Man, what a day! Seriously, I can’t even. So, I wake up in Puiesti, right? The sun’s blaring through my window on Strada 1 Decembrie. I’m like, “Ugh, not today!” But ya know, duty calls. I’m an operator, so I gotta roll with it. First thing, I grab my coffee from that little place on Strada Principala. You know the one? The barista there is a legend. She knows my order by heart. I’m like, “Just gimme the usual, please!” And she’s like, “You mean the ‘I’m barely awake’ special?” LOL, she gets me. So, I’m chugging my coffee, feeling kinda pumped. Then, boom! My phone rings. It’s my boss. “We got a situation!” he says. I’m thinking, “Great, just what I need.” Apparently, there’s a power outage near Strada Muncii. Like, seriously? It’s 2023! How do we still have outages? I rush over there, and it’s chaos. People are losing their minds. I mean, I get it. No power means no Wi-Fi, and that’s like a death sentence for some folks. I see this dude yelling at a poor guy trying to fix the transformer. “You had one job!” he screams. I’m like, “Chill, man! He’s not the one who flipped the switch!” Then, outta nowhere, this old lady comes up to me. She’s got this wild look in her eyes. “Young man, do you have a flashlight?” she asks. I’m like, “Lady, I’m not a walking hardware store!” But I dig in my bag and find one. She lights up like it’s Christmas. “Thank you, dear!” she says, and I’m like, “No prob, just doing my job.” After that, I head over to Strada Victoriei. It’s a bit quieter there, thank goodness. I’m thinking, “Maybe I can catch a break.” But nope! I see a bunch of kids playing football in the street. They’re having a blast, but then one of them kicks the ball right into a car. Oof! The owner comes out, and he’s fuming. “What’s wrong with you kids?” he yells. I’m just standing there, trying not to laugh. Finally, I get a moment to breathe. I sit on a bench near the park, just taking it all in. Puiesti is wild, man. The mix of old and new is crazy. You got these ancient buildings next to modern shops. It’s like a time warp. I love it, but it’s also exhausting. Then, I get a text. “Emergency at the market!” Ugh, can’t a guy catch a break? I sprint over to the market on Strada Călărași. Turns out, someone spilled a ton of tomatoes everywhere. It’s a slippery mess! I’m dodging people, trying not to fall. I see this one guy just sliding around like he’s in a cartoon. I can’t help but laugh. By the time I’m done, I’m wiped out. I head back home, and I’m thinking, “What a day!” I plop down on my couch, and all I can do is laugh. Puiesti, you crazy place. You keep me on my toes. So yeah, that was my day. Full of surprises, chaos, and a bit of fun. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
