(ABC News) Link copiedShareShare articleA 17-year-old boy is among three people charged with murder after a teenager was stabbed multiple times during a brawl at Panania in Sydney's south-west. Police said the fight, involving a number of people, started outside the local Panania shops on Marco Avenue before moving to residential Anderson Avenue where 18-year-old Adam Abu-Mahmoud was stabbed. The teenager was then driven to the corner of Marco Avenue and Carson Street before a person in the car called triple-0 about 6:00pm. Paramedics treated the 18-year-old at the scene before taking him to Liverpool Hospital, where he later died. A 17-year-old boy and two men, aged 18 and 20, have been charged with murder. Police said it was still unclear what provoked the attack. Homicide squad detectives set up crime scenes at three different locations across the suburb, including the local Panania shops on Marco Avenue. Forensic officers examined three crime scenes. (ABC News: Siobhan Fogarty) Anderson Avenue resident Linda, who only gave her first name, saw a group brawling last night. "I heard people yelling and screaming so I came out and had a look, and there was a group of about 15 young men fighting across the road," she said. "Then they moved further down the road, and I thought 'well they're gone' so I went back inside. "And that was the end of it or what I thought it was." Another Panania resident, who gave her name as Jane, said she was shocked and would drive rather than walk in the area from now on. "It's been like a nice sort of quiet family area and this has taken us quite by surprise, this violence against a young person," she said. "Probably won't really be walking the street now, out of a bit of fear, I guess, maybe." Police said the brawl moved from the Panania shops to Anderson Avenue. (ABC News: Siobhan Fogarty) But 88-year-old resident Camille Erwin, who has lived on Anderson Avenue for 62 years, said she believed the incident was a one-off. "There's never ever been anything like that happen around here before, I just think that young fellow was unfortunate, that the hooligans came near him," she said. A 19-year-old friend of the victim who did not give her name said Mr Abu-Mahmoud did not deserve to die. "He was a happy guy, a funny guy," she told the ABC. "Everything about him was good. I never saw bad in him, he was just a good-natured person. He was beautiful." Another friend said Mr Abu-Mahmoud was a student at St George TAFE. The 17-year-old was refused bail and was expected to appear in Parramatta Children's Court later today. The two older men, 18-year-old Joshua Dillon and 20-year-old James Rivera, each had their cases mentioned at Bankstown Court and opted not to apply for bail. The cases against the two adults will return to court on Thursday. Police said the brawl broke out outside the Panania shops. (ABC News: Siobhan Fogarty) Auctioneer Andrew Cooley at the sale of 28 Panania Ave A Panania auction turned into a jostle for pavement space when a mob of 100 people descended on the two-bedroom house with high hopes of buying it Among the crowd were a whopping 28 registered bidders and plenty more who held a contract of sale It was a far cry from the typical auction being conducted across Sydney just three months ago when the average sale attracted just two to three registered bidders The intense competition pushed the price of the house at 28 Panania Ave to $920,000 This was $120,000 above the $800,000 reserve and $320,000 above the opening bid Brothers John (left) and Ed Cachia sold the home on behalf of their mum Brothers Ed and John Cachia were selling the home on behalf of their elderly mother and said they were “very happy” with the result “It was surreal seeing so many people turn up,” John Cachia said “It’s been a bit of an emotional sale for us Our mum has been living there more than 15 years and it will be sad to see it go Selling agent Rob Seib of Paramount Real Estate said most of the interest was from first home buyers many with plans to knock the home down and replace it with a modern build Others wanted to build a granny flat on the 563sqm block “Buyers have the mindset that the market has bottomed out and they’re more willing to bid.” It took just seconds for auctioneer Andrew Cooley to receive the opening bid and the next series of offers came in rapid succession Ten of the registered bidders submitted offers “There’s a bit of fear of missing out from buyers at the moment,” Mr Cooley said “There’s isn’t much stock available and more buyers are turning up willing to bid.” The property was one of 327 homes to under the hammer a higher volume than last week but still well below the number of sale scheduled for the same weekend last year Realestate.com.au chief economist Nerida Conisbee said fewer sales at a time of rising buyer demand was helping vendors get good results Sellers were in a position where they could “name their price” because buyers were now competing for many of the same homes Ray White NSW Chief Auctioneer Alex Pattaro said bidder turnout was “creeping north week on week” suggesting the market was performing better than expected “Suburbs within 15 minutes of the