OMG, what a day! So, I’m a babysitter, right? And today was just... wow. I mean, I thought I was ready for anything, but Sadova threw me some curveballs. First off, I woke up late. Like, super late. My alarm? Totally ignored it. I was supposed to be at the Popa Șapcă street by 9 AM. I rolled outta bed at 8:45. Panic mode activated! I threw on whatever I could find. My hair? A total mess. But whatever, kids don’t care about that, right? So, I sprinted to the bus stop on Strada Principală. I swear, the bus was like a mirage. I could see it, but it just wouldn’t stop. Finally, it did, and I hopped on, gasping for air. The bus was packed, like sardines in a can. I squeezed in next to this lady who smelled like... I dunno, old cabbage? Ugh. Finally, I got to my destination. The kids were already bouncing off the walls. I mean, how do they have so much energy? We were at this cute little house near the park on Strada Măgurii. The backyard was like a mini jungle. I was like, “Okay, let’s chill for a sec.” But nooo, they wanted to play tag. So, we’re running around, and I’m trying to keep up. I tripped over a garden gnome. Like, who even has gnomes in their yard? I was so mad! But then, the kids started laughing, and I couldn’t help but laugh too. They were like, “You’re it!” and I was like, “No way, I’m not it!” But guess what? I was it. After a while, we decided to take a break. We plopped down on the grass, and I pulled out some snacks. Goldfish crackers, my lifesaver! But then, one of the kids, little Andrei, spilled juice all over himself. I mean, come on! Juice everywhere! I was like, “Dude, you’re gonna be sticky for life!” Then, outta nowhere, this dog comes running through the park. It was a big fluffy thing, and it just... jumped on us! I was like, “What the heck?!” The kids were screaming, but in a good way. They thought it was the best thing ever. I was just trying to keep my cool. After the dog incident, we decided to head to the playground on Strada Călărași. It was packed with kids. I mean, it was like a mini festival. We climbed, slid, and swung. I felt like a kid again. But then, I saw a kid crying. Turns out, he lost his toy. I was like, “Oh no, not on my watch!” So, I rallied the troops, and we went on a mission to find it. We searched high and low. I was getting all dramatic, like, “This is a treasure hunt, people!” And finally, we found it under a slide. The kid was so happy, I thought he was gonna cry again, but this time, happy tears. But then, the day took a turn. We were walking back, and I saw this guy on Strada Tineretului. He was yelling at someone. I was like, “Dude, chill!” But he just kept going. I was getting mad. Like, why can’t people just be nice? Finally, we made it back to the house. I was exhausted. The kids were still buzzing with energy. I was like, “Okay, time to wind down.” We read some stories, and I tried not to fall asleep. When the parents got home, I was like, “You owe me big time!” But honestly, I wouldn’t trade this day for anything. Sadova, with all its quirks, made it unforgettable. I mean, who else can say they got tackled by a dog and went on a treasure hunt in one day? So yeah, that was my crazy day. I’m beat, but I’m smiling. Can’t wait for the next adventure!
