Home Blogs Tim the Yowie Man The curse of the Alkimos shipwreck
none has drawn the attention of paranormal aficionados more than the SS Alkimos
which snapped a towline on 31 May 1963 while being towed from Fremantle in Western Australia to Hong Kong for repairs
the Alkimos transported US soldiers and German POWs and later became a merchant ship
unexpected breakdowns and – wait for it – onboard ghost sightings.
it’s primarily due to an uncanny series of events after it ran aground that earned the Alkimos its unwanted moniker as “the most cursed shipwreck” in Australia
if a long list of anecdotal reports is any indication
In the years immediately after it ran aground
still hopeful the wreck could be recovered
an expert diver who specialised in salvage operations
carried out repairs on the wreck with a team of divers
but after hearing phantom footsteps emerge from sections of the galley
Jack spent 10 months in hospital with a mystery illness that he claims almost killed him
Another diver’s marriage broke up and the fiancée of another diver died in a plane crash off the WA coast
long-distance swimmer Herbert Voigt vanished while attempting to swim the 19.7km stretch from Cottesloe Beach to Rottnest Island
His skull was later found lodged in – you guessed it – the Alkimos wreck (some 43km north of Rottnest)
although some reports suggest it was discovered on a nearby beach.
Then there are the mysterious fires that broke out on the wreck
I told you it was a long list and that’s just the tip of the iceberg
In 1997 I decided to test this “curse” and swam out to the wreck
It also startled a flock of seabirds that flew en masse towards me – it was like a scene from Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds
was headbutted unconscious by a camel (really!)
That’s the world of witch doctors and hocus-pocus
There was an uneasy silence – no crazy birds
Although very little of the Alkimos remains above the surface today
the curse of the Alkimos is feared more than ever

Think you’ve got a winning name for these boring machines
Now could be your chance to make groundbreaking history for WA
With the Alkimos Seawater Desalination Plant project well underway
two tunnel boring machines (TBMs) will arrive soon to start the next phase of the plant’s construction
The TBMs will build two underground marine pipelines: one to bring seawater into the plant
and the other to take the brine (salty water) back out to the ocean
As we move forward with this important project to help secure our water future
we’re asking for your help to name these two vital pieces of machinery
The naming of TBMs is a custom that dates back to the early days of tunnelling and heavy machinery use
which is a nod to Saint Barbara: the patron saint of miners and tunnellers
who is believed to offer protection to those working underground
This time-honoured practice is now also your chance to make your mark in a project that will benefit generations to come
Our competition judges are looking for names that reflect Alkimos’ history
We encourage you to take inspiration from the area’s storied past: from its traditional Whadjuk Noongar heritage and cultural significance to its fascinating maritime history and evolution into the suburb it is today
Naming the TBMs is also an opportunity to recognise a local legend who digs deep for the Alkimos community
To enter the TBM naming competition, download and complete the entry form below and submit it via email to community.engagement@watercorporation.com.au.
Entries to the competition open from 12:00pm AWST on Wednesday 5 March 2025 and will close at 11:59pm AWST on Friday 28 March 2025.
The competition winners will be contacted on Friday 4 April 2025. We look forward to seeing your suggestions!

Lend-Lease-first-choice-for-Alkimos-development-1736094231.png
Lend Lease is revealed as the preferred developer for one of the largest coastal developments ever undertaken in Perth.
Located in the rapidly growing northwest metropolitan corridor, 40 kilometres north of the Perth CBD, Alkimos will be one of the largest coastal developments ever undertaken in Perth, with up to 10,000 dwellings upon completion.
This will be Lend Lease’s first major project in WA since launching in the state two years ago.
The precinct, along Perth’s sprawling shoreline, is expected to be home to around 50,000 people by 2040. The Atkimos project will include around 30 per cent open space and will take around 20 years to be completed.
The initial 224 hectare stage will include 2,500 dwellings at a value of more than $400 million.
The project will be developed in partnership between Lend Lease’s subsidiary, Delfin Lend Lease and LandCorp, the Western Australian Government’s land development agency.
Lend Lease CEO and MD, Steve McCann, said the company is delighted to have been selected as the preferred proponent.
A range of initiatives, including environmentally sensitive design, recycled water use, education partnership models and local job creation initiatives, will “lead the way in community creation”, McCann said.

