Parkes Shire has proudly brought home national honours from the 2025 Australian Tidy Towns Sustainability Awards, with wins and commendations recognising the community's commitment to sustainability, culture and local leadership.
Parkes received national recognition in the categories below:
Deputy Mayor Cr Marg Applebee said the accolades reflect the collective efforts of the Parkes Shire community.
"Receiving these awards reflects the hard work of our entire community, from Council staff to volunteers, local businesses, and community groups. We are so proud to see projects like the Raw Water Storage Lagoon recognised on the national stage."
Cr Bill Jayet said he was particularly proud to see the cultural contributions of the Wiradjuri Language Group recognised.
"Language is a living part of culture, and the work being done to share and preserve Wiradjuri language in Parkes is truly significant," Cr Jayet said.
"It's an honour to see that effort acknowledged alongside other incredible community initiatives across the country," he added.
A highlight of the evening was the Special Acknowledgement awarded to Parkes local Deb Jones in the Dame Phyllis Frost Local Hero category. After returning to Parkes in 2018 to care for her ageing parents, Deb channelled her creative expertise into enhancing the Parkes community.
Her involvement spans Central West Lachlan Landcare, National Tree Day, Schools Eco Day, NAIDOC events, NetWaste initiatives, and as Chairperson and co-founder of Parkes Community Arts. Her dedication to promoting sustainable art practices and reimagining the role of art in regional communities has left a lasting impact.
Cr Applebee added the awards weekend had been both uplifting and motivating.
"This weekend has been such a rewarding experience. Meeting people from across Australia doing amazing things in their towns is inspiring and energising. To all the State Finalists, congratulations! Your stories have moved us deeply."
Parkes was proud to represent New South Wales among other state finalists including Ikuntji (NT), Kingston SE (SA), Launceston (TAS), Port and South Headland (WA), and Rye (VIC). The overall national Tidy Town Award went to Launceston, Tasmania.
Parkes Shire Council extends its sincere thanks to Keep Australia Beautiful for more than 50 years of championing sustainability and community pride in rural and regional areas.
Cr Jayet also commended the event hosts, saying:
"A heartfelt thank you to Indigo Shire Council for the warm welcome to beautiful Beechworth. Your hospitality made the occasion even more special."
Parkes now looks forward to hosting the Keep Australia Beautiful NSW Awards in October 2025, where it will welcome communities from across the state to celebrate local initiatives and environmental leadership.

he was feeling lots of emotions as the dust started to settle on the 2025 federal election campaign
and I'm humbled by the level of support from across the electorate," he said
says he will represe not every person in the electorate
Picture by peter HardinMr Chaffey's introduction to federal politics involved a nine-month campaign
during which he travelled 36,000 kilometres and knocked on 24,000 doors
"There were certainly a lot of supportive people I met along the way
and lots of those people even turned up - not always members of The Nationals - to help on polling booths and show support," he said
and while the national results show a different story
Mr Chaffey said The Nationals look set to hold all their seats
"It was a big step [going from mayor to federal candidate] but I hit the ground running once the polls had been declared," he said
and I'm very proud to be part of the team."
Mr Chaffey had received more than 60 per cent of the two-party preferred vote against Labor's Nathan Fell
in a seat The Nationals have held for the past 41 years
"To have a two-party preferred vote of just under 63 per cent for a first-time candidate in a field of 10 candidates is
"That is a swing away from The Nationals but [former Member for Parkes] Mark Coulton - who retired after 17 years - had worked for that long to build up a two-party preferred vote to about 68pc
"To hold it around - I think it's floating between 63pc and 64pc [as of Sunday] - I'm absolutely amazed and humbled by the support I've been given right throughout the Parkes electorate by those who have put their trust in me
"I've now got three years to prove myself, to put their trust into The Nationals as The Nationals' representative in the seat of Parkes.
While Mr Chaffey is yet to be officially declared the Member for Parkes - that is now all but a formality - he is keen to get to work
"The Parkes electorate represents 51pc of NSW and it needs its representative," he said
"Then it's down to work - obviously federal government is not local government but I will be approaching it the same way
"I've been given the honour of being the Member for Parkes and my focus will be to represent every single person that lives in the electorate
View +3 PhotosPictures supplied"There is a lot of work to do and I'll go about it in the same tradesman-like fashion that I did as the mayor of Gunnedah and as I do with everything in life."
Mr Chaffey already has challenges in his sights: cost of living
"I think a lot of people got sick of hearing about the cost-of-living crisis during the campaign
"Knocking on all those doors [during the campaign]
and a lot of [the Coalition's] policies were really focused on relieving some of that cost pressure
"A lot of our community's population level is not increasing
the pressure on a lot of our provision of services in regional communities is increasing
"Retention and attraction of people has to be the test that everything is done by in the Parkes electorate - you can't continue to keep going backwards in population
"The common issues in each community holding us back from attracting people are aged care
Nationals candidate Jamie Chaffey with his wife Judy and team at Dubbo
Picture by Ciara BastowHaving travelled so many kilometres during the campaign
Mr Chaffey said the road network was simply not getting the funding it needs
"Councils need better support to be able to provide the level of service for roads - whether they are gravel or sealed - require in the Parkes electorate," he said
Telecommunications was another major issue
Mr Chaffey noting it was a "major burden" for many communities within the electorate
With the support of The Nationals and the Coalition
Mr Chaffey was able to make election commitments during the campaign
I will still be working extremely hard to make sure the minister of those particular areas
understand how important it is for our communities that great consideration is given to help fund some of those projects," he said
"Because it's all about people - if we don't get the infrastructure and services right
we won't even retain the people that are here."
Gunnedah has been Mr Chaffey's home for 30 years
his new role means "a lot of time away" on the road
"There are electorate offices in Broken Hill
that is the job and that is where the work will take me," he said
and there are a lot of commitments across this vast electorate outside of those times

