OMG, what a day! So, I woke up in Dol-pri-Ljubljani, right? The sun was shining, birds were chirping, and I thought, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Spoiler alert: it was NOT chill. First off, I had a shoot scheduled at the park near the Ljubljanica River. You know, that gorgeous spot by the Špica? Yeah, that one. I was all set, looking fab in my outfit, feeling like a million bucks. But then, boom! My phone buzzes. My photographer bailed. Like, seriously? Who does that? I was ready to throw my coffee at the wall. So, I’m standing there, all dressed up with nowhere to go. I decided to take a stroll down Cesta Dolenjska. It’s a nice street, but I was fuming. I mean, come on! I could’ve been sipping coffee at my fave café, Kava Bar, instead of wandering aimlessly. Then, outta nowhere, I bump into this cute dog. Like, the fluffiest golden retriever ever! I’m talking major cuteness overload. I pet him, and suddenly, my mood shifts. Dogs have that magic, right? But then, the owner shows up. He’s this grumpy dude, and he’s like, “Don’t touch my dog!” Ugh, chill, bro! I wasn’t trying to steal your pup. After that awkwardness, I decided to hit up the local market on Trg Republike. You know, the one with all the fresh produce and cute stalls? I thought, “Let’s grab some snacks and chill.” But guess what? The line was a mile long! I’m standing there, watching people haggle over tomatoes like it’s the Olympics. I mean, it’s just a tomato, people! Finally, I get my hands on some fresh pastries. OMG, they were divine! I devoured them like I hadn’t eaten in days. But then, I realized I had crumbs all over my shirt. Classic me, right? I looked like I’d just survived a food fight. So, I’m walking back, feeling a bit better, when I hear this loud commotion. Turns out, there’s a street performer on Gregorčičeva ulica. He’s juggling flaming torches! Like, who does that? I was half impressed, half terrified. I mean, one wrong move and it’s a trip to the ER. But hey, it was entertaining. I even tossed him a couple of coins. As the sun started to set, I decided to head to the castle. The view from up there is insane! I’m standing on the castle walls, looking over the city, and it hits me. Dol-pri-Ljubljani is beautiful. I mean, yeah, it’s small, but it’s got character. The vibe, the people, the food—everything! But then, just when I thought the day couldn’t get crazier, I tripped. Yup, right on the cobblestones. I went down like a sack of potatoes. I’m lying there, laughing at myself, and this random guy helps me up. He’s like, “You okay?” I’m like, “Yeah, just practicing my dramatic falls.” By the time I got home, I was exhausted but happy. I mean, what a rollercoaster! Dol-pri-Ljubljani, you’ve got my heart. Even with the craziness, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Just another day in the life, right?