Alkimos-Beach-becomes-Australia-s-first-green-1732010952.png
Perth’s Alkimos Beach, Australia’s first 6 Star Green Star-Community has now also become the first in Australia to recertify under the Green Building Council of Australia 6 Star Green Star rating for a community.
Projects must recertify every three to five years until fully built out and Alkimos Beach was for the second time assessed against best practice benchmarks for governance and innovation, design excellence, environmental sustainability, economic prosperity and liveability.
Alkimos Beach exceeded its original certification score, receiving additional points for delivery of innovation projects and sustainability measures.
Alkimos Beach development partners Lendlease and DevelopmentWA have a strong vision, focused on delivering a thoughtfully planned, innovative and sustainable coastal community of global significance that’s moving towards carbon-neutral living.
Lendlease GM for Development in Western Australia, Anthony Rowbottam says that GBCA assessors looked at innovation Alkimos Beach has demonstrated since 2015.
“The recertification acknowledges the delivery of Sprout Community Hub and its contribution to the broader market transformation towards sustainable development internationally, as well as significant results achieved through our Builders Recycling Program,” he says.
The state government’s land development agency, DevelopmentWA CEO Frank Marra says that he was delighted that yet again, Alkimos Beach had been acknowledged as world leading.
“Alkimos Beach is part of the biggest and most significant coastal development north of Perth in 50 years and recertification under the Green Building Council of Australia’s internationally respected sustainability rating system recognises our determination to deliver long term economic, social and environmental sustainability in the communities we develop,” says Marra.

WANNEROO councillors have voted for their chief executive officer to write to the Perth Transport Authority requesting a reassessment of the bus routes to the Yanchep
particularly the bus services provided to schools in the northern suburbs of the city
North ward councillor Sonet Coetzee’s motion said residents had been adversely impacted by the changes to the bus routes in Two Rocks
Eglinton and Alkimos since the start of train services to Yanchep
Cr Coetzee said several residents had contacted her regarding the effects the changes made to the bus routes
She highlighted the 490 and 491 routes and said the changes in the bus route had also affected residents travelling to the Yanchep Central Shopping Centre
“One of the major issues that has come to my attention is the recent changes to the 490 bus route,’’ she said
this route provided vital transportation for students from Two Rocks to schools such as Northshore Christian Grammar School and stopped at the Butler train station
“But the recent alterations to the route have had a significant impact
as students are now left without direct bus services to their schools
“This has created inconvenience for both students and working parents
many of whom are now faced with the challenge of arranging alternate transportation due to their full-time employment commitments.’’
residents and students could directly access the Yanchep shopping centre or Yanchep Secondary College by bus
“But the new route now requires commuters to first travel to the Yanchep train station before taking a second bus to reach the shopping centre or school
“This additional leg of the journey through the suburb has created unnecessary delays and inconveniences for the residents and students
there have been reports of older bus stops being discontinued without adequate alternatives in place
“These changes have made it increasingly challenging for residents to rely on public transportation for their daily commutes.’’
Before the motion was adopted it was altered to include requesting the chief executive officer to include the bus services of Landsdale and Darch particularly the 450 deviation route to Ashdale Secondary College

Stockland also wants to buy projects near Wollongong and on the outskirts of Brisbane and Melbourne
Dutton’s supermarket swipe is past its use-by date Opinion2 Min Read03 Jul 2024Lendlease had been hoping the ACCC would approve the deal this week as it tries to offload $4.5b of assets in a bid to reduce debt and win back support from investors.
ACCC commisioner Liza Carver said her agency thought the proposed deal could remove one of Stockland’s “closest and largest competitors” in the supply of residential master planned communities in north-west Perth, the Illawara, Moreton Bay and Ipswich.
“The ACCC is concerned that the proposed acquisition may increase Stockland’s incentive to raise the price, delay the supply, or reduce the quality of housing lots in these regions, to the detriment of prospective homeowners,” Ms Carver said.
“We are concerned that other developers of masterplanned community projects may not be able to compete sufficiently with Stockland after the acquisition in some regions.”
She said the concerns were strongest in the Illawara, where the proposed acquisition would bring together the two largest master planned community projects in an already highly concentrated market.
Residential master planned communities can be long-term holders of capital given they involve designing hundreds of lots on vacant land and then riding markets through real estate, economic and investment cycles.
The ACCC said it had not reach a concluded view on the deal and called for public submissions to be filed by July 18.
The watchdog said Supalai had investments in various masterplanned communities in WA, Queensland and Victoria with developers including Peet, Satterley, Stockland and Mirvac.

