Man, what a day! I swear, Viseu-de-Sus really knows how to throw a curveball. So, I woke up, right? Sun shining, birds chirping, all that cliché stuff. I’m like, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Spoiler alert: it was NOT chill. First off, I hit the streets. I’m walking down Strada Principală, feeling all good. But then, bam! I trip over a cobblestone. Like, who even put these here? I’m pretty sure they’re out to get me. Anyway, I’m cursing under my breath, trying to regain my cool. Then I decide to grab a coffee at that little place on Strada Călărașilor. You know the one? The barista is this super chill dude, but today he’s all flustered. Turns out, the espresso machine is on strike. I mean, come on! I need my caffeine fix! So, I settle for a cappuccino. It’s decent, but not what I wanted. Ugh. After that, I stroll over to the park by the river Someș. It’s beautiful there, like postcard material. But guess what? There’s a bunch of kids playing soccer, and they’re all over the place. I’m just trying to enjoy the view, and suddenly, a ball comes flying at me. I duck just in time. I’m like, “Really? Is this how my day’s gonna go?” So, I’m sitting on a bench, trying to chill, when I see this old lady feeding the ducks. She’s got this whole bag of bread, and the ducks are going wild. I can’t help but laugh. Like, who knew ducks could be so dramatic? They’re quacking like they’re in a soap opera. Then, outta nowhere, I get a text from my buddy. He’s like, “Yo, let’s hit up the market on Strada Măgurii.” I’m down, so I head over. The market is buzzing! Fresh fruits, veggies, and all that good stuff. I grab some cherries, and they’re so sweet! But then, I see this guy trying to haggle over a tomato. A TOMATO! I mean, dude, it’s not that serious. I’m walking around, and I bump into this street performer. He’s playing the accordion, and honestly, he’s pretty good. I throw him a couple of lei, and he gives me a nod. It’s those little moments, you know? Makes you feel good inside. But then, I hear this commotion. Some guy is yelling at another dude. Apparently, they had a parking dispute. In Viseu-de-Sus! Like, really? Who gets into a fight over parking? I’m just standing there, shaking my head. After all that drama, I decide to head home. I’m walking down Strada Tineretului, and I see this beautiful sunset. It’s like the sky is on fire. I stop, take a pic, and think, “Okay, maybe today wasn’t so bad.” But then, I get home, and my cat decides it’s the perfect time to knock over my plant. Soil everywhere! I’m like, “Seriously, dude?!” So yeah, that was my day in Viseu-de-Sus. Full of ups and downs, but hey, that’s life, right? Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings.
