firefighting services in Minas Gerais in the Southeast of Brazilprotecting both public and private environmental reserves son of Gastão and currently responsible for coordinating the operations of the company in the details of the operations of 2021 in the Pantanal we attended to the two regions with very poor infrastructure our support trucks needed a special adaptation to reach the base of operations due to the bad state of the roads a bridge was damaged that gave access to the support farm and we had to reconfigure all our flight operations the operator must know the region where he is operating well because the working conditions change daily in aerial application and firefighting Every year we are gaining more experience and specializing in our work in the Pantanal The results have improved more and more,” said Luan Lima son of Gastão and current head of operations for Aero Agrícola Rondon The main regions served by Rondon this year were Paiol near the border between Brazil and Bolivia in the center of the marshy zone of Mato Grosso they contributed to the protection of the Encontro das Águas State Park which had been badly affected by the fires of the past year In addition to the work on environmental reserves Luan is optimistic about the growth of demand for services in the private sector “We have seen more and more interest from rural producers in fighting fire The indigenous residents appreciate aerial firefighting as an efficient tool helping to protect crops Las Algodones also sought to use aircraft to protect their cargo We have been active in the fight against fires in natural reserves on farms [every farmer in Brazil must maintain an environmental protection area on his property] and also in residential areas” the Lima family has contributed Methods: Out of 206 registered MD from a medium-sized municipality, 121 were enrolled in this cross-sectional study. Convenience sampling was used. Based on Cohen's f2, a power of 98% and a 0.05 alpha was achieved. MD responded to sociodemographic questions and to the Portuguese-version of the Maslach Burnout Inventory–Human Services Survey (MBI). Risk and protective factors linked with BS were examined with regression analyses. Conclusion: The prevalence of BS in this study falls within the range previously reported among healthcare professionals (i.e., 2.6–11.8%). Moreover, data suggested that commitment with the occupation and with the participant's own mental health could boost reactions against the deleterious effects of the BS. In this sense, organizations can develop strategies for preventing BS, a process that is known to be chronic and, to some extent, preventable. Moreover, 33.9% (95% CI: 26.0–42.7) had high higher scores for EE, 31.4% (95% CI: 23.8–40.2) for high DE, and 20.8% (95% CI: 14.5–29.0) for low PA. The comparisons between the general scores and each dimension regarding the independent variables are presented in Table 2 The lowest EE values were observed among the oldest people (p = 0.02) with a workload of 40–60 h a week (p = 0.001) took vacations <6 months ago (p = 0.001) feel satisfied with the institution they currently work in (p < 0.001) do not have a diagnosis of any psychological disorder (p = 0.01) did not consult a psychiatrist (p = 0.003) and did not consider changing careers (p < 0.001) see more than 25 patients a day (p = 0.04) are dissatisfied with their current institutions (p < 0.001) and considered changing careers (p < 0.001) present larger DE values Greater PA values were observed among participants with lighter workloads (p = 0.003) who were not outsourced workers (p = 0.012) took vacations in the last 6 months (p = 0.004) are satisfied with the institution they work in (p < 0.001) and did not consider changing careers (p = 0.002) improved indicators of BS's general score (negative values) were observed for those with reduced workloads (p < 0.001) took vacations in the last 6 months (p < 0.001) do not have a mental disorder diagnosis (p = 0.027) Scores of specific dimensions and general score of Burnout Syndrome in doctors The independent variables with p-values below 0.20 were taken to the linear regression models (Table 3) for examining the associated risk and protective factors higher explanation coefficients (R2) were detected for EE and for BS's general score Three variables independently explained DE and PA while four other variables composed the BS general score model and five variables composed the model for EE The main associated factors were satisfaction with the institution (found in all models) and intent to change careers (in the models for EE Consulting psychiatrists and practicing physical activities were factors retained in the models for EE and BS Sociodemographic and work-related variables present solely in one of the models were: working night shifts (PA) Factors associated with BS in doctors in doctors in Paraná age was a significant protective factor for EE thus representing that older individuals had lower odds of presenting with elevated EE scores These results must be treated with caution as the meta-analysis included only four studies as the professionals are no longer able to continue working they begin taking leaves for health treatments These sources of bias and limitations must be considered in the interpretation of the results the study presents data that might be useful in planning intervention mechanisms to improve management and decision-making within policies for workers We emphasize the need for investments in policies for human resources in hospitals especially in actions seeking to reduce pressures generating work stress which improve the organizational processes and make a more adequate support to work and the medical worker The raw data supporting the conclusions of this article will be made available by the authors The studies involving human participants were reviewed and approved by Western Paraná State University Research Ethics Zaleski would get a bus at noon and go to school "There was no weekend or anything like that,” he says but people realized my potential when I started training other martial arts,” he says "I worked hard until the day I decided to leave Francisco Beltrao to see what the fight world had for me." Zaleski loved watching Wanderlei Silva and Mauricio Rua beat people up in the PRIDE ring but he wasn't surprised when his father disapproved of his idea to leave the farm in order to train in Curitiba where those fighters started their careers Every father wants to have his sons always around him to work but at that time it wasn’t good for me anymore With his son competing in the big leagues now dos Santos can’t help but give him some advice as well like every father,” Zaleski says with a laugh "He tells me how he used to do when he fought people back in the day Weeks after visiting Las Vegas for the UFC Athlete Retreat an experience Zaleski says is “impossible to describe in words traveling to a place I only saw in movies,” the welterweight talent flew to Long Island to face former Bellator champion Lyman Good "I’m thrilled to finally be back,” says Zaleski, who hasn’t fought since October, when he scored his second UFC win in a row against 41-fight veteran Keita Nakamura. "Especially to be fighting in New York against a tough opponent but he had to Google his name when the UFC reached out with the offer only knew when they offered me the fight,” he admits "I always have to be prepared for everything so I have to expect tough opponents to be tested and one day fight a top 15 "There’s nothing that will surprise me because I prepared for this."
