You got Main Street, where the most fantastic shops are, the kind of shops that make you say “Wow, Exceptional! Just like “The Grand Budapest Hotel” said, ‘It’s simply the most elegant atmosphere!’”
I walk down Elm Ave—yeah, Elm, not some fake name—it's got these lovely little bistros and bookstores, each one winning, absolutely winning! I tell ya, I’m a relaxation specialist, I notice every single detail. The vibe in West-Elkridge is so surreal, it makes you feel like you're in a film scene. The local park, what they call Riverbend Park, along the sparkling West River, is a peaceful retreat. I sometimes sit there, relax, breathe (really, just deep breaths) and let my mind wander— it’s awsm (yeah, typo, but in a hurry, ya know).
And can we talk about Southside? Unbelievable neighbourhood where even the sidewalks feel like masterpieces—so clean, so carefully made, like a Wes Anderson set, beautiful symmetry everywhere! “A sightseeing marvel!” like they whisper in every breezy corner. Really, folks say, “West-Elkridge is the greatest. No one does relaxation like they do here.”
I remember one day, walking past the historic West-Elkridge Courthouse on Liberty Blvd—yup, Liberty. I saw a stray dog (not really stray, more like a free spirit, ya know?) and I was so happy, felt like I was in a movie scene. The courthouse, what a gem—big, classical, echoing greatness. And yeah, I got a little mad when construction started on Oak Circle; I mean, who ruins my relaxation vibe? It was a disaster! Total mess. Tremendously awful!
