Elizabeth Jahnke and Carolyn Neuenkirch; his brothers-in-law Ronald Jahnke and Thomas Neuenkirch; his uncle Gillman Ness; now just four days after Marty Rebecca Schneiger and her husband Steven Schneiger He was grandfather-in-law to Daniel Hughes Wisconsin where he graduated from Milwaukee Concordia High School he pursued the study of theology for four years at Concordia Seminary in St Louis and was graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree At that same time he was united in marriage with Judith Faith Fields of Webster Groves Three children were born to this union: Rebecca Sue North Dakota; First Lutheran Church in Neosho 1960-1964; Immanuel Lutheran Church in Broken Arrow 1964-1971; Mount Cavalry  Lutheran Church in Milwaukee 1971-1981; and Trinity Lutheran Church in Rochester In those years he served in youth ministry Marty also spent a lot of his time visiting the sick and suffering in hospitals and institutions During his ministry at Trinity Lutheran Church he also served as chaplain at St Mary’s Hospital where he continued to serve after his retirement from Trinity.  Marty spent the last five years at The View at Pine Ridge in Oconomowoc We thank all the staff for their love and care for him A private memorial service will be held in Milwaukee but is an independent immigrant from the south: a golden jackal has been detected in Lucerne for the first time A movement in the undergrowth - then the camera clicks Between Neuenkirch and Hellbühl in the canton of Lucerne an animal that was previously not part of the local wildlife fell into a photo trap at the end of March: a golden jackal As confirmed by the canton of Lucerne on Monday this is the first official record of this species on Lucerne soil The golden jackal (Canis aureus) originally comes from south-eastern Europe The species gets its name from its golden-brown fur; other characteristics include long legs and a short bushy tail The behavior of the golden jackal is less conspicuous than that of the wolf: it is crepuscular and nocturnal Golden jackals eat pretty much everything: from small animals to carrion and fruit The golden jackal is harmless to humans and rarely attacks livestock it is not currently the focus of herd protection debates "Animals of this species have been migrating naturally into Switzerland for almost 15 years," confirms the State Chancellery of the Canton of Lucerne the golden jackal is strictly protected in Switzerland and may not be hunted It is unknown whether the animal spotted in Lucerne will now settle permanently at lower altitudes, but the Kora Foundation which is involved in researching and monitoring predators assumes: "The species is likely to settle and reproduce in Switzerland in the future." However several records over a longer period of time would be necessary for a stable population there are several reasons for the spread of the golden jackal The decimation of wolves in the early 20th century global warming and the opening up of the landscape through human activities such as forest clearing all play a role The population is asked to exercise caution: Anyone who spots a golden jackal should neither feed it nor try to scare it away - and ideally report the sighting to the Kora Foundation. The sighting will be checked there and entered into a national database. her sisters-in-law Roxanne Mueller and Carolyn Neuenkirch; her children Elizabeth Paczynski and Timothy Mueller.  She is also survived by her aunt through marriage Virginia Ness and her children Charles Ness She graduated from Webster Groves High School and continued her education at Deaconess Hospital where she earned a Registered Nursing degree She married Martin in 1957 and began married life as a pastor’s wife which meant frequent moves One of those moves was to Rochester nearly 40 years ago when Martin was called to Trinity Lutheran Church for the American Red Cross and spent the final years of her nursing career at Assisi Heights in Rochester Her life was dedicated to serving others: her family Judy was talented with any type of needlework from sewing to rug hooking She belonged to the Rochester Area Rug Hookers and cherished her time with her friends there.  WI where she died from several chronic health issues Galerie Artima is excited to announce an exhibition exploring the inter relationship between the work of René Galassi and Volker Kuhn Although both artists are driven by different inspirations and identities they share their dynamic use of paper as a sculptural medium René Galassi uses stripes of fringed handmade paper (Papier Moulin) while Volker Kuhn purposefully hand-tears each petal to show the textured and irregular matter of paper Kuhn engages in a careful examination of both colour and form in his subtly figurative series of flowers where tiny pieces of paper are carefully constructed into larger configurations Galassi’s geometrical abstract work directly responds to Kuhn through lines and curves displayed in aesthetic simplicity thus evoking movements and natural elements both artists challenge our usually limited notions of the material elevating it from its ordinary context into a medium full of artistic possibilities as the 1st Etching Prize of Château- Arnoux and the 1st Engraving Prize of the Agazzi contest of Bergame Volker Kuhn was born in 1948 at Neuenkirch (Germany) date after which he stopped etching to create his own art in volume building dioramas with figurines and objects Brass Band Treize Etoiles retains the Swiss National title in Luzerne Results:Excellence Division:Set Work: Hypercube (Oliver Waespi)Adjudicators (Set Work): Simon Dobson;