I'll look to spend as much time here as I can

Sudoku and TriviaAll articles from the other regional websites in your areaContinueThat's how many heavy vehicles rattle through Parkes each day in 2025
and with growth expected in the Orange region and more broadly across the Central West in the next 20 years
And that's why this week's milestone was such a significant one
One of the biggest and most expensive pieces of road infrastructure in the region
the multi-million dollar Parkes bypass is being hailed as a "stronger
safer and more connected" road for not just Parkes
After beginning work in November 2021
the major upgrade to the Newell Highway reached a milestone last week
The new 10.5 kilometres section of the highway cost $287.2m with the goal of increasing road safety and freight efficiency around Parkes
It's estimated up to 1200 trucks per day will be removed from streets across the Parkes region
Deborah O'Neill and NSW Minister for Roads Jenny Aitchison.Senator for NSW
NSW Minister for Roads Jenny Aitchison and Member for Orange Phil Donato were among the first to use the new road
Mr Donato expects the work to deliver enhanced road transport efficiencies and increased road user safety
He described the project as a "large road infrastructure undertaking" with a multi-faceted list of wins
"This new road will improve freight linkages to and from local industry developed in the Special Activation Precinct
and well as intermodal linkage with rail," he said
Senator O'Neill said the work is part of a $1.5 billion commitment to upgrade the Newell Highway
"The Parkes Bypass is a key part of our vision for a stronger
and this is just one of many upgrades delivering lasting benefits for local families
not just for Parkes but for the entire Central West
Ms Aitchison added that strengthening the road network in regional NSW was a focus for the NSW Government
"We want to strengthen our regional communities by ensuring they have the infrastructure they need to get them where they need to go safely and efficiently
This project is a big step in that direction for the local community," she said
With the entire upgrade to the network to support the Parkes Bypass expected to be completed over the coming months
the following traffic changes will remain in place for up to three months:
Sections of the existing Newell Highway will be restricted at the north and south ends of Parkes:
The Over-Sized Over Mass (OSOM) route will be the new Parkes Bypass while heavy vehicles wishing to travel east will be required to travel on the state road network MR61 (Hartigan Avenue extension)

