Man, what a day! I swear, Periam is wild. Like, I thought I knew this place, but today? Total rollercoaster. So, I wake up, right? Sun’s shining, birds chirping, and I’m like, “Let’s dive into this day!” Little did I know...
First stop, the market on Strada Principală. I’m cruisin’ through, and bam! I see this old dude selling fresh fish. I’m a diver, so fish is my jam. I’m all excited, but then I see the price. Like, seriously? I could buy a whole boat for that! I’m like, “C’mon, man, I just wanna eat!” He just laughs. Ugh, old people and their prices.
Then, I head over to the park near Biserica Ortodoxă. It’s chill there, you know? Kids runnin’ around, people chillin’. I sit on a bench, just vibin’. But then, this kid runs by, and I swear he almost knocks my coffee outta my hand. I’m like, “Yo, watch it!” But he just giggles and keeps running. Kids, man. They’re like little tornadoes.
After that, I decide to hit the water. I mean, I’m a diver, right? So I head to the canal by Strada Călărași. The water’s kinda murky, but whatever. I dive in, and it’s like, “Ahhh, this is life!” But then, I see trash everywhere. Like, come on, Periam! Can we not keep our waters clean? I’m diving, dodging plastic bottles like it’s a game. Not cool, man.
But then, outta nowhere, I spot this shiny thing. I swim closer, and it’s a ring! A freakin’ ring! I’m like, “No way!” I pull it out, and it’s got this cool design. I’m thinkin’, “Maybe I’ll be rich!” But then I remember, it’s probably just junk. Still, it made my day, ya know?
So, I’m feeling all pumped, and I head back to the surface. I’m ready to show off my find. But guess what? My buddy, Alex, shows up outta nowhere. He’s like, “Dude, you won’t believe what I found!” I’m like, “What? A treasure map?” He pulls out this old, rusty anchor. I’m like, “Bro, that’s cool and all, but I found a ring!” We both laugh. Classic Alex.
After all that, we decide to grab some food. We hit up this little joint on Strada Tineretului. The food is bomb! I order sarmale, and it’s like a hug in a bowl. But then, the waiter messes up my order. I’m like, “Seriously? I ordered sarmale, not mămăligă!” He just shrugs. I’m like, “Whatever, I’m hungry.”
As the sun sets, we stroll through the streets. Periam looks magical at night. The lights, the vibe, it’s all good. We hit up a bar on Strada Libertății. I grab a beer, and we just chill. I’m telling Alex about the ring, and he’s like, “Dude, you should sell it!” I’m like, “Nah, it’s a memory now.”
But then, outta nowhere, this guy walks in. He’s all flashy, like he’s from a music video. He sees my ring and goes, “That’s dope! I’ll give you 100 bucks for it!” I’m like, “What? No way!” But then I think, “Maybe I should?” But nah, I’m keeping it.
Finally, we head home, and I’m just reflecting on the day. Periam, man. It’s got its quirks, but I love it. From the market to the canal, every corner has a story. I’m exhausted but happy. Can’t wait for tomorrow. Who knows what’ll happen next?
