And hey, that movie—"Fish Tank"—man, sometimes I whisper, “I’m so fucking free,” just to remind myself of the raw feels. Totally reminiscent of the movie’s chaos and beauty.
Local neighborhoods, oh boy, every lot has its own style! You got the old charm on Parkside Drive—cool, seasoned and authentic, with secret little cafes that serve the best latte ever, no joke. I once sat on a bench at Schaumburg Park (the one with the cool little pond) and thought, “This is the best, nothing beats a chill day here.” The park has walkways and trees that make you feel like you're in some kinda serene, perfect sanctuary—just tremendous!
