Germany (AP) — Andrzej Sitkowski was 15 years old when his mother told him that she had been asked by a neighbor to hide a little Jewish girl from the Nazis at their home
we decided to take in Hadassah and she was brought over to our house in 1943," Sitkowski says
looking back at those difficult years during World War II when he lived with his widowed mother Helena and younger sister Magda on the outskirts of the Polish capital of Warsaw under German occupation
Almost eight decades after Hadassah Kosak's rescue
the 93-year-old Polish man is still regularly in touch with Kosak
who after the war immigrated via Israel to the United States where she became a professor of history in New York
For their efforts to help save the lives of Kosak
her sister Marion and their mother Bronislawa
who later also came to stay with the Sitkowskis
Andrzej and his mother were given Israel's highest honor in 1995
They were named "Righteous Among the Nations" — a title bestowed on non-Jews who took great risks to save Jews during the Holocaust by Yad Vashem
the country's official Holocaust remembrance organization
as the world commemorates the 77th anniversary of the liberation of the German Nazi Auschwitz concentration and extermination camp on January 27
Yad Vashem and the Conference on Jewish Material Claims against Germany have teamed up to highlight the stories of "Righteous Rescuers" like the Sitkowskis who risked everything
to save Jews from getting slain by the Nazis and their henchmen
"One of the amazing thing about the rescuers is that not only did they rescue the specific person who was hidden
but all of their children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren — an entire family tree," said Greg Schneider
the executive vice president of the Claims Conference
"It says in the Jewish tradition that if you save one person it is as if you save the whole world," Schneider told the AP
Over the past 60 years Yad Vashem has recognized about 28,000 individuals from some 50 countries as "Righteous Rescuers." The organization still receives hundreds of applications each year to honor others
most helped their parents as children or teenagers
"We believe about 200 of them are still alive and most of them are living in Europe," said Dani Dayan
"As antisemitism is growing again on all five continents
we need to stress again the moral stature of these persons and their actions."
home to Europe's largest Jewish community before the Holocaust
the Nazi occupiers punished those who helped Jews by executing not only the helpers
when you ask Sitkowski about why he and his mother decided to help Jews despite the huge personal risks
he shrugs and says it simply was their duty as human beings
"When my mother told me about the request from the neighbor there were no long deliberations
The approval was somehow obvious," Sitkowski remembers
"It was just an impulsive decision of a Mensch," he adds
using the German word for human being that in Yiddish also refers to a particularly good person
Sitting in his living room overlooking the snowy foothills of the Alps
with sort of darkish hair and black eyes — I grew very fond of her."
there's still a strong bond between them
they would visit each other and nowadays they talk on the phone and exchange letters
their memories often wander back to those months of hiding when the Sitkowskis shared their meager food rations with Hadassah
when Andrzej taught five-year-old Hadassah how to read and write
and when they made their neighbors and acquaintances believe a fabricated story in which Hadassah was not a Jew
but a Christian-Polish girl whose mother had been taken to Germany as a forced laborer
Hadassah's mother was hiding as a maid with another family and her sister Marion was hiding at a Catholic convent
But when those hiding places were no longer safe
the Nazis first burned down the Sitkowski home and many other houses on their street and then later expelled all people who had lived there
So they needed to escape again and eventually the Sitkowskis and Kosaks had to split up and survived the last months of the war in different places across Poland until the Soviet Army liberated Poland in January 1945
While Hadassah Kosak first moved to Israel and later to the United States
where Marion married Ralph Miliband and where their two sons Ed and David
two well-known politicians with the British Labour Party
The decision of Andrzej and his mother to offer a shelter "was a true act of humanity," Hadassah Kosak told the AP

BMW showed off the final form of its long-awaited and long-teased Panoramic iDrive system
It's a combination of an oddly angular touchscreen
Comedians Tim Meadows and Ken Jeong welcomed the assembled crowd into a studio designed to look like an oversized interior of the company's upcoming Neue Klasse
They did their best to goad BMW's Bavarian executives into a series of jokes and bits that mostly fell as flat as the central touchscreen that now dominates the iDrive experience
it's not comedy that brought us to Las Vegas this week
and the good news for BMW is that the interface looks good
The software behind the scenes is called BMW Operating System X
and it powers a new iDrive that combines screens and voice commands to create a familiar but far more comprehensive interface than anything we've seen in a BMW before
Rather than being square or curved like in other BMWs
a slanted polygon whose leaning posture doesn't seem to really augment the experience but does at least look distinctive
The panel is also tilted slightly towards the driver and is running software that is at least familiar to anyone who's used the current iDrive interface
A static bar along the bottom provides quick access to the most important things
3D view of the world makes sure you're always situated
Things get more interesting when you move up the dashboard
Running along the base of the windshield is what BMW calls Panoramic Vision
with the left-most portion handling typical gauge cluster duties like displaying current speed
The rest of the Panoramic Vision display is customizable
with six widgets that you can drag up from the central touchscreen covering things like outside temperature
and even another widget showing you turn-by-turn information
It's much that we've seen in demos from BMW before
but now nearly ready for prime-time with the cars shipping at the end of this year
Given the Panoramic Vision's importance in the overall in-car experience
I asked the guy who oversaw the development of all this
BMW's SVP of connected company technical operations Stephan Durach
whether there were any visibility issues in the bright sunlight
"This technology is a little bit different than a traditional heads-up display..
