Man, what a day! I swear, Dudestii-Vechi is a wild ride. I woke up thinking it’d be chill, just another day in this small Romanian town. But nah, life had other plans. First off, I hit the streets. You know, those narrow ones like Strada Principală? Yeah, that one. It’s like a maze, but a cute one. I’m walking, minding my own biz, when I see this old dude selling fresh produce. I mean, who doesn’t love fresh tomatoes, right? But then, he starts yelling about how his tomatoes are the best in the whole country. Like, chill, bro. I’m just here for a snack, not a tomato debate. Then, I head over to the park near the church. It’s called Parcul Central, I think? Anyway, it’s got this vibe, you know? Kids running around, old folks chillin’ on benches, and me, just trying to soak it all in. But then, outta nowhere, this kid trips and falls right in front of me. I’m like, “Oh no!” But he just gets up, brushes off the dirt, and starts laughing. Kids are tough, man. I was impressed. But then, I get a call from a client. Ugh, the drama! She’s crying about her boyfriend. I mean, I get it, love is tough, but girl, you gotta stop crying over spilled milk. Or in this case, spilled love. I’m trying to be all professional, but inside I’m like, “Girl, you’re better off!” After that, I needed a break. So, I hit up this little café on Strada Tineretului. Best coffee ever! I order a cappuccino, and the barista, this cool dude, makes a heart with the foam. I’m like, “Aww, that’s cute!” But then I spill half of it on my shirt. Classic me, right? Now, here’s where it gets crazy. I’m sitting there, sipping my coffee, when I hear this loud noise. Turns out, it’s a parade! In Dudestii-Vechi! Who knew? People are dancing, music blasting, and I’m just sitting there like, “What is happening?” I jump up, spill more coffee, and join the fun. I’m dancing like nobody’s watching, but everyone is. I mean, I’ve got moves, but not the good kind. More like a flailing octopus. But who cares? We’re all just vibing. Then, I see this girl from my past. We used to hang out back in the day. She’s looking all fancy, and I’m in my coffee-stained shirt. Great. But we start chatting, and it’s like no time has passed. We laugh about old times, and I forget all my worries. But then, bam! My phone buzzes again. Another client. This time, it’s a guy who’s convinced his cat is plotting against him. I mean, I get it, cats can be shady, but come on! I’m trying to keep a straight face, but inside I’m dying. By the end of the day, I’m exhausted. I walk back home through Strada Muncii, just thinking about how wild life is. Dudestii-Vechi, you’ve got my heart. You’re quirky, you’re chaotic, and you’re full of surprises. I flop onto my couch, still buzzing from the day. I can’t believe all that happened. I mean, who knew a small town could pack so much into one day? I’m ready for bed, but my mind is racing. What a ride!