Perth’s new railway extension has officially opened
affordable and reliable travel to the city” for tens of thousands of locals
The METRONET Yanchep Rail Extension opened to the public yesterday
and it connects Perth’s northern suburbs to the rail network for the first time ever
This new extension extends the Joondalup Line by 14.5 kilometres north from Butler
Western Australian Premier Roger Cook said the new train services can change the community
“For the tens of thousands of people in our northern suburbs
affordable and reliable travel to the city and beyond for the first time,” he said
“This is what METRONET is all about – transforming suburbs
The three new stations all feature modern facilities and plenty of parking
with over 900 parking bays at Yanchep Station
Work on the extension started back in late 2019
and it was jointly funded by the Australian and Western Australian governments
“The Australian Government is investing almost $5 billion in METRONET to provide the infrastructure Perth and the surrounding areas need,” said Federal Infrastructure
Regional Development and Local Government Minister Catherine King
“The extension will create social and economic benefits for locals commuting south and visitors who want to explore Perth’s beautiful northern suburbs.”
For those interested in how long a journey will take from Yanchep to the city centre
Don’t forget there is free travel every Sunday and school students travelling free during the week.
The stations were filled yesterday and this morning as locals got straight to utilising the extended route into the city
Federal Member for Pearce Tracey Roberts was enthusiastic about the opening as a significant milestone for the local community
“The extension of the train line to Yanchep
with stations in Alkimos and Eglington will see an important connection to the metropolitan rail network,” she said
“This highly anticipated METRONET rail extension will enable people who live in one of the fastest growing areas in Australia the opportunity to take a short journey from home to their local train station.”
A Perth woman who beat her boyfriend to death has been jailed for life with a non-parole period of almost two decades
whipped and bit Jordan Chas Caine dozens of times using a rake
The 'prolonged and brutal attack' took place in July 2022 at the couple's home in the coastal Perth suburb of Alkimos.
It's not known how long the assault took or what McCulloch's motive was, with her own lawyer Seamus Rafferty SC admitting that his client had 'told too many lies' and that 'specifically what happened' may never be known.
The lies started when McCulloch called Triple-0 and said she had found Mr Caine, 34, on the floor with cuts to his wrist.
When paramedics arrived to the home, they were suspicious and called the police.
An officer heard McCulloch, now 30, tell someone on a phone call that Mr Caine had taken his own life.
She told a different officer her partner, who she later described as a 'soft, nurturing, shy and kind-hearted ... loving person', had killed himself.
The couple had been together for just eight months at the time of the murder.
The court heard that McCulloch told the police she had gone for a walk to the beach at 3am because she couldn't sleep and when she got back at 6am she found Mr Caine in the garage.
She said her boyfriend suffered from anxiety and depression and had committed suicide.
McCulloch denied there had been any domestic violence issues, but neighbours told the police they often heard loud arguments at the house and that she was the 'aggressor'.
She eventually admitted assaulting Mr Caine but that she hadn't meant to kill him.
She was charged with grievous bodily harm causing death which was then upgraded to manslaughter.
When a post-mortem found Mr Caine had suffered more than 50 separate injuries, the charge against McCulloch was upgraded again, to murder.
Mr Caine had injuries to his head, back, arms, legs and abdomen, with his cause of death listed as multiple soft tissue injuries and extensive blood loss.
At a court hearing in June, McCulloch was asked her plea to the charge of murder and replied 'I am guilty'.
Her lawyer said she accepted she deserved to be punished and was 'truly sorry for ending the life of someone she loved'.
Mr Rafferty said she never though she could be responsible for the death of someone in such a violent way and had a complete lack of understanding of her own personality.
The court heard McCulloch had anger issues, borderline personality disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder due to her difficult childhood.
The barrister said she had not planned to murder her boyfriend, that it 'was a pure explosion of anger.
'She reacted to a situation, whatever it may have been, it was descending into the red mist, a complete loss of control, a fit of anger and rage.'
Her victim's family and friends were devastated by his death, with his mother writing in her victim impact statement that she felt more agony knowing how her son suffered.
Though Mr Caine was unconscious by the time he died, he would have been terrified and suffered pain before that, the court heard.
Justice Lemonis took McCulloch's late guilty plea, the fact the murder was not premeditated, and her remorse into account in deciding on a sentence.
She got a life sentence with a minimum non-parole period of 19 years and six months.