it's even performing a little bit better," he said
"You'll not have any issues at all."
there's another HUD situated on the left
which gives 3D navigation information for the driver
you can get three separate feeds of turn-by-turn directions
BMW also quickly demonstrated a new in-car LLM that
so it's anyone's guess how well this will work in reality
it quickly found "the best beach" and navigated there
the car even asked whether to automatically engage Sport Mode
BMW's Durach confirmed that Android Auto and Apple CarPlay will still be supported
He also teased that there are some more fun tricks to come that will get passengers more involved in the experience
BMW ended the presentation by confirming that Panoramic iDrive will not only be coming to the Neue Klasse when it finally hits the market at the end of this year but will be the standard interface for all new BMWs that launch after that
That means the days of the rotary iDrive controller are now officially numbered
I asked Durach if he had any parting words for this once-revolutionary vehicular interface
"We take a look at all of our data and usage..
you can really see that the usage of our rotary controller is declining dramatically," he said
"People don't even touch it."
but these days you just can't cry over progress
we describe how VMIE and EBS Snapshots work together to assist BMW in streamlining its software development cycle
We discuss leveraging incremental EBS Snapshot copies to reduce the time for copying snapshots
which saves on data transfer and storage costs
You can use this solution when faced with a similar need in your development cycle
relying on up to thousands of direct and transitive dependencies
it takes several hours to generate artifacts up to several hundred GBs
To address these challenges, BMW uses VMIE and Amazon EBS to improve its development cycle efficiency. The process begins with EC2 instances executing nightly tasks on BMW’s SDP environments in Frankfurt, Stockholm, and Dublin simultaneously. These EC2 instances are preconfigured to create Amazon Machine Images (AMIs) for different CI/CD pipelines aiming to produce embedded automotive systems such as ADAS
These EC2 instances pull in all necessary build and test dependencies
which are then stored within EBS volumes attached to an EC2 instance
The EBS volumes function as the primary storage for disk images that contain the compiled dependencies and environment configurations
BMW is able to capture the precise state of the volume at a specific moment by using EBS Snapshots on these disk images
The snapshots are reliable data points for backup and essential for disaster recovery and data replication
These EBS Snapshots are taken to create the AMIs
having all the latest dependencies “baked in.” With new changes pushed from engineers to the Git repo
future CI/CD pipeline executions leverage these new AMIs
Figure 2: Interaction between the daily Amazon EC2 AMI creation process and the usage of those AMIs in the CI pipeline
BMW is able to create AMIs from the snapshots after they are in its development account
By using the combination of VMIE and EBS Snapshot Copy
the BMW development teams gain access to consistent
updated AMIs in these different AWS Regions
Having updated AMIs readily available in different AWS Regions is crucial for resilience and for enabling engineers to have a short iteration cycle on their commits
Figure 3: Diagram to illustrate the VMIE and EBS Snapshot copy operations
we provide an overview of how VMIE and EBS Snapshot Copy support BMW to streamline the development cycle to meet its objectives
The use of VMIE and EBS Snapshot Copy can help customers back up data and migrate applications from one account to another across different AWS Regions

A university professor has argued introducing 3D printing technology in clothing manufacturing will not resolve current power dynamics weighted in favour of retailers
with garment production operations being developed based solely on the new technology and requiring minimal manual labour
the authors say.If new standalone garment production operations are introduced
the researchers believe that new supply chains will be based on similar governance structures to those currently in use. This means they will continue to face social sustainability issues such as making production workers stay for unpaid overtime
the authors say.“Our findings reveal little hope for social sustainability improvements
as suppliers will likely be increasingly trapped in supply chain structures
resulting in worsening working conditions in current producer countries
experts remain sceptical about who would reap the potential benefits,” says professor Durach