FIND YOUR ONE NATION CANDIDATE, LOCAL POLLING BOOTHS AND HOW-TO-VOTE CARD HERE.
put forward Mark Carter as its candidate for the Parkes electorate in recent weeks
with his key campaign pillars focused on cutting down government spending
hails from Sydney originally but now lives in the township of Parkes
Welcome to Country and cost ofliving key issues of the One Nation candidate."The first issue to address is to stop wasting government money,” Mr Carter said
“Everybody who has a mortgage is just scraping by because the government puts too much money into the economy.“They just keep on doing it - it's like trying to put a fire out by adding fuel.”Another issue Mr Carter is passionate about is the abolishment of Welcome to Country."I don't expect to be welcomed to the country I was born in
that I've lived in all my life,” he said."There's words going around that they (people who perform Welcome to Country} weren't the actual Indigenous people."They're not the Indigenous people; they're just the ones that survived."Most ofthe people who do this Welcome to Country are the elites in Canberra because they know there's cash behind it and that's why they keep it.”When asked how Indigenous communities can be supported by One Nation policies
since Parkes has townships with high Indigenous populations
Mr Carter said that too much money is being invested and not accounted for."We're giving lots of money to this Indigenous program
but they don't seem to be helping their own people,” he said
"These people who get the money need to be accountable for what they're doing to help people and have positive outcomes for the Indigenous population
they've just been given money and other things.”To fix this
he will try to find out where the money is going and pinpoint which programs that are working and expand these.Mr Carter said that more jobs are needed in regional areas to boost employment.“We need more skills to bring them (Indigenous people) up to the normal level and then give them opportunities to expand on that,” he said
The One Nation political party was launched on the 11th April 1997 at Ipswich by its founder

Newell Highway traffic has now been switched onto the new Parkes Bypass
The new section of the highway opened on Tuesday
It's been six years in the making since the project was first conceived
added to Infrastructure Australia's Priority List a year later and almost four years of construction after the contract was awarded to Georgiou Group
drivers will get their first feel of the new road that's been relocated two kilometres west of the centre of Parkes where it previously passed through
It's to improve freight efficiency and productivity
particularly across Bogan Street in Parkes
by removing 1200 trucks per day from local streets
For drivers coming from Forbes there will be some temporary changes if you're travelling into Parkes
Some traffic conditions will remain in place for up to three months as crews complete further work on the project including landscaping and completion of the north and south connections to the existing highway
Transport for NSW says the main access between Parkes and the bypass will be the Condobolin Road roundabout
which opened to traffic in all four directions on Tuesday
Access to and from the bypass will also be possible from London Road
however this access will be under temporary traffic controls
There will be restrictions to some sections of the existing Newell Highway north and south of Parkes
the existing Newell Highway will be closed between the rest area and Maguire Road
Southbound vehicles will be able to access Parkes via Bogan Road while northbound vehicles will use the bypass from the Condobolin Road roundabout
the existing Newell Highway will be closed between Saleyards Road and Barkers Road
Heavy vehicles wishing to travel east will be required to travel on the Hartigan Avenue extension (state road network MR61)
reduced speed limits and intermittent stopping will be in place during this work," said Transport for NSW
Beginning at Barkers Road in the south and reconnecting at Maguire Road in the north
it's 10.5 kilometres long with five key intersections: Two T-intersections north and south between the existing Newell Highway and the bypass
and two bridges over rail lines and Hartigan Avenue
It also bypasses tight bends in the town and two railway level crossings at Hartigan Avenue near Parkes KFC and the Welcome crossing in the south
There's also been an extension of Hartigan Avenue to Henry Parkes Way/Condobolin Road which opened to traffic under its bridge on 21 November
The new BP Highway Service Centre along the bypass on the left near the roundabout is also well under construction
Other work over the last four years has seen part of Moulden Street shifted to the west
Maguire Road and Nock Road converted to cul-de-sacs
a new connection between Brolgan Road and Hartigan Avenue
and a new shared path for pedestrians and cyclists which will connect Brolgan Road

