’s a small town moment, ya know? Finally, I head home, exhausted but happy. Sernancelhe, you crazy little town, you’ve got my heart. What a day!
