Man, what a day! I swear, Nusfalau really knows how to throw a curveball. So, I’m a forester, right? You’d think I’d be chillin’ in the woods, but nah, today was all about the city life. First off, I wake up late. Classic me. Alarm? What alarm? I jump outta bed, throw on my boots, and head out. I’m thinkin’ I’ll grab a coffee at that little place on Strada Principală. You know, the one with the weird name? Yeah, that one. But guess what? They’re outta coffee! Like, how do you run a café without coffee? I’m already fuming. So, I’m walking down Strada Muncii, and I see this cute little park. I think, “Hey, let’s take a breather.” I sit on a bench, and boom! A pigeon decides my lap is the perfect landing spot. I’m like, “Dude, personal space?” But it just stares at me like I’m the weird one. Then, I head over to the market on Strada Libertății. Man, it’s packed! People everywhere, shouting about fresh veggies and stuff. I’m just trying to find some good mushrooms for my stew. I finally spot some, but the vendor is this grumpy old dude. He’s like, “Five lei for these!” I’m like, “Bro, I can find better in the woods!” But I pay him anyway. Gotta eat, right? After that, I decide to check out the old church on Strada Bisericii. It’s beautiful, man. I’m standing there, just soaking it all in, when this kid runs by, kicks a ball, and BAM! Hits me right in the leg. I’m like, “Seriously?!” The kid just laughs and runs off. I can’t even be mad. Kids are wild. So, I’m walking back, and I see this street performer on Strada Tineretului. He’s playing the accordion, and honestly, he’s pretty good. I stop to listen, and suddenly, I’m in a good mood again. I toss him a couple of coins, and he gives me a nod. It’s like we had a moment, you know? But then, outta nowhere, it starts pouring. I mean, like, monsoon level. I’m soaked in seconds. I duck into a shop on Strada Unirii, and it’s this tiny little place selling all kinds of random stuff. I’m just trying to stay dry, but I end up buying a ridiculous hat. It’s bright yellow with a giant feather. I look like a walking joke, but whatever. Finally, I make my way back to the car, and I’m just done. I’m thinking, “What a day!” But then I see the sunset over the hills near the edge of town. It’s stunning. The sky’s all orange and pink, and for a second, I forget about the crazy day. I drive home, still wearing that silly hat. I can’t help but laugh. Nusfalau, you wild city! You’ve got me all mixed up, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Tomorrow, I’m back to the forest. No pigeons, no grumpy vendors, just me and the trees. But man, what a day!
