Wow, what a day! Seriously, I can’t even. So, I’m a librarian, right? And today in Lukovica-pri-Domzalah was like a rollercoaster. Buckle up, folks! First off, I woke up late. Classic me. Alarm didn’t go off. I sprinted outta bed, tripped over my cat, Momo. Ugh, Momo! You little furball! Anyway, I dashed to the library on Cesta 1. You know, the main street? It’s always buzzing with people. So, I get to the library, and guess what? The power’s out! Like, seriously? It’s a library, not a cave! I’m standing there, all flustered, and the kids are like, “Miss, can we read in the dark?” I’m like, “Sure, if you wanna trip over the shelves!” Then, outta nowhere, my buddy Luka shows up. He’s always got some wild idea. Today, he’s like, “Let’s do a book scavenger hunt!” I’m thinking, “Great, just what I need.” But hey, it actually turned out fun! We ran around the library, and I was like a kid again. But then, oh man, the drama! Some lady storms in, yelling about a missing book. “It’s my favorite!” she screams. I’m like, “Lady, chill! It’s just a book!” But she was not having it. Turns out, it was a cookbook. I mean, who gets that worked up over a recipe? After that, I needed a break. So, I strolled down to the park on Ulica 2. It’s so pretty there, with all the trees and flowers. I sat on a bench, just breathing. Then, I saw this cute dog. I’m talking, tail wagging, tongue out. I’m like, “Aww, I need a dog!” But then I remembered Momo. He’s enough chaos for one person. Back at the library, the power’s still out. I’m losing it. I grab a flashlight and start reading to the kids. They’re loving it! I’m doing voices and everything. “Once upon a time…” I’m basically a one-woman show. But then, the fire alarm goes off! Seriously? I’m like, “Not today!” We all rush outside, and I’m trying to keep the kids calm. “It’s just a drill!” I yell, but they’re all wide-eyed. I’m sweating bullets. Finally, the fire department shows up. They’re super chill, but I’m still freaking out. One of the firefighters, Mark, is kinda cute. I’m like, “Hey, can you help me with my fire safety display?” He laughs. I’m blushing. After all that, I’m exhausted. I head home, and guess what? Momo’s knocked out on my bed. Typical. I plop down next to him, and we both just chill. So, yeah, Lukovica-pri-Domzalah, you’ve got my heart racing today! From power outages to fire alarms, it’s never a dull moment. I love this little town, even when it drives me nuts. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