CBD all performed extremely well (Saturday) well positioned and close to amenities all sold convincingly above reserve,” Mr Pattaro said an uninhabitable home understood to be structurally unsafe sold for $1.6 million under the hammer The price for the property at 11 Mahratta Ave Wahroonga was $400,000 over the reserve and $600,000 above the $1 million opening bid Ten buyers registered for the auction and about 80 people came to watch Selling agent David Walker of Ray White Upper North Shore said the home was on a prized 924sqm block in a sought-after pocket of Wahroonga Mr Walker and his team were unable to show buyers through the one-bedroom house The home’s many problems included a leaky roof and collapsed floor “There was simply too much structural damage so it was a knockdown opportunity in every sense of the word,” Mr Walker said adding that buyers were prepared to bid high A two-bedroom semi in North Bondi sold for $210,000 above reserve at a competitive auction with frequent bidding The sale of 2 Vicars Ave attracted 15 registered bidders and the home changed hands for just over $2.41 million Selling agent Mary Anne Cronin of Phillips Pantzer Donnelley said the sale suggested the market had “turned the corner” “It’s a great start to the selling season,” she said There was also a big turnout at the auction of 2 Vicars Ave In the northwest, a three-bedroom house on Louise Way in Cherrybrook sold for $1.47 million The property was popular during the four-week marketing campaign with selling agent Jane Booty of Stone Real Estate issuing more than 100 contracts of sale The buyers were a local family and had put in the opening bid of $1.35 million which was inflated prior to the auction based on the strong interest from buyers Add articles to your saved list and come back to them any time A man who was allegedly caught raping a woman on a street in south-western Sydney has been granted bail despite concerns he poses a danger to the community – especially older women was charged with sexual touching and sexual intercourse without consent in Panania in November 2021 Jason Williams is accused of raping a woman as she walked home from Panania Diggers RSL club in 2021 The NSW Supreme Court heard Williams allegedly approached a woman in her 50s who was walking home from the Panania Diggers RSL club and propositioned her had been frightened by his approach “to a point where she took two photographs of him as he faced away from her” “It appears from CCTV that was accessed subsequently that at one point she may have been leaning on his arm,” the judge said The Crown alleges “she was propositioned.. CCTV footage that allegedly shows Jason Williams and the woman he is accused of attacking Williams “persisted by touching her in a sexual way and ultimately had penile-vaginal intercourse with her on the roadway” Either immediately before or during the alleged rape the woman seemingly “knocked her head against part of a parked vehicle and may have become unconscious” The Crown case is that the alleged assault was interrupted by an approaching driver who “captured what was occurring in his headlights and confronted the applicant” The police were called and interviewed Williams who denied having sexual intercourse with the woman it’s alleged his semen was later detected in a high vaginal swab Williams’ application for bail was opposed by the Crown on the basis that “the risk this applicant poses to the community in relation to older women” with prosecutor Jason Rafael citing a “pattern of behaviour” The judge said he did have concerns regarding Williams posing a danger to the alleged victim or other members of the community he said each of those risks was “significantly mitigated” by the bail conditions with Williams to live with his father in Panania and unable to leave the house unless in the presence of one of his parents – including to report to police they are tough conditions,” the judge told the accused and it’s not going to be easy for your father either “Please understand that if you don’t stick to those conditions that will be the end of your release on bail appearing via video from South Coast Correctional Centre in Nowra The Morning Edition newsletter is our guide to the day’s most important and interesting stories, analysis and insights. were murdered in a horrific double shooting Daily Mail Australia can reveal the 16-year-old, who cannot be named, was close with 39-year-old Amy Hazouri and often spent time with her at her salon in southwest Sydney and socially. On Saturday, she'd been invited to attend an engagement party with Ms Hazouri and 48-year-old Lametta Fadlallah to create social media content at a Lebanese restaurant.  That's when as many as four hitmen reportedly pushed the teen's head forward and killed her friend and acquaintance with a hail of bullets. On Monday, the teenage survivor shared a message to friends and her tens of thousands followers on her social media accounts about the shooting.  She provided a harrowing account of what unfolded and how she hasn't been able to stop crying since. The young woman added she 'is not joking about her experience' and paid tribute to her dead friend.  