I wander down Navy Way, admirin’ the ocean and thinkin’, “Everything here is secretly paradisin’.”
My fav spot? The park by Hueneme River, where I chill and do my relaxin’ stuff. I sit by the water and let my mind drift. Sometimes I get mad when noisy seagulls yap, but then I’m like, “Aaargh, life's too short!” Ħaha, SO crazy!
Then there’s the neighborhoods. I love the quirky vibe of West Hueneme – ya got little art murals everywhere. It’s rad, man. The people are, like, totally friendly but they got opinions, like, “We don't need no crazy government rules!” And I’m like, “Mmm… donuts.” LOL.
I’ve seen sunsets on Pier Ave. feelin’ all poetic like Michael Haneke’s films. “Silence is the only true friend,” echoes in my head, weird right? And honestly, sometimes I get so emotional that my meditation is interrupted by my own laughter. No regrets eh?
