Man, what a day! I swear, Babeni really knows how to throw a curveball. So, I’m a bone cutter, right? Yeah, sounds wild, but it’s my jam. Anyway, I woke up this morning, sun shining, birds chirping, and I thought, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. First off, I hit the road on Strada 1 Decembrie. You know, the one that’s always packed with those tiny cars? Yeah, I’m dodging potholes like I’m in some kind of video game. And then, bam! I see this old lady trying to cross the street. I slam on the brakes, and she gives me this look like I’m the worst driver ever. Like, lady, I’m saving your life here! So, I finally get to the clinic, right? It’s on Strada Mihai Viteazul. I walk in, and the smell hits me. You know that mix of antiseptic and... well, let’s just say it’s not a spa. I’m ready to cut some bones, but first, I gotta deal with the receptionist. She’s like, “You’re late!” I’m like, “Chill, I’m here now!” Then, my first patient walks in. This dude, I swear, he’s got a leg that looks like it’s been through a blender. I’m talking serious damage. I’m trying to keep it together, but inside, I’m like, “What the heck happened to you, man?” Turns out, he was trying to impress his buddies with some crazy stunt on Strada Căpitan Avram Iancu. Classic Babeni, right? So, I get to work. I’m cutting, sawing, and trying not to think about how much blood is everywhere. It’s like a horror movie, but I’m the star. And then, outta nowhere, the power goes out! I’m in the dark, holding a bone saw. I’m like, “Great, just great.” But then, the lights flicker back on, and I’m back in business. I finish up, and the dude’s all smiles. He’s like, “Thanks, man!” I’m like, “No problem, just don’t try to jump over cars again, alright?” After that, I take a break. I hit up this little café on Strada Libertății. You know the one? They’ve got the best cozonac. I grab a slice, and it’s like heaven in my mouth. I’m sitting there, thinking about life, when this kid runs in, all outta breath. He’s like, “Did you see the parade?” I’m like, “What parade?” Apparently, there’s some festival happening down by the park. So, I finish my snack and head over. The streets are packed! People everywhere, music blasting, and I’m just trying to navigate through the crowd. I see the floats, and they’re all decked out. I’m thinking, “Man, Babeni really knows how to throw a party!” But then, I spot this guy trying to juggle fire. I’m like, “Dude, you’re gonna burn your eyebrows off!” And guess what? He drops a torch, and it’s chaos! People are screaming, running, and I’m just standing there, laughing my ass off. Finally, I head home, exhausted but happy. I think about how wild Babeni is. One minute, I’m cutting bones, the next, I’m dodging fireballs. It’s a crazy life, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. So yeah, that was my day. Just another day in Babeni, full of surprises, laughter, and a bit of chaos. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
