Man, what a day! Seriously, I can’t even. So, I wake up in Carei, right? The sun’s blaring through my window on Strada 1 Decembrie. I’m like, “Ugh, not today!” But ya know, gotta hustle. Music editing waits for no one. First stop, the café on Strada Mihai Viteazul. Best coffee in town, no cap. I order my usual – a double espresso. The barista, Ana, she’s cool, but she’s got this weird obsession with cats. Like, every time I go in, she’s talking about her 12 cats. I’m like, “Ana, chill. I just want my coffee.” But she’s sweet, so I let it slide. Then, boom! My phone buzzes. It’s my buddy, Vlad. He’s like, “Dude, you gotta check out the park by the castle!” I’m thinking, “What castle?” Turns out, he means the Carei Castle. I’ve lived here forever, and I’ve never even been! So, I’m like, “Fine, let’s go!” We stroll down Strada Libertății, and I’m just vibing. The streets are alive, people everywhere. Kids are playing, old folks are gossiping. It’s a whole scene. I’m feeling good, ya know? But then, outta nowhere, I trip over a crack in the sidewalk. Like, seriously? Who’s in charge of this? I’m about to start a petition for better sidewalks. Finally, we hit the park. And wow, it’s beautiful! The trees are all green, flowers everywhere. I’m snapping pics for the ‘Gram. Vlad’s like, “Dude, you’re such a tourist.” I’m like, “Shut up, I’m appreciating nature!” But then, I see this group of kids playing music. They’re jamming out, and I’m feeling all the feels. But then, the mood shifts. Some guy starts yelling at them to be quiet. I’m like, “Bro, chill! It’s a park, not a library!” I get all riled up. I mean, come on! Let the kids play! So, I step in, and I’m like, “Hey man, music brings joy!” He looks at me like I’m crazy. Maybe I am. After that drama, we head to the market on Strada 22 Decembrie. I’m starving. I grab some langos, and it’s heavenly. Like, why don’t I eat this every day? I’m munching away, and Vlad’s talking about some new band he found. I’m half-listening, half-trying not to spill sauce on my shirt. Classic me. Then, outta nowhere, I see this old lady selling flowers. She’s got the biggest smile. I can’t help but buy a bunch. I mean, who doesn’t love flowers? I hand them to a random girl walking by. She looks shocked, but then she smiles. Mission accomplished! But then, the day takes a turn. I get a call from my editor. “We need that track by tonight!” I’m like, “Are you kidding me? I’m in Carei!” But ya know, deadlines. So, I rush back home, dodging people on Strada Horea. I get to my studio, and it’s chaos. My computer’s acting up. I’m sweating bullets. I’m like, “C’mon, don’t do this to me!” Finally, I get it working, and I’m editing like a madman. The music flows, and I’m in the zone. Hours pass, and I finally send it off. I collapse on my couch. What a day! Carei, you’ve got my heart. From coffee to castles, and all the craziness in between. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. So, yeah, that was my day. Just another wild ride in Carei. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
