Man, what a day! I swear, Domnesti-Sarbi is wild. Like, I thought I knew this place, but today? Pffft, it threw me for a loop. So, I wake up, right? Sun’s shining, birds chirping, and I’m like, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Ha! Little did I know. I grab my coffee from that tiny place on Strada Măgurii. Best coffee ever, but the barista? Total weirdo. He’s always talking about snakes. Like, dude, I’m just here for caffeine, not a snake lecture. Anyway, I’m walking down Strada Principală, and boom! I see this huge crowd. Turns out, there’s a street fair. I’m thinking, “Sweet! Free food!” But nah, it’s just a bunch of stalls selling weird stuff. Like, who needs handmade soap shaped like snakes? Not me! But I’m hungry, so I grab a hot dog. Best decision ever. Then, outta nowhere, this kid runs past me, right? He’s chasing a dog, and I’m like, “Aww, cute.” But then the dog runs straight into a fountain on Strada Florilor. Water everywhere! Kid’s soaked, but he’s laughing. I can’t help but laugh too. Like, who doesn’t love a good fountain fail? But then, I get mad. I see this guy trying to sell snake oil. Seriously? In Domnesti-Sarbi? I’m like, “Bro, this ain’t the Wild West!” I almost yelled at him, but I just rolled my eyes. People will buy anything, I guess. After that, I head to the park on Strada Verde. It’s my go-to spot. I sit on a bench, just chillin’. But then, this group of teens shows up, blasting music. I’m all for a good jam, but c’mon! It’s 10 AM! I’m trying to enjoy nature, not a rave. I give them the stink eye, but they just laugh. Ugh, kids these days. Then, I see this old lady feeding pigeons. She’s got a whole bag of bread. I’m thinking, “That’s sweet.” But then, the pigeons start fighting over the bread. It’s like a scene from a nature documentary. I’m cracking up, and the lady’s just shaking her head. “They’re so greedy!” she says. I’m like, “Aren’t we all?” So, I decide to head home. But on the way, I pass by the old church on Strada Bisericii. It’s beautiful, man. I stop to take a pic, and this random dude comes up to me. He’s like, “You know, this church has been here since the 1800s.” I’m like, “Cool, but I’m not a history buff.” He just smiles and walks away. Finally, I get home, and I’m exhausted. I flop on the couch, thinking about my day. Domnesti-Sarbi is crazy, but I love it. It’s full of surprises, laughter, and a bit of chaos. Just like me, I guess. So yeah, that was my day. Full of snakes, fountains, and random history lessons. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