Home » BMW Won’t Put Ads Inside Your Car
it’s understandable why some automakers are toying around with the idea of putting ads inside your car
Selling commercials that would be displayed on the center screen would create a new revenue stream
but BMW is (thankfully) resisting that temptation
Because it believes the car “is your last private space” and an ad would be an unwanted interference
Senior Vice President Connected Company Development
the 52-year-old VP went on to mention a vehicle’s interior is where “you can do whatever you want by yourself.” MediaPost quotes Durach saying “To say I’m selling the screen to play a commercial – I don’t see it
BMW installs infotainments as large as 14.9 inches inside some of its cars while others have a slightly smaller (but still big) 10.25-inch touchscreen. Pictured at the top, the Vision Neue Klasse concept had an even bigger center screen. In the case of the 7 Series and China’s new long-wheelbase 5 Series, the optional rear-seat entertainment system consists of a massive 31.3-inch display with 8K resolution
the huge screen in the back would be a great way to show an ad and make some money
That’s not to say BMW is completely avoiding making some extra money while you’re inside the car. Yes, we’re talking about subscriptions. The company sparked a lot of controversies when it launched a monthly fee for heated seats, which was ultimately removed from the online store following the backlash
the other on-demand features are staying and new ones are planned to give owners access to goodies placed behind a paywall
The next wave of EVs based on the Neue Klasse platform coming from 2025 will be even more digitalized by switching to the tenth generation of the iDrive. You’ll be controlling most of the in-car functions from that big display we mentioned earlier because the traditional controller is going away
There will be some haptic buttons on the steering wheel to access certain features
BMW is removing the driver’s display and replacing it with a dashboard-wide head-up display known as Panoramic Vision
neither the infotainment nor the HUD will show ads

BMW is gearing up to showcase the latest iteration of its iDrive system and display that’ll be used in upcoming Neue Klasse production models. The new tech will be unveiled at next month’s Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas in a special event hosted by comedian Tim Meadows
The debut will take place at the BMW Pavilion
and attendees will have the chance to take a close look at the system
It’ll consist of the brand’s first panoramic iDrive display and
set new standards “for in-vehicle experiences with a clear focus on driver orientation
Read: BMW’s Neue Klasse Design Is Coming To All ICE Models
Images published of Tim Meadows may provide us with a hint of what to expect from the new system
Pictured behind the comedian is the top of a huge steering wheel
and what appears to be a full-width panoramic display
Both the steering wheel and the infotainment display match up with the Vision Neue Klasse X concept and appear likely to make it to production
Details about the “panoramic” display are a little murkier. Both the Vision Neue Klasse X SUV and the Vision Neue Klasse sedan concepts had curved full-width displays at the base of the windshield
It’s possible that BMW intends to make these screens a reality for its future production models
All will be revealed on January 7th at 8:30 a.m
Meadows will be joined by BMW AG chief development officer Frank Weber
head of BMW Group Design Adrian van Hooydonk
The first Neue Klasse-based production model to hit BMW showrooms will be the next-generation, all-electric iX3
set to adopt a very similar design philosophy to the Vision Neue Klasse X
while a road-going variant of the Neue Klasse sedan concept is set to arrive in 2026
A further four Neue Klasse models will join the burgeoning family over the following two years
Upcoming BMW vehicles will utilise the 2nd generation Snapdragon Digital Chassis and associated platforms
BMW has announced its new Neue Klasse electric cars and revamped MINI models will be powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon Digital Chassis and Cockpit platforms
improved infotainment and advanced driver assist systems
The new vehicles were announced last week at IAA Mobility and BMW had revealed a new chipset architecture but the vendor was not announced even though Qualcomm was suspected to be it considering their long term partnership
The German automaker revealed at IAA Mobility its upcoming vehicles will utilise the 2nd generation Snapdragon Digital Chassis and associated platforms