'Amy was very kind to everyone and loved everyone,' she said in a short tribute on Instagram. Police said on Sunday the teenager, who has more than 100,000 TikTok followers, and 20-year-old male friend are both traumatised. 'They're both incredibly shaken, but they're uninjured... They're assisting and they're devastated,' NSW Police Detective Superintendent Danny Doherty said on Sunday. He added both young people were 'lucky they weren't also killed' in the 'incredibly violent, horrific crime'. Earlier this year the teen made a short clip highlighting her favourite moments with the hairdresser, saying she hoped to be beside Ms Hazouri 'all her life'. 'I love you so much, you were always next to me when I needed you and I'll always be next to you,' she said in the message.  Ms Hazouri has been remembered as a sweet and kind woman who went out of her way to help those around her. Separately, the 39-year-old's nail artist shared a sweet conversation they shared just days before the tragic death. 'Life is so unfair, I wish this is not the truth,' she said. 'You texted me with loving words that if I need anything just let you know but now you gone [sic].' The message accompanied a screenshot of Ms Hazouri's last message to the woman, which read: 'Good morning sweetheart. Have a safe trip, enjoy your holiday. If you need anything let me know.' Both victims, along with the teenage girl, were preparing to leave Ms Fadlallah's home to head to her boyfriend's son's restaurant in Strathfield for an engagement party when they were set upon. The 16-year-old had reportedly been asked to promote the venue on her social media channels. Adel Dayoub had been dating Fadlallah for about 12 months and his son told Daily Mail Australia Mr Dayoub had given police anything he could to help investigate her slaying. Dayoub Jr., who runs the Massaya Lebanese Restaurant in south Strathfield, said he and his father were as mystified as everyone else as to why she was violently murdered. 'We don't know anything, we were just getting to know her over the last year,' Mr Dayoub Jr. said. 'She was very nice. My dad is in shock. He is not alright, he's grieving.'  Investigators initially suspected Fadlallah was targeted because of her connections to organised crime as the one-time lover of two well-known underworld figures - former gangster Shadi Derbas and 200kg standover man Helal Safi. The 48-year-old was first married to Derbas in the 1990s, a key member of the Telopea St Gang - coined after the Punchbowl, Western Sydney street - which rose to infamy between 1998 and 2000 as a hornets' nest of Middle Eastern gang activity. More recently, she was the long-term girlfriend of underworld figure Safi - who was found dead in a Sydney apartment in January 2021 after suffering a heart attack. A crime world source has claimed Ms Fadlallah was an active member of the city's drug trade and subsequently owed people money, with police noting her 30-year connection to some of the city's most notorious gangsters. One source referred to her as 'a very big drug dealer', while another told Daily Mail Australia police were investigating potential debts she had amassed with 'scary' underworld figures. Underworld sources also suspected she was leaking information to the secretive NSW Crime Commission before she was executed. Police allege that about 5:30pm, Adam Abu-Mahmoud, who was 18, and several other males got into a fight with the three accused near a corner store in Panania. In documents tendered to Bankstown Local Court, police allege Adam Abu-Mahmoud and his brother, Abdul, later found two of the men in a ute in nearby Anderson Avenue. "Abdul Abu-Mahmoud walked over to the drivers' side window and punched it with his left fist, causing it to shatter," the police facts said. Police allege one of the accused, 20-year-old James Rivera, got out of the ute holding a 10-centimetre knife. Rivera did not apply for bail and it was formally refused. "He has a knife, he has a knife," Abdul Abu-Mahmoud allegedly said. Police claim the other male in the ute, a 17-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons, got out of the vehicle and pushed Abdul Abu-Mahmoud over. They allege 18-year-old Joshua Dillon, who was involved in the earlier fight, then emerged from a home in Anderson Avenue. "At which time Adam Abu-Mahmoud was stabbed multiple times to his back, causing multiple wounds, with one strike leaving the knife in the back of the deceased," police said. "I got stabbed ... I can't breathe," the victim told his brother, according to the police facts. "You're going to be alright," Abdul replied. (ABC News: Siobhan Fogarty) Police said Abdul Abu-Mahmoud put his injured brother into a car and drove him away from the scene, while also calling an ambulance. The victim's father, Mohamed, attempted to comfort his son while paramedics arrived. He was taken to Liverpool Hospital for emergency surgery, but was pronounced dead around 7:00pm. Michael Ainsworth, the barrister for Dillon told Bankstown court the prosecution case against his client was weak. Mr Ainsworth said his client was inside his home and only went outside when he heard the ute's window smashing. He argued the prosecution's case was weak and asked the court to consider his client's personal situation. "He has a partner and an 18-month-old baby," he said. However, Magistrate Elaine Truscott refused bail, saying the available evidence could not exclude Dillon from being potentially involved in the stabbing. The trio will all appear at courts at later dates. The executive officer from child accident prevention organisation Kidsafe, Christine Erskine, said the mandate could not be wholly relied on to prevent further tragedies.  