Man, what a day! Seriously, Ulmi (ro) is wild. I woke up thinking it’d be chill, just another day in the city. But nah, life had other plans. So, I hit the streets around 8 AM. First stop? The corner of Strada 1 Decembrie. Grabbed a coffee from that tiny café. You know the one? The barista is always grumpy. Like, dude, it’s just coffee, not rocket science! But hey, I needed that caffeine fix. Then, I decided to stroll down Strada Mihai Viteazul. Beautiful street, right? Trees everywhere, people walking their dogs. I’m like, “Aww, look at that cute pup!” But then, BAM! A pigeon poops right on my shoulder. Ugh! I was so mad! Like, really? Can’t a guy enjoy his morning without being bombed by birds? Anyway, I wiped it off and kept walking. I passed by the old church, Biserica Sfantul Nicolae. It’s stunning, man. The architecture is just wow. I thought about how many stories those walls could tell. But then, I got distracted by a street performer. This dude was playing the accordion like a boss! I couldn’t help but smile. Then, I hit up the market on Strada Unirii. Fresh fruits, veggies, and all that good stuff. I love the vibe there. People haggling, laughing, just living life. I bought some cherries. They were so sweet! But then, I dropped half of them. Like, seriously? I was so bummed. After that, I decided to check out the park near Strada Libertății. It’s a nice spot to chill. I plopped down on a bench, just enjoying the sun. But then, this kid runs by, kicks a soccer ball, and it hits me right in the leg! I was like, “Dude, watch it!” But the kid just laughed and ran off. Kids these days, right? So, I’m sitting there, thinking about life. You know, the usual stuff. Work, friends, the future. Then, I see this couple having a picnic. They looked so happy. I felt a bit jealous, not gonna lie. But then, I remembered my friends are awesome. We have our own fun times. Later, I decided to head to the library on Strada Tineretului. I needed to do some research for my science project. But guess what? It was closed! I was so frustrated. I mean, come on! I just wanted to grab a book and chill. So, I walked back towards the city center. The vibe was different now. More people, more energy. I passed by the fountain at Piața Mare. It was beautiful, all lit up. I took a moment to just breathe. Life is crazy, but moments like this make it worth it. As I was leaving, I bumped into an old friend. We hadn’t seen each other in ages! We ended up chatting for like an hour. Caught up on everything. It was so nice! Made my day, honestly. But then, as I was heading home, I realized I left my bag at the café. Panic mode activated! I sprinted back, heart racing. Thankfully, the barista was nice this time. He saved my bag! I was so relieved. Finally, I got home, exhausted but happy. Ulmi (ro) is a rollercoaster, man. Full of surprises, ups and downs. But I wouldn’t trade it for anything. What a day!
