Man, what a day! I’m tellin’ ya, being a car instructor in Loeddekoepinge (se) is like riding a rollercoaster blindfolded. So, I wake up, right? Sun’s shining, birds are chirping, and I’m thinkin’, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. First off, I hit the road on Värdshusgatan. I’m cruisin’, feelin’ good, when BAM! A squirrel darts out. Like, dude, you got a death wish? I slam the brakes, heart racing. Squirrel’s fine, but I’m like, “C’mon, man! Not today!” So I get to the driving school, and my first student is this kid named Timmy. Sweet kid, but he’s got the attention span of a goldfish. We hop in the car, and I’m like, “Alright, Timmy, let’s hit the road.” We’re on Storgatan, and he’s already fumbling with the seatbelt. I’m thinkin’, “Dude, focus!” We start driving, and he’s all over the place. I mean, we’re swerving like we’re in a dance-off. I’m yellin’, “Stay in your lane!” He’s like, “What lane?” I’m about to lose it. But then, we hit the roundabout at Torggatan, and he nails it! I’m like, “Whoa, where’d that come from?” Then, outta nowhere, this old lady on a bike cuts us off. I’m like, “Lady, you’re not in the Tour de France!” Timmy freaks out, slams the brakes, and we almost end up in the flower shop. I’m sweating bullets, but I can’t help but laugh. It’s like a scene from a comedy movie. After that, we head to the park near Sjövägen. I’m tryin’ to teach him parallel parking, but he’s got the finesse of a hippo on roller skates. I’m like, “Dude, you gotta turn the wheel!” He’s like, “Which way?” I’m about to pull my hair out. But then, he finally gets it! I’m so proud, I almost shed a tear. Next up, I got this lady named Sara. She’s super chill, but she’s got a lead foot. We’re on Huvudgatan, and she’s zooming like she’s in a Fast & Furious movie. I’m like, “Whoa, slow down, Vin Diesel!” She laughs, but I’m serious. I don’t wanna end up as a hood ornament. We hit a red light, and I’m thinkin’, “Finally, a breather.” But no! Some dude in a flashy car revs his engine like he’s in a race. I’m like, “Dude, chill! It’s not a competition!” Sara’s giggling, and I’m just shaking my head. Then, we get to the waterfront at Hamngatan. It’s beautiful, right? But I’m still on edge. I’m like, “Okay, let’s practice some parking.” She’s doing alright, but then she spots a seagull. “Look, a bird!” she yells. I’m like, “Focus, Sara!” But she’s already distracted. Finally, we wrap up the day. I’m exhausted but happy. I mean, Loeddekoepinge (se) is wild, but it’s got its charm. The streets, the people, the unexpected moments. It’s like a never-ending adventure. As I drive home, I can’t help but smile. Sure, I had my moments of rage and panic, but that’s what makes it fun, right? I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Loeddekoepinge (se), you crazy little town, you’ve got my heart.