Parkes Shire residents turned their unwanted items into cash on the annual Garage Sale Trail last November
extending the life of over 8,478 pre-loved items
42% of which would otherwise have gone to landfill
Results of a recently released report by Garage Sale Trail and Taverner Research Group highlighted the outcomes of the waste reduction initiative made possible by Parkes Shire Council and the NSW Environment Protection Authority (NSW EPA). It showed a win-win for locals
with the average garage sale organiser taking home $499 and shoppers saving money too with access to cheaper
Parkes Shire Council's Acting Director of Infrastructure & Sustainability
said the research highlighted the local community’s commitment to reduce waste
“Programs like Garage Sale Trail are important in shifting perceptions of second-hand and getting more people reusing items rather than sending them to landfill,” Mr Bayliss said
Across Parkes Shire over 2,700 people participated in the two big weekends of garage sales which aim to provide a fun way for residents to reduce waste
make some money and get to know their neighbours
132,691 people participated in the council-powered circular economy event in NSW
with over 320,000 pre-loved items sold and $1.6 million generated for the local economy
we need to work together to drive a circular system of recycling
Garage Sale Trail is a great example of how local efforts can drive powerful social
economic and environmental benefits," said NSW EPA Executive Director of Programs and Innovation
“It’s fantastic to see Parkes Shire local communities coming together
giving unwanted items a second life and proactively contributing to the State’s circular shift.”
With an 18% increase in the number of people shopping second-hand over the two big weekends
organisers say it’s likely the rising cost of living is driving an increasing appetite for second-hand
“More and more people are looking for ways to generate some extra cash or save money on everyday items
Buying and selling second-hand is one easy way we can all do this
whether it’s hosting a garage sale or selling items online”
Locals keen to clear out and cash in can now register their interest in the 2025 event, which takes place on 8-9 & 15-16 November, at www.garagesaletrail.com.au

Councillors and the Council’s Executive Management Team met with representatives from Parkes Energy Recovery
a consortium led by Tribe Infrastructure Group
to discuss their proposed Parkes Energy Recovery facility in the Parkes Special Activation Precinct (Parkes Precinct)
Parkes Energy Recovery (PER) will leverage proven technology from global leader
The proposed facility will divert an estimated 600,000 tonnes of waste per annum from landfill and generate at least 60 megawatts of energy - enough to power 80,000 homes per year
The anticipated capital investment is $1.5 billion
making this the largest single investment in the history of Parkes
Parkes Energy Recovery is a group of companies led by Tribe Infrastructure Group (Tribe) and including Tadweer Group
They have been selected by the Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation (RGDC) who are delivering the Parkes Precinct
after a market process to identify a developer which included scrutinising the consortium and the technology offered
The consortium will now begin the process of wide community engagement and the planning and environmental approvals process for the facility that it will design, fund
This will include rigorous planning and environmental approvals with the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) and the Department of Planning
Parkes Energy Recovery will produce technical studies as part of its development approval
ensuring any technology adheres to high standards for human and ecosystem health
The facility will require a licence from the NSW EPA before it can begin operating
further outlined Council's position on the proposed facility
"We are pleased to see progress on this important project and support the principle of the Parkes Energy Recovery facility
as part of a sustainable waste management solution for the future," Cr Westcott said
"Council’s role of course is to represent the community and ensure the facility is safe to humans and the environment. We will also work with the consortium and the State Government to ensure the impact on the community is satisfactorily addressed."
"One of the most exciting things about this facility is that it may be a catalyst for businesses within the Parkes Precinct
with 60 megawatts of available baseload power and high-pressure steam and heat available to interested off-takers
Businesses will surely be interested to co-locate with this development." Cr Westcott added
"We wish to reassure the community that we are dedicated to taking all necessary steps to educate ourselves on these facilities and ensuring that Parkes Energy Recovery places the safety of the community as a top priority."
Council encourages residents to stay informed and participate in upcoming community engagement opportunities led by Parkes Energy Recovery. For more information on the proposed facility, visit www.parkesenergy.com.au, email info@parkesenergy.com.au , or call +61 2 8405 7915.

Parkes Shire Council recognises the Trundle ABBA Festival as a much-loved event that has brought joy to the community, attracted visitors from across Australia, and provided a significant boost to local businesses, tourism, and hospitality.
However, due to increasing financial constraints and many competing essential service areas, Council is unable to continue funding the Trundle ABBA Festival in its current form. This decision follows a two-year funding trial after the event's cancellation in 2022 due to significant inclement weather.
Despite this, Council is eager to see the event continue, and is currently exploring all possible funding opportunities, including grant funding, to support the festival's future.
Mayor of Parkes Shire, Cr Neil Westcott, acknowledged the difficulty of the decision while expressing appreciation for the Trundle community’s willingness to collaborate on potential solutions.
"We are saddened to make this decision about an event that brings so much joy to the community and visitors who travel from near and far to attend," said Cr Westcott.
“Last night, I met with the Trundle Community alongside my fellow Councillors, and we are grateful for their cooperation and openness to exploring alternative options."
“We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has played a part in making this festival a success, including organisers, volunteers, sponsors, performers, and attendees. Your passion and dedication have created something truly special, and we deeply appreciate your efforts,” he added.
Looking ahead, Council is hopeful the festival can return in some form, whether through grant-funded Council support or as a community-led event backed by our Events Financial Assistance Program.
Council will continue working closely with the Trundle District Progress Association to explore all viable options and determine the best path forward.