The Western Australian government has announced the expansion of the northern suburbs bus network
designed to give locals improved connectivity
and higher-frequency services around new Yanchep Rail Extension stations
Set to begin operations on July 15 with the Yanchep Rail Extension opening
five new bus routes have been created to service the new stations at Alkimos
Twenty more buses will be brought into the network
with services every 10-20 minutes – providing more than one million additional bus service kilometres each year
“A successful rail line is more than just providing trains,” WA transport minister Rita Saffioti says
“It needs a robust and effective bus feeder network to help bring commuters to those stations
and the Yanchep Rail Extension will be no exception when it opens.”
Released following a community survey and consultation held earlier this year
the new routes will improve network coverage with expanded services in Catalina Estate (Tamala Park); Eden Beach Estate (Jindalee)
Shorehaven and Alkimos Beach Estates (Alkimos)
Amberton Estate (Eglinton) and Capricorn Beach Estate (Yanchep)
Services will also extend further north to serve the Atlantis Beach Estate in Two Rocks
The growing communities surrounding the new stations will be among the greatest beneficiaries as buses will be routed through their neighbourhoods for the first time
Butler MLA John Quigley says these changes wouldn’t have been possible without input from the community
the addition of more buses and new train stations will significantly improve the way people are able to get around,” Quigley says
“Importantly – we’re giving some communities services by buses for the first time – which will encourage more people out of the car
onto public transport and reduce congestion
“These changes will take effect on the 15th of July
so I encourage the community to take a look and familiarise yourself with the improved network.”

clearing the way for the next leg of Lendlease’s ambitious restructuring program
had been delayed as the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission extended its review of the implications for competition in regional markets
The ACCC said on Thursday that it “will not oppose” the transaction on the condition that Stockland sold one of its own housing projects in the Illawarra region in NSW
Stockland is buying the portfolio of 12 housing estates with Thai developer Supalai
Stockland has given an undertaking that it will divest the Forest Reach housing estate
the proposed acquisition would bring together the two largest master-planned community projects in the already concentrated Illawarra market,” ACCC commissioner Dr Philip Williams said
“This could have resulted in increased prices
or reduced quality of housing lots in the Illawarra region
to the detriment of prospective home owners.”
The ACCC said its investigation had found there were few alternative master-planned community projects to constrain Stockland in the Illawarra and that prospective entrants faced challenges
including delays in the availability of essential infrastructure such as sewer and water services
“The ACCC considers that the divestiture undertaking given by Stockland addresses the competition issues that would arise from Stockland owning both Forest Reach and having an interest in Lendlease’s nearby Calderwood Valley project as a result of the proposed acquisition,” Dr Williams said
The $1.3 billion divestment is one of a number of major initiatives that Lendlease chief executive Tony Lombardo has flagged as he pursues a radical overhaul of the ASX-listed property giant
That strategy includes selling down $4.5 billion in assets and exiting Lendlease’s extensive overseas operations
Mr Lombardo has also said he will focus on Lendlease’s more profitable high-rise apartment projects in Australian cities
The global developer has already cut its staff from 11,000 to 6500 people and would reduce that further to 4000 over the next 18 months
Citi analysts estimated that the go-ahead for the $1.3 billion sale to Stockland and Supalai
would allow Lendlease to book $1.9 billion in disposals out of the $2.8 billion target it had set to achieve within 12 months of its May strategy update
“We continue to see upside to the shares given execution of asset sale strategy and potential for new project wins which will cement the medium term earnings growth expectations,” the Citi analysts said in a client note

