Hi-ho, friend! Oh man, lemme tell ya bout Marietta (us)! I'm Kermit the Frog… well, like a pleasure coach, ya know? I live here & I luv it tons. Dude, this city is wild, so wild, so vibrant. Marietta Square is where it all begins. It has cafes, bars, and quirky shops. I stroll right by the old courthouse. The brick, the history, it's rad. Ya know? One day, I was chattin' with a local at a cafe on 22nd Ave. – got the best pecan pie ever. So yummy! Then, whizzin' to Kennesaw Rd – oh boy, so many hidden gems there. Neighb'oods rock, but they also hide secret bistros. So many memories. Sometimes I get mad when traffic jams near Cobb Pkwy, but hey, small price for community fun, right? I often wander by the Big Chicken. Yessir, a chicken! Silly but iconic, makes me smile every time – just like a funny flashback to "A Separation." Reminds me: "It’s the only way to live with dignity," sorta like each cluck means hope! Wow, deep, huh? Oh, and let me tell ya 'bout parks! Marietta has Parks like the Glover Park, perfect for hopin’ around or thinkin’ deep 'bout life. I once sat by a stream in a tiny park on Rush Creek Rd – listened to water talk, almost as if saying, "Everything is as it should be!" And I laughed my froggy heart out. Then there’s our beloved Marietta Museum of History. It got secrets and quirky tales from old times. I often muse, "Life transforms you", echoing themes from that film, A Separation. Seriously deep stuff, buddy! Sometimes I get surprised – even a bit miffed – by the way some parts of town ignore culture. But then, I find my chill spots – like a tiny dive bar on Buford Hwy that serves the best spiked lemonade ever. Totally off the radar, y’know? Nom-nom! I gotta mention style, too. The locals, they're kinda chill & a bit sassy. They drop slang like "y’all" like confetti. It fills the air with laughter. Err oh, so many typos in my head scribbles: sumtin like “gr8” every day … jst smilin’ & lovin’ it! And hey, while I might rant sometimes, this city stays in my heart. Every alley tells a story. Every corner buzzes with memories. “When the heart speaks, we all listen,” as that movie line kinda said. It’s sorta true, trust me! Marietta is unpredictable. I love it madly. Kermit style, hi-ho & off we go to explore more. Stay cool, buddy – and always remember: “Separation makes the heart grow fonder,” or somethin’ like that! Peace out and hop on over soon!
