Nova Andradina and Bataguassa are both located in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul
and Alvares Machado is located in the state of São Paulo
Nova Andradina has a population of about  43,495 (2007)
Bataguassu has a population of about 19,171 (2005)
and Alvares Machado has a population of about 24,609 (2004)
Nova Andradina and Bataguassu are both located in the south east area of Mato Grosso do Sul
while Alvares Machado is the north west area of São Paulo