On the 19 March 2025 the Deputy Mayor Marg Applebee and I travelled to Sydney to meet with the Minister for Health the Hon
Ryan Park to once again fight for maternity services for Parkes
It quickly became apparent that maternity services are now a statewide issue
run entirely by locum doctors that fly-in and fly-out
Maternity services across the state are in crisis
I was however heartened to hear the campaigner for rural health Dr Joe McGirr
who is the independent member for Wagga Wagga
moved in parliament on 19 February 2025 the following…
(1) Notes that the decline in rural and regional obstetric services is presenting a risk to the health and safety of rural and regional women and their babies as well as rural and regional families and communities
(2) Calls on the New South Wales Government to restore
maintain and grow rural and regional obstetric services
(3 ) Calls on the New South Wales Government to immediately work with key clinical stakeholders to deliver an action plan by the end of the year to ensure that networked obstetric services provide care as close to home as possible for rural and regional women and families
Dr McGirr states "Should we need statistics to underpin those cases
I am aware of at least 15 birthing services in rural and regional communities that have closed in the past decade or so
At least another six birthing centres are facing closure
northern and southern New South Wales are facing the prospect of long journeys to deliver their babies and the ever-present risk of giving birth before they reach their destination hospital."
NSW Health data showed that women who gave birth on roadsides or in cars or ambulances en route to hospital made up 0.7 per cent of births for all New South Wales districts in 2022
But in the Northern NSW Local Health District
That is more than one in 60 babies born before the mother arrived at the hospital
and that was a rise of 0.5 per cent in just three years."
Shadow Minister for Regional Health stated "The decline in services has far-reaching consequences
Since 1990 born-before-arrival births have doubled in northern New South Wales and tripled in western New South Wales
and recent cuts have further deepened the crisis
Maternity services have recently ceased in Muswellbrook
Glen Innes and Kempsey are witnessing a reduction in essential services
In places like Kempsey mothers can often be transferred to a neighbouring hospital without their babies
I cannot imagine the stress and trauma that that brings to both mother and baby
downsizing and bypassing of regional maternity units only compound the risk
leaving our most vulnerable even more exposed."
I certainly support the efforts of Dr McGirr
and congratulate him on having this motion passed
We are constantly reassured that Parkes maternity reinstatement is high on the agenda of NSW Health
however after years and years we do not seem to be any closer
When the Parkes and Forbes hospitals were being built
core services were to be retained and some services shared
what has transpired is a deterioration of services in Parkes
We now see maternity and pathology for example moved entirely to Forbes
that is consolidating services to the detriment of Parkes
Forbes has every right to have these services
If the hospitals were further apart our communities would be fully serviced
and we would not be faced with splitting services between the towns
Is it time to seriously consider the benefits of operating Parkes Hospital and Forbes Hospital as standalone entities
rather than shared as part of the Lachlan Health Service
Surely both Parkes and Forbes deserve their own dedicated healthcare services
This change could lead to more tailored healthcare solutions
ultimately enhancing the quality of care for both communities
We will wait and see the results of the called for "action plan"
and in the meanwhile continue to fight for improved services for the Parkes Shire
Community-wide engagement for the proposed Parkes Energy Recovery (PER) facility in New South Wales will soon begin
along with the planning and environmental approvals process for the facility
Parkes Energy Recovery will leverage technology from global leader
businesses and industries across the state
The proposed facility will divert an estimated 600,000 tonnes of waste per annum from landfill and generate at least 60 megawatts of energy – enough to power 80,000 homes per year
Parkes Energy Recovery is a group of companies led by Tribe Infrastructure Group (Tribe) and includes Tadweer Group
They have been selected by the Regional Growth NSW Development Corporation (RGDC) which is delivering the Parkes Special Activation Precinct
The anticipated capital investment for the energy recovery facility is $1.5 billion
making it the largest single investment in the history of Parkes
Councillors from Parkes Shire Council recently met with representatives from Parkes Energy Recovery to discuss the upcoming plans for the facility
Next steps include planning and environmental approvals with the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) and the Department of Planning
said the council was pleased to see progress on the project and supports the principle of the Parkes Energy Recovery facility as part of a sustainable waste management solution for the future
“Council’s role of course is to represent the community and ensure the facility is safe to humans and the environment,” Westcott said
“We will also work with the consortium and the State Government to ensure the impact on the community is satisfactorily addressed.”
Westcott said the facility may be a catalyst for businesses within the Parkes Precinct
“Businesses will surely be interested to co-locate with this development,” he said