'Because of the unpredictability of children, their speed, and because they're so close to the ground they're still very hard to see, no matter what technology you have,' Ms Erskine told the publication.  Ms Erskine said the best strategy was to make sure kids could not sneak behind cars in the first place. She advised parents to keep children buckled in their car seats, locked in the house or behind closed gates. On average, seven children under 14 are killed each year in driveway accidents and another 60 are seriously injured. In 85 per cent of these incidents, the driver is unaware that a child is close to their vehicle at all. NSW Roads Minister John Graham chimed in on the matter and extended his sympathies to Rishwika's family.  'I want to extend my deepest condolences to the family, friends and neighbours of this beautiful little girl so tragically lost. I know all of the Toongabbie community will be feeling her loss immensely and the thoughts of the entire NSW government are with them,' he said. 'NSW Police are investigating the circumstances of Friday's incident but in general I would like to remind all drivers wherever they are to be vigilant about child safety, whether it is inside the car or out.' Sydney may have 'known too much' according to underworld sources has sent shockwaves through police ranks amid fears underworld bosses may have 'torn up underworld rules which once meant women and children were off limits Ms Fadlallah was sitting in the backseat of a silver Toyota 4WD outside her house on Hendy St Panania in Sydney's west on Saturday night when about a dozen bullets were fired through the window She is believed to have been targeted due to her links to organised crime after marrying two of the city's most infamous drug kingpins 'Lam was playing with the big boys and maybe knew too much,' an underworld source who knew Ms Fadlallah told the Daily Telegraph 'She was right into the life. She would carry the guns for the boys, give alibis when needed and right up till she was killed mixing with gangsters. 'She always thought she was smart but this is the most dangerous Sydney has ever been. Killing women so openly is next level.' The underworld source said Lam was 'not a small time dealer' and described her as 'ruthless'. 'She was as tough as the guys to do business with,' he said. Ms Hazouri was sitting next to her and is thought to have been 'collateral damage' in the vicious attack, simply in the wrong place at the wrong time when she was shot dead. A 16-year-old girl and 20-year-old man were also in the vehicle but miraculously escaped the hail of up to a dozen bullets by speeding off to safety and calling for help. A loose collection of youths, many Middle Eastern, in the Western Sydney suburb of Punchbowl in the 1990s. Fights, stealing cars, drive-by shootings, and drugs deals - up to 300 a day - were common.  In 1998, a street brawl outside a house party led to the death of Korean teenager Edward Lee.  When police and media began taking notice the gang's moniker was coined after an 800m street in Punchbowl where the activity was centred. In March 2000, shots were fired at a marked police patrol car which led to more than a hundred officers descending on the street in a raid. The raid was followed by an investigation and two more raids later that year, each with more than 200 officers. Dozens were arrested and police seized weapons, cash and drugs effectively dismantling the gang.  It was already feared that Sydney's ongoing gang war was out of control with 14 execution-style killings playing out across the city in the past two years - as various Middle Eastern crime gangs and their bikie muscle fight for control of the lucrative drug trade on the heels of the pandemic. But with victim 15 and 16 now added onto the list of over-worked detectives, police say it's clear underworld bosses have 'torn up the rules' and that the streets have never been so bloody. Ms Fadlallah had been around underworld figures her entire adult life, marrying Shadi Derbas in the 1990s while in her early twenties.  Derbas was a key member of the Telopea St Gang - coined after the Punchbowl, Western Sydney street which rose to infamy between 1998 and 2000 as a hornets' nest of Middle Eastern gang activity.  Telopea Street was turned into an efficient drug drive-through market with up to 300 drug deals happening a day. Gang members would also hide weapons and drugs in properties on the street. Police closed down the operation after two years and arrested 60 people and seized $3million worth of assets obtained from the proceeds of crime.  