 In her earlier years Geri enjoyed bowling
and fishing on the mighty Mississippi river with her family
She also enjoyed daisy flowers and decorating her home for the holidays
Geri was a beloved nurse who devoted her life to caring for her residents. 
 She is survived by her three children
Alina Braning (fiancé Jesse Barton)
and Bronce (Anita) Smith; three nieces; two nephews; three great nieces; and a nephew on the way; and her former husband and best friend
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday
The Mineral Area Nurse Honor Guard will hold a Nightingale Tribute starting 10 minutes prior to service time
A private inurnment will be held on Saturday
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made in Geri’s memory to the American Cancer Society or Juvenile Diabetes Association.