as part of an overall Water Corporation program of works valued at AU$2.8 billion (€1,724 million) to secure drinking water to millions of Western Australians
The project will be delivered as an alliance
and has safety and wellbeing at the forefront of delivery
as well as embedding sustainability in the design
The commissioning of ASDP - to be built within the Alkimos Water Precinct - will help the region manage the combination of declining rainfall and population growth
winter rainfall in southwest Western Australia has decreased by about 20 per cent while Perth’s population - currently 2.12 million - is expected to reach 2.9 million by 2031 and 3.5 million by 2050
making it Australia’s third largest city and significantly increasing the demand for drinking water
Alkimos’ long-discussed new aquatic and recreation centre is a step closer to breaking ground after the Wanneroo City Council gave their approval to advertise the facility’s business plan last week
endorsed by the Alkimos Aquatic and Recreation Centre Working Group
provides an assessment of the development and operation of the facility
The news comes after the Council also accepted $25 million in funding for the project via the Federal Government’s Priority Community Infrastructure Program
“Alkimos is expected to be one of Perth’s fastest growing suburbs over the next 20 years and the delivery of the Alkimos aquatic and recreation centre will have a strong positive impact on the City’s future planning for our northern corridor community,” said Wanneroo Mayor Linda Aitken of the funding boost
“We are grateful to the Federal Government for providing funding to help us provide the community with access to this state-of-the-art recreation facility…
“It is fantastic to be entering the next phase of this exciting project and I am looking forward to the completion of the detailed design later this year.”
The aquatic centre is slated to be built within the Alkimos Central Development
adjacent to the future Alkimos METRONET station and scheduled to be completed by 2026
It features an impressive range of amenities
The business plan will be available for public comment via the City’s online community engagement hub from tomorrow

The METRONET Yanchep Rail Extension is complete
connecting communities in Perth’s northern suburbs to the rail network
The Yanchep Rail Extension extends the Joondalup Line 14.5 kilometres north from Butler
and includes three new stations in Alkimos
Each station has modern facilities and ample parking
with more than 900 parking bays at Yanchep Station
700 bays at Alkimos Station and 400 at Eglinton
The METRONET Yanchep Rail Extension was jointly funded by the Federal and Western Australian governments
The state-of-the-art stations will unlock residential and commercial land in surrounding areas
opening up new housing opportunities linked to major infrastructure and services
The extension includes three green fauna bridges – the first of their kind over rail in Western Australia – providing native wildlife a safe crossing over the rail corridor and maintaining habitat connectivity in the Ningana Bushland
Nine public art pieces feature across these stations
historical and environmental aspects of each station and the surrounding areas
Construction works on the project began in late 2019
Perth’s northern coastal corridor is among Australia’s fastest growing areas
and the new train line will connect rapidly developing suburbs to the Perth CBD and airport
Travel to the city from Yanchep will only be a 49-minute journey
and through the State Government’s two-zone fare cap
commuters will pay $4.68 for the ride – with free travel every Sunday and school students travelling free during the week
Western Australian Premier Roger Cook said the new train service means fast
affordable and reliable travel to the city and beyond for tens of thousands of people in the northern suburbs
“This is what METRONET is all about – transforming suburbs
reducing travel costs and creating jobs,” Mr Cook said
I want to thank everyone who has been part of the project – particularly the workers
“METRONET is powering ahead across our suburbs
with the Yanchep extension now open and the finish line in sight for the Morley-Ellenbrook Line.”
Regional Development and Local Government Minister
“Projects like the METRONET Yanchep Rail Extension highlight the importance of Australian and state governments working together to provide safer
“The Australian Government is investing almost $5 billion in METRONET to provide the infrastructure Perth and the surrounding areas need
“The extension will create social and economic benefits for locals commuting south and visitors who want to explore Perth’s beautiful northern suburbs.”
we are seeing communities being transformed and better connected thanks to our METRONET program and I am thrilled to see the Yanchep Rail Extension project reach completion
“This extension will give over 169,000 future Yanchep-Two Rocks residents another transport option to travel around Perth for work
said the project marked one the biggest the community has ever seen
“The opening follows an extensive testing and commissioning program
which has ensured that all infrastructure and systems are operating effectively
“This project has seen approximately 41,085 sleepers and 90,000 tonnes of ballast used
while three new fauna bridges are the first to be built over rail in Western Australia.”