Derbas was convicted in 2000 of hindering murder investigations over the deaths of Adam Wright and Michael Hurle - two men who were shot dead by gangster Michael Kannan outside the Five Dock Hotel in 1998.   The legacy of that period gave rise to much of the streets gang culture that is causing chaos on Western Sydney streets today. More recently Ms Fadlallah's heart was won by 200kg standover man - Helal Safi - who was found dead in a Sydney apartment in January 2021 after suffering  a heart attack.  The imposing Kings Cross identity in 2010 survived a jailhouse assassination plot after he was stabbed 42 times by rival gangsters. His injuries were so severe that he fell into a coma for five months with police crediting his size for keeping him alive. Bizarrely, her two crime kingpin lovers swapped partners with Safi's former girlfriend going on to marry Derbas. Detectives are investigating the links between the pair and other criminals Ms Fadlalla could have associated with - and whether she had information that others wanted to keep silent.  Ms Hazouri is not believed to have had any such criminal links and was a dedicated hairdresser who was well respected for her specialised in bridal looks. She also had a TikTok page that filled with clips of her smiling and dancing to Middle Eastern Music. Colleagues at her salon in Bankstown shared a moving tribute on Sunday saying they were 'shattered' to learn of the untimely death. 'We are shattered, our heart is broken, you left us too soon,' the tribute read. 'May your memory be eternal... until we meet again.' NSW Police Detective Inspector Danny Doherty fronted camera's on Sunday acknowledging the shooting was 'unprecedented' in that an 'unwritten law' among Sydney's underworld that women and families were off-limits had been broken. He said police would stop at nothing to catch the perpetrators. 'This is an appalling attack on two women. They have lost their lives. It was a planned murder, an assassination really, and it's happened in a public street in Sydney,' he said. 'It's unacceptable by any standards. It's unprecedented really. And we are determined to get the answers for the family.' 'They don't discriminate if you're male or female. Every rule book has been thrown out, and that is concerning.' One witness recounted seeing three cars tearing down Weston street after the shooting and then police arriving.  'The first police car turned up, the two guys got out, everything calmed down,' he said. 'Straightaway, everything calmed own. These two policemen went to work on the lady, and they got out of the car, and they worked so hard on her.'  Three burnt out cars were found in surrounding suburbs which are all now undergoing forensic examination. A Mercedes was found in Wattle Grove, another Mercedes in Yagoona, and another burnt shell of a car was found in Revesby.  AUGUST 13: Lametta Fadlallah, 48, and her hairdresser friend Amy Hazouri, 39, are shot dead in a silver Toyota 4WD outside her house on Hendy St, Panania in Sydney's west.  Why gangster-loving mother was killed in a hail of bulletsCommenting on this article has endedNewest{{#isModerationStatus}}{{moderationStatus}} The distraught mother of a gangster wife gunned down in the back of a car in a brazen double shooting says her daughter is a good person who did not deserve to die Lametta Fadlallah, 48, and hairdresser Amy Hazouri, 39, were shot dead in the back of a Toyota 4WD in Panania, south-west Sydney on Saturday, in a disturbing new low in the city's growing underworld war. Weeping and waving her arms on the front lawn of their modest fibro house, Ms Fadlallah's mother, her distraught sister and sister-in-law defended her memory as a loving mum and good person. 'I cannot talk. They have trashed my daughter's (reputation),' Ms Fadlallah's heartbroken mother told Daily Mail Australia while puffing on a cigarette.  Ms Fadlallah had known links to the underworld and was considered 'a gangster' in her own right by police before she was ambushed and shot dead in a car out the front of her home in Panania on Saturday night after having her hair done by Hazouri.  But her devastated family said she was a loving mum who deserved to be 'remembered well'. Ms Fadlallah was in the back seat of a silver Toyota 4WD and preparing for a night out when at least one unknown gunman peppered the car with bullets, killing both Ms Fadlallah and her 'innocent' hairdresser, Amy Hazouri.  Daily Mail Australia can reveal Ms Fadlallah also held down a job for two to three years as an operations manager at Thrifty Car rentals in Revesby. Staff at the store, now a SIXT branch, said she had quit in August last year but was popular among customers, noting some 'still ask for her'.  She rented a tidy dark brick duplex in Hendy St, Revesby and her 16-year-old son went to a private Catholic boys school in the area.  It's understood she also had an older son from an earlier relationship.  Suellen, who owns the duplex which Ms Fadlallah had rented for five years, said her tenant was pleasant, paid her rent on time, kept it in good condition and 'there were never any issues'. She had recently paid to have an advanced security system installed with at least three cameras facing onto the street where she was ambushed and shot dead. 