At 9:15 p.m. on Sunday, police responded to the shooting on Fowler’s Road near the Peacekeepers Way interchange. The suspect is described as a Caucasian male with a dark complexion in his 50’s. He is possibly 6 feet tall, has a heavy build, and at the time was wearing a black jacket, jeans, and a bike helmet with a clear visor and red and yellow pattern (like flames). He was operating a dual purpose dirt bike that was red in color and had a headlight. The RNC is appealing to the public for help in identifying the person responsible and is asking those who live in the area to review any video footage (including dash cam) between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. Sunday. home on Flats Road in C.B.S 10 following information received about suspected fentanyl trafficking Appleby and Agyemang were arrested without incident by RCMP officers outside a commercial property in St Items located and seized during the investigation include: Approximately 600 pills of suspected Benzimidazole – a synthetic opioid similar to but more potent than Fentanyl There were also several ounces of cocaine; two sets of body armour; a loaded Glock 40-Calibre handgun; four semi-automatic assault rifles; multiple illegal over-capacity magazines; a shot gun; various ammunition; $25,000 cash; and five cases of contraband tobacco; and other items consistent with possession for the purpose of trafficking Both Appleby and Agyemang appeared in provincial court on Dec Appleby and Agyemang