The country’s home building landscape is set for another major change with Bangkok-controlled Supalai Australia Holdings
acquiring 12 master-planned housing estates sites able to deliver tens of thousands of dwellings
the $1.06 billion deal with Lendlease received Foreign Investment Review Board permission yesterday
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission approved it in September
The transaction comes six weeks months since Japan based Sumitomo made the first in a two part play for Metricon – a trade set to make it Australia’s biggest home builder based on annual starts
The Lendlease portfolio includes in New South Wales
Figtree Hill (earmarked for 1700 homes) and Calderwood Valley (5000)
Alkimos Beach (2140) and Alkimos Vista (550) are to be sold

Relaxed seaside living meets sustainability innovation at Australia’s first 6 Star Green Star – Community
Named after a merchant ship that ran aground of Perth’s northwest corridor in 1964
Alkimos Beach is a 224-hectare masterplanned community that will one day be home to 6,000 residents
As Perth’s north west corridor expands rapidly
Lendlease and LandCorp are building a community based on foundations of connectedness
economic opportunity and true sustainability
An idyllic location next to the ocean doesn’t always equate to a long commute each week
creating a community with local economic opportunities – one which fosters entrepreneurial endeavour – was a pivotal design motivation
Fibre-to-the-premises internet to every home has been installed to encourage teleworking
while WiFi will be provided in major public spaces to foster economic and social opportunities.
All homes will be within 800 metres of both the regional town centre and transport links
with trains providing an environmentally-friendly path to work. The Sprout Hub is also fostering a sense of community and helping micro businesses get off the ground
The Hub has been established for three years to host community events
“The Sprout Hub concept is a simple idea that gives residents a place to call their own in the very beginning of a new housing development,” says the Hub’s Project Manager
“There is usually quite a lag between when residents move in and when community infrastructure is built
The Sprout Hub bridges that gap.”“You can’t beat Alkimos Beach’s sun
but the people are what really make it a special community to work in,” Jasmyn adds
Many sustainability initiatives helped Alkimos Beach win its coveted 6 Star Green Star rating – and the Australian-first community energy storage trail now underway is certainly among the most exciting
In a program funded part funded by the Australian Renewable Energy Agency
led by with Western Australian energy provider
Synergy and in partnership with Lendlease and LandCorp
more than 50 homes across the community are now connected virtually to an innovative 1.1MWh solar energy storage system
“It’s kind of the same as having your own battery on site but for $11 per month we get to have the benefit without the cost,” says resident Mike Gjestland
In addition to reducing peak demand locally
the trial is providing valuable insight into how renewable generation and energy storage can be integrated with traditional network infrastructure
Households participating in the trial are not the only ones to benefit from energy initiatives at Alkimos Beach
Solar panels and gas-boosted solar hot water systems are mandatory for all homes
while the capital cost to residents of energy-efficient appliances is offset by a range of financial incentive packages of up to $6,000
these initiatives are expected to reduce home energy bills by up to 50 per cent
Alkimos Beach has been designed and built to promote active lifestyles
More than a third of Alkimos Beach will be reserved as open space – parks
A wide range of recreational facilities are also planned
including kilometres of hike and bike trails connecting residents to their favourite places
none of the 2000 homes planned for the site will be located more than 200 metres from a park
netball courts and recreational areas will become the places where children can meet
Lendlease is contributing $4,000 per lot to the City of Wanneroo to help build community facilities – including a $7 million surf lifesaving club and other facilities that promote healthy living
This is double the $2,000 stipulated in the Green Star credit
“I love living here,” says resident Susan Butler “I have a beautiful park opposite with birds singing and lovely trees and shrubs
Beachside communities are increasingly subject to the impacts of climate change
with dune erosion and water pollution posing major threats to coastal ecology
smart water initiatives are planned throughout Alkimos Beach
bore water irrigation and the installation of water-efficient appliances in each home
Public spaces are designed to be water-smart
while afront yard landscaping package can help residents select drought-tolerant native species
the information and assistance provided to Alkimos Beach residents about how to reduce their environmental impact from the time they move in is building one of Australia’s most ecologically-aware communities
A comprehensive education program has been developed for the township
while a simple home user guide with energy
water and waste management tips is provided to each new home
“Alkimos Beach’s 6 Star Green Star rating has set the bar for world leadership community development and demonstrates a long-term commitment by developers Lendlease and LandCorp to sustainability at scale,” says GBCA Chief Executive
“The range of initiatives – from education campaigns to financial incentives to technology – are helping residents embrace more sustainable ways of living
while a Green Star rating is Alkimos Beach’s guarantee of sustainability success long into the future.”