This includes the Snapdragon Auto Connectivity system for 5G and V2X communication
The new chips will also enable the next iterations of BMW's iDrive interface
the Snapdragon Cockpit Platforms will power the OS and new 9.45-inch OLED display from Samsung
"BMW’s iDrive has long been the gold standard for in-car control and communications interfaces
For the latest BMW iDrive generation “QuickSelect,” the Snapdragon Digital Chassis is the ideal technology platform to enable intuitive
and connected full-cabin experiences for drivers and passengers," said Stephan Durach
“Through the Snapdragon Digital Chassis solutions
as well as the broader automotive ecosystem
to rapidly transform their vehicles for the digital era
We look forward to continuing our work with BMW Group to rapidly bring innovative and industrially competitive features to market,” said Nakul Duggal
The Snapdragon Cockpit will bring enhanced graphics
audio and communications to BMW's new iDrive system
The chips will also enable advanced safety features using on-device and cloud-connected AI
This will power Level 2 and 3 autonomous driving capabilities
based on the Snapdragon Ride platform and Ride Vision software
BMW's L2+ system with this technology will debut in 2025 with the launch of the Neue Klasse
"The versatility of Snapdragon Digital Chassis has made it easy for our companies to expand our working relationship beyond ADAS/AD solutions to create more comprehensive digital offerings together," Durach explained
Qualcomm also revealed partnerships with Jaguar Land Rover for next-generation 5G tech
and electric scooter firm Gogoro for two-wheeler applications of Snapdragon Digital Chassis
Qualcomm's expertise in semiconductors is valuable as they look to add more advanced digital features
as demonstrated by Tesla and its former reliance on Nvidia
autos present a major new market as smartphones plateau

► CAR’s digital editor takes a look around CES 2023► Context and intelligent UX is the big trend► Less is more – but there are different interpretations
and you’ll see vast swathes of touchscreens
and they’re becoming equally distracting when on too
MBUX’s Hyperscreen technology represents the pinnacle of what can be done with screens in 2023 – but companies are increasingly deciding what to display – rather than how much
And at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show – the place where brands reveal their cutting-edge tech – it was evident that car interiors will become cleaner and simpler
Whether it’s down to customer feedback or improvements in software
intelligent UI replace the Minority Report-style ones we used to associate with the future
The most high-profile example came with BMW’s i Vision Dee concept. BMW’s i Vision Dee previews an entirely new design language for its upcoming Neue Klasse models
but it also reveals an important piece of their interior tech
Building on the traditional head-up display
BMW’s Mixed Reality tech is designed to distract the driver as little as possible – while still proving deep and relevant information
BMW’s solution goes the length of the dashboard – but key to the idea is the type of information it’s able to display
and you’re limited in the things that you can do,’ says Durach
‘That’s the big differentiator if you think about what your smartphone can do.’
Smartphones get more of our attention than touchscreens
but they’re far less aware of what we’re doing – and that’s totally different to when we’re driving
OEMs are able to pick up more data about our current activities than Apple or Google could ever dream of – and that’s actually a good thing for making a more intelligent UX
‘[In a car] we know the speed you’re driving
the state of the battery or how much petrol you have
your navigation when getting to a certain point where we can find your parking spot like this
we always think about the context,’ explains Durach
‘It’s really important for us to give you a better user experience
We know even where you’re looking at the interior cameras.’
as complex software and powerful hardware is required to crunch it
That’s one of the reasons why we’re seeing more and more OEMs partner up with chip manufacturers such as Qualcomm and Nvidia
the power required to make infotainment systems unobtrusive is even greater than before
More about the Volvo EX90 here
the computers in the car are really increasing,’ Volvo’s head of product definition and partnerships
‘But we’re not going to lots of fancy animations and lots of bells and whistles
trying to keep this very simple – but doing that is difficult
and requires a lot of resources to make user interfaces as compliant as possible.’
