Man, what a day! Seriously, I’m still reeling from it. So, I’m a librarian in Tisina, right? And today was just... wow. Like, I woke up thinking it’d be a chill day, ya know? Just me, my books, and the sweet smell of old paper. But nah, Tisina had other plans. First off, I’m walking down Ulica Kralja Tomislava, and it’s like the universe decided to throw a parade. I mean, who needs a parade on a Tuesday? But there it was, people everywhere, balloons, music blaring. I’m dodging kids and dogs like I’m in some sort of obstacle course. I’m like, “Can’t a librarian get to work in peace?” Then, I get to the library, and it’s packed. I’m talking standing-room-only. What’s up with that? I thought everyone was glued to their screens. But nope, they’re all here for the book fair. I’m stoked, but also like, “Where do I even start?” So, I’m trying to help this kid find a book. He’s like, “I want the one with the dragon.” I’m like, “Dude, that’s like half the library.” I mean, Tisina’s got some great spots, but the library? It’s a treasure trove. We got everything from fantasy to history. But this kid? He’s relentless. Finally, I find it. “Here! ‘The Dragon’s Tale’!” He looks at me like I just handed him gold. I’m like, “Chill, it’s just a book.” But he runs off like he just won the lottery. Kids, man. They’re wild. Then, outta nowhere, my coworker, Ana, bursts in. She’s all flustered, hair a mess. “You won’t believe what just happened!” I’m like, “Did you trip over a book?” Classic Ana. But no, she tells me the café on Ulica Stjepana Radića ran outta coffee. I mean, how do you run outta coffee? In Tisina? That’s like a crime! So, I’m trying to keep my cool, but I’m fuming inside. No coffee? How am I supposed to function? I need my caffeine fix! I’m pacing around, thinking about how I’ll survive the day. Then, I get a call from my buddy Mark. He’s like, “Dude, you gotta come to the park!” I’m like, “What park?” He’s all hyped about the one by the Tisina River. Apparently, there’s a pop-up art show. I’m torn. Do I ditch work? But then I think, “Hey, it’s Tisina! Live a little!” So, I sneak out during lunch. The park is buzzing! Art everywhere, people laughing, music playing. I’m feeling the vibe. I grab a hot dog from a vendor—best decision ever. I mean, who knew Tisina had such good street food? But then, I see this guy painting. He’s got this wild style, splashes of color everywhere. I’m mesmerized. I’m standing there, mouth agape, when he looks at me and says, “Wanna try?” I’m like, “Me? Paint? Nah, I’m just a librarian.” But he hands me a brush anyway. Next thing I know, I’m splattering paint like a madman. It’s messy, it’s chaotic, but it feels amazing! I’m laughing, and I forget all about the library, the coffee, the kid with the dragon book. Just me and the paint. But then, my phone buzzes. It’s Ana. “Where are you? The library’s a mess!” Ugh, back to reality. I rush back, and of course, it’s chaos. Kids everywhere, books flying. I’m like, “What happened while I was gone?” By the end of the day, I’m exhausted. But I’m also happy. Tisina, with all its quirks, surprises, and craziness, always keeps me on my toes. I love this city, even when it drives me nuts. So, yeah, that was my day. Just another wild ride in Tisina. Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