'The furniture in there was expensive and she had cameras put in,' Suellen told Daily Mail Australia. 'She was clean and tidy, she had a cleaning lady come in.' On Monday, Ms Fadlallah's mother agreed with the landlady's recollection of her daughter, stating she was a good and reliable person.  She added her daughter deserved to be remembered well, while Ms Fadlallah's sibling cried profusely and repeatedly said 'my sister, my sister'.  Ms Fadlallah's sister-in-law said the family had received many calls and thanked people for their sympathy and kind words. The family asked to be left alone to grieve in peace.  In October 2021, Ms Fadlallah was convicted of mid range drink driving and lost her licence for three months. She'd been pulled over between 2.44am and 3.30am driving her white Range Rover throughout Punchbowl and returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.102. Ms Fadlallah told police she had consumed four glasses of wine between 7.30pm and midnight without eating any food. On the night of Ms Fadlallah's death, Suellen thought she heard gunshots ring out while she was watching the NRL but wasn't sure what had happened in the street. 'I just heard one big explosion, like a big bang, not individual gunshots and I looked out into the street and I could see no-one,' she said. 'Amour Park the soccer stadium is behind us and I just thought it was something from there, but louder. It wasn't until half an hour later the police came and I heard sirens.' Police said on Sunday Ms Fadlallah was in the backseat of a car which was being driven by a 20-year-old man, who sped off to safety as bullets were fired. He stopped just around the corner, where he called emergency services to ask for help. On Monday, blood stains were still visible on the curb.  Meanwhile police conducted sweeping searches across several crime scenes in southwest Sydney on the weekend. They fingerprinted two white cars which were parked across from the scene of the shooting and conducted line searches in the same area. In spite of Ms Fadlallah's mother's claims that her daughter's name had been dragged through the mud in the wake of her death, police revealed she was known to them and had close ties with senior underworld figures. One source told Daily Mail Australia she was 'tough as nails' and 'kept up with the big boys' - particularly after the death of her lover, underworld heavyweight Helal Safi. She was once married to Shadi Derbas of the city's Telopea Street Gang and later in a relationship with Safi, who survived being stabbed 42 times in prison before he was found dead in 2021.  'She learned the ropes over the years and wasn't silly. Lametta knew what she was doing.'   An underworld source who knew Ms Fadlallah told the Daily Telegraph she perhaps knew too much. 'She was right into the life. She would carry the guns for the boys, give alibis when needed and right up till she was killed mixing with gangsters,' they said. Ms Hazouri's family said she was a 'good girl' who was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time when she was gunned down alongside Ms Fadlallah on Saturday. Loved ones told Daily Mail Australia that Ms Hazouri worked six days a week to provide for her sick mother in Lebanon and had been planning a trip home to visit her. But now she is set to make a very different homecoming - with family raising money for her to be transported back to Lebanon in a casket for her funeral.  Ms Hazouri's sister Manal revealed on Monday that Ms Hazouri had stepped up to support the family amid an ongoing economic crisis in Lebanon by sending a portion of her weekly pay to cover their bills. Friend of eight years Sureyya Gunacti, who works in a neighbouring shop to Ms Hazouri's salon, Jocelyne Chidiac Hair, said she had been excited to return to Lebanon. She was planning a trip with her sister to first visit her mother and then travel through the Middle East with her sister, including a visit to Turkey. With her poor health, Ms Hazouri's mother will not be able to make the trip out to Australia and is relying on donations to help cover the cost of returning the 39-year-old's body to Lebanon. The family want to stress that she was an 'innocent party' in the shooting, confirming an earlier assessment from police that she was likely collateral damage in the targeted attack on Ms Fadlallah. 'She was the most beautiful girl,' Ms Gunacti told Daily Mail Australia. 'She used come here and sit and talk. 'Or she would ring me and say 'let me do your hair, I'll make you feel nice'. Ms Gunacti said Ms Hazouri had been working at the salon for up to eight years and was beloved among staff and customers. 'She loved her work and everybody loved her. She was a good girl, not married, no kids. 'She would normally be here at this time, it's so sad and I feel sad for her parents.' Ms Gunacti said the salon owner Jocelyne Chidiac was 'very sad' about Ms Hazouri's death as the pair had been 'very close'. Colleagues at the salon shared a tribute on Sunday saying they were 'shattered' to learn of the untimely death. 'We are shattered, our heart is broken, you left us too soon,' the tribute read.
