OMG, what a day! Seriously, I can’t even. So, I woke up in my little flat on Milsom Street, right? The sun was shining, and I thought, “Today’s gonna be chill.” Spoiler alert: it was NOT chill. First off, I had to get my makeup on. You know, the whole Maiko vibe—white face, red lips, the works. Took me ages! I was like, “C’mon, girl, you gotta hustle!” Finally, I’m ready to hit the streets. I step out, and bam! The smell of fresh pastries from the bakery on George Street hits me. I’m like, “Yasss, croissant time!” But no, I had to resist. Gotta keep that figure, right? So, I’m strutting down the street, feeling fab, when I bump into this tourist. He’s lost, looking at his map like it’s a Rubik’s cube. I’m like, “Dude, just use Google Maps!” But he’s all, “Can you tell me how to get to the Roman Baths?” I’m like, “Bro, you’re literally standing right next to them!” He looked so confused. I couldn’t help but laugh. Then, I decided to check out the Baths myself. I mean, how can you be in Bath and not see the Roman Baths? It’s like going to Paris and skipping the Eiffel Tower. So, I’m wandering around, and it’s packed! Tourists everywhere, snapping pics. I’m trying to get a good shot for the ‘gram, but there’s this kid who keeps photobombing me. Ugh! I’m like, “Kid, this is my moment!” After that, I needed a breather. So, I headed to the Parade Gardens. It’s so pretty there, right by the river. I plopped down on a bench, just chillin’. But then, this group of rowdy teens starts playing music way too loud. I’m like, “Can you not? I’m trying to vibe here!” But they were having the time of their lives, so I just rolled my eyes and tried to ignore them. Next, I thought, “Let’s do something fun!” So, I went to the Thermae Bath Spa. OMG, the rooftop pool is everything! You can see the whole city from up there. I’m floating around, feeling like a queen, when suddenly, it starts to rain. Like, seriously? I’m in a hot spring, and it’s raining. I couldn’t help but laugh. It was kinda magical, though. After my spa day, I was starving. I hit up this cute little pub on Walcot Street. The food was delish! I ordered a classic fish and chips. But then, I spilled tartar sauce all over my outfit. I was like, “Great, now I look like a mess!” But whatever, I just laughed it off. As the day went on, I decided to take a stroll along the Pulteney Bridge. It’s so beautiful, with all those cute shops. I was just admiring the view when I saw this street performer. He was playing the violin, and it was so moving. I felt all the feels. I even dropped a few coins in his case. But then, outta nowhere, this pigeon swoops down and lands on my shoulder! I freaked out! I’m flailing my arms, and everyone’s staring. I’m like, “Get off me, you feathered fiend!” Finally, it flew away, and I was left standing there, embarrassed. Classic. By the time I got back to my flat, I was exhausted but happy. I plopped down on my couch, thinking about all the craziness. Bath is wild, man. It’s got history, beauty, and a whole lot of unexpected moments. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. So yeah, that was my day. Full of ups and downs, but that’s life, right? Can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings!