Mayor of Parkes Shire Council Neil Westcott said the "modest sod-turning ceremony belies the significance of this crucial development
This project is more than just a service centre; it serves as the gateway to the heart of national logistics and the Parkes Special Activation Precinct
We are thrilled to partner with esteemed developers like the Stevens Group and bp

Development Director of the Stevens Group said
“Stevens Group is very proud to be part of the Parkes Special Activation Precinct
"It is fantastic to see progress on site on a project we have been working on for many years.”
“This first stage of the 20ha Parkes Gateway Precinct will be a state-of-the-art Highway Service Centre
that will provide much need infrastructure to service the Parkes SAP and heavy vehicles using the Newell Highway
Future stages will provide a great opportunity for Industrial and Trade Retail businesses being located closer to their customers.”
said the Newell Highway is the longest and one of the busiest transport routes in regional NSW and that traffic brings opportunities for further growth and investment in the Parkes region
“With its prime position on the Newell Highway
the Parkes Gateway will offer unique business spaces with highway frontage and the ability to host infrastructure like data centres that will support improved regional networks,” Ms Moriarty said
Stage 1 of the northern gateway development is set to coincide with the completion of the Parkes Bypass in mid 2025 and will include a new highway service centre and site infrastructure work
“Parkes is a key transport corridor for many drivers; from family road trips to truck drivers travelling across the country

with the Parkes Special Activation Precinct
sitting on the only junction of Australia’s two rail spines
Inland Rail expects to be in full construction in every section between Beveridge and Parkes next year as it looks to complete the Beveridge to Parkes by sections by 2027
Construction began on the Stockinbingal to Parkes section of the project in March this year
with 162 local residents employed on this section
The section has also employed 54 women and spent more than $9 million with 97 local business
“What we are seeing happening in Parkes with the Special Activation Precinct is just a taste of what is to come as Inland Rail gets built out further – there is no doubt that Parkes is the flagship town on the project right now
“The Parkes Special Activation Precinct is home to the National Logistics Hub

“The Parkes Special Activation Precinct and Inland Rail complement each other to provide a compelling answer to questions of sustainable growth in Australia
“Australia’s growing population and an anticipated increase in domestic freight of more than 20 per cent by 2040 emphasise the importance of Inland Rail
“Rail freight emits 16 times less carbon pollution than road freight and we will cut rail freight travel time between Melbourne and Brisbane by almost a third
These compelling aspects of Inland Rail underline why it is such an important project.”

There will also be a double demerit point period for the ANZAC Day weekend from Thursday 24 April to Sunday 27 April (inclusive)

obey the road rules and drive to conditions
We want everyone to reach their destination safely and to enjoy the Easter break
school holidays and ANZAC Day without tragedy

don't mix alcohol or drugs with driving and ensure you and all your passengers are wearing seatbelts," Ms Suitor said
Parkes Highway Patrol Sergeant Mitchell Gage is reminding drivers that there will be extra Police in the area
"Extra police will be on the roads focusing on the fatal five - speeding
and distraction offences such as using a mobile phone while driving
‘Driving is something most people do in their everyday lives
making it very easy to become relaxed and complacent on the roads

Pauline Hanson's One Nation candidate for the Parkes electorate
I moved to the town of Parkes in 2001-2002 but when I wasn't able to find full time work I moved back to Sydney
I returned in 2010 and have been here ever since
then started a transport company one month later
I've put myself forward because it just felt like the right thing to do
I was sick of politicians doing nothing for the people
only looking after themselves and the minorities making big noises
Stop the waste from government so our inflation will drop quickly and everyone who has mortgage or loan will feel relief
and give incentives to finish the courses they start and penalties for those who don't
I thought everyone was looking for greener energy and not more toxic energy
and there are better places to put an Energy from Waste plant
which means to serve the public for the majority
