Man, what a day! I’m tellin’ ya, being a Nose in Lutsk is a wild ride. So, I wake up, right? Sun’s blazin’ through my window on Vynnychenka Street. I’m like, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Spoiler alert: it was NOT chill. First off, I hit up my fave café on Hoholya Street. You know, the one with the best coffee? I order my usual – double espresso, no sugar. But guess what? They mess it up! I get a latte instead. Like, who even drinks that? I’m fuming, but I just smile and take it. Gotta keep the vibes up, ya know? Then, I’m strollin’ down the cobblestones of the Old Town. It’s beautiful, but I’m in a rush. I gotta sniff out some new scents for my job. I’m a Nose, remember? So, I’m darting around, dodging babushkas and their bags of potatoes. Seriously, they’re like ninjas with those things. Suddenly, I bump into this dude on Kovalya Street. He’s got this crazy cologne on. I’m talkin’ overpowering! I’m like, “Bro, chill with the spritz!” But he’s all, “It’s my signature scent!” Signature? More like a crime against humanity. I can’t even breathe! Anyway, I finally make it to the market on Lesi Ukrainky. It’s packed! I’m sniffin’ around, tryin’ to find something fresh. The smell of fresh bread hits me. I’m like, “YES!” I grab a loaf, and it’s still warm. Best thing ever. But then, I see this guy trying to haggle over a cucumber. A cucumber! Dude, it’s not that serious. Just buy it and go! After that, I head to the Lutsk Castle. I mean, how can you not? It’s like the heart of the city. I’m standing there, taking it all in. The history, the vibes, the tourists taking selfies. I’m like, “This is my city!” But then, I overhear this couple arguing. She’s like, “You never listen!” And he’s all, “I’m listening!” I’m just standing there, trying not to laugh. Then, outta nowhere, it starts to rain. Like, seriously? I’m soaked in seconds. I duck into a little shop on Knyazya Vasylia Street. It’s cozy, and the owner’s super nice. He offers me a towel and some hot tea. I’m like, “Dude, you’re a lifesaver!” But then, I get a call. It’s my boss. He’s like, “We need those scents by tomorrow!” I’m like, “Are you kidding me? I’m in the middle of a monsoon!” He doesn’t care. Just hangs up. Ugh! So, I’m sprinting back to my place, dodging puddles and people. I’m a mess! But I finally get home, and I’m like, “Okay, let’s do this.” I start mixing scents, and it’s like magic. I’m in my zone, and suddenly, I’m happy again. By the time I’m done, it’s late. I step outside, and the city’s lit up. Lutsk at night is something else. The lights on the castle, the sounds of laughter from the bars. I’m feeling it. So, yeah, that was my day. Full of chaos, laughter, and a bit of rain. Lutsk, you crazy, but I love ya!
