Man, what a day! Seriously, I’m still buzzing from all the craziness in Campulung-Moldovenesc. Like, where do I even start? So, I woke up late, as usual. My alarm? Yeah, it decided to play dead. I jumped outta bed, threw on whatever I could find. I mean, who needs matching clothes, right? I grabbed a coffee from that little place on Strada 1 Decembrie. You know the one? The barista there is a legend. He always knows my order. But today? He was outta my fave blend. Ugh! Anyway, I hit the streets. Campulung-Moldovenesc is such a vibe. The mountains are like, right there, staring at you. I swear, they were judging my outfit. I walked down Strada Mihai Eminescu, and it was packed. Like, what’s with all the people? It’s not a festival, guys! Then, outta nowhere, I bumped into my old buddy, Radu. We used to run wild here as kids. He’s now a “serious” architect or whatever. We chatted about life, and he mentioned this new project near the Central Park. I was like, “Dude, you’re gonna ruin the vibe!” But he was all about modernizing. Pfft. So, I kept walking, trying to shake off that convo. I passed by the old church on Strada Calea București. It’s beautiful, but man, it gives me the creeps sometimes. Like, what if the ghosts of all those old folks start haunting me? I can’t deal with that! Then, I decided to grab lunch at that little bistro on Strada Libertății. The food? Amazing! I ordered sarmale, and it was like a hug in a bowl. But the waiter? He was super slow. I mean, I could’ve cooked it myself in the time he took. I was getting hangry, you know? After lunch, I thought, “Let’s do something fun!” So, I headed to the local market. It’s always a riot there. Fresh veggies, fruits, and the best pastries. I swear, I could live off those cozonaci. But then, I saw this guy trying to haggle over a bunch of apples. Like, dude, they’re apples, not gold! And then, bam! I tripped over a stray dog. Poor thing looked at me like, “Really, human?” I laughed it off, but then I got mad. Why are there so many stray dogs? It’s like a canine convention out here! As the day went on, I decided to hit up the viewpoint near the old fortress. The view? Breathtaking! I mean, you can see the whole valley. I took a deep breath, and for a moment, everything felt right. But then, my phone buzzed. Work stuff. Ugh! Can’t a creative director catch a break? I headed back down, feeling a mix of emotions. Happy, angry, surprised. Campulung-Moldovenesc is like a rollercoaster. You never know what’s coming next. I passed by the old train station, and it hit me. This place is full of stories. Finally, I made it home, exhausted but buzzing. I plopped on the couch, thinking about the day. Campulung-Moldovenesc, you wild little town. You’ve got my heart, even with all your quirks. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