Brands are making their cars more intelligent on the inside – but what about the outside? Parked opposite demos of the new PlayStation VR 2 headset, the newly-revealed Afeela prototype reveals how UX can begin before you’ve got in a car:
‘The idea is in its stationary or park status that the car should still be able to contribute or share information with you,’ Sony Honda’s product marketing manager Larry Harrison tells CAR
‘It’s not just a one-way relationship where it’s driver
In the same way that smartphones use widgets to inform us at a glance
the Afeela will keep us updated on whatever we’ve asked it to
it can let you know what its charging status is
You can have it show you the sports scores that are currently going on
‘If it’s an extremely cold morning and you remotely start your vehicle
you’re able to walk outside and quickly identify what the cabin temperature is.’
Mercedes CTO Markus Schäfer will tell you it’s not
and that’s not just because his company’s Hyperscreen tech arguably represents the final form of what OEMs can do with touchscreens
Available in all EQ models as an option from around £8000
it’s everything BMW is moving away from in its i Vision concept
the issue of context is a complex one – and it’s partly based on regions
Mercedes has access to thousands of customers’ use habits – albeit anonymously – and that means it’s able to see the different behaviours of customers across the world
‘To be honest if you look at the Asian market
and they love an overflow of information,’ Schäfer reveals to CAR
And they like to operate three devices at the same time.’
‘Europe is definitely more conservative; the US is interesting
You know that California is different to the south and the east
so there’s not one size fits all in the world
We have to adapt more and more when it comes to the digital side of the business
There are differences in preferences in the world.’
Mercedes’ magnum opus is selling even more than the company thought it would
‘The requests for Hyperscreen are overwhelming in all markets
We are totally blown away by the take rate of the Hyperscreen,’ Schäfer adds
We are increasing capacity like crazy for Hyperscreen
we are reaching a point where a silent mode is very much recommended
because people might think they’re in an overflow.’
Mercedes is open to looking to other solutions in the future
but it’s firmly fixed on supplying current demand
‘We’re taking it to the next level and there’s something else after Hyperscreen
and we know competitors are taking it to different directions,’ Schäfer concedes
but have to look at regions and their preferences
and they are not the same across the world.’

articles have often appeared in the mass media about the fact that relatives allegedly robbed his widow
and raiders seized the property of the Odessa businessman's public organization
Mutual insults and threats are pouring in from all sides
who took an interest in this complex topic
were accused of being involved and spreading fakes
We decided to look deeper into this situation in order to find out exactly what inheritance Black left behind
The heritage in question (a pair of Odessa hotels
shopping centers and other commercial real estate objects) is valued at over 130 million hryvnias and is on the balance sheet of several legal entities created at different times by Vadym Chorny
Here is a list of these organizations at the time of the businessman's death:
Non-governmental organization "Center for the Protection of the Disabled"
the confusion with this property and the companies to which it was registered began during Vadim's lifetime
"fictitiously" sold the corporate rights of several of its objects - the limited liability company "Basari" - to the public organization "Center for the Protection of the Disabled" (the amount of the transaction - 129 million 670 749 hryvnias) and the subsidiary "Kompromis" (amount of the deal - 1 million 218 500 hryvnias)
The payment was supposed to be made within a month from the moment the documents were signed
the funds under the specified contracts had not been paid
she did not even give her consent to the conclusion of the said contracts
the NGO "Center for the Protection of the Disabled" did not fulfill its obligations regarding the payment of the value of corporate rights
in fact the contracts for the purchase and sale of corporate rights were terminated
and the rights to the property of "Basari" and "Compromise" remained in "Dagda-2013"
Valery Holova also insists that the additional agreements to the above-mentioned contracts found as a result of investigative actions in 2021 were forged already after the death of Vadym Chorny
which was shown by the commissioned examination
It should be noted that according to these additional agreements found
the sale of corporate rights was still carried out - but for amounts a hundred times smaller (in particular
the corporate rights of Basari LLC were reduced from UAH 129 million
who is accused by some media of illegally taking possession of an unfortunate inheritance
claims that everything that Vadym Chornyi owned was quite legally registered under the NGO "Center for the Protection of the Disabled"
there were four founders left in the CZI: his mother E
they elected me as the director and included Valery Golova as one of the founders of the organization»
who was also a co-founder of the NGO "Center for the Protection of the Disabled"
indignant that he was not chosen as the director of the organization
the founders of the Central Institute of Social Sciences held the position that everything owned by the public organization should go to the legal heirs of Vadym Chorny
- my executive role is to ensure the functioning of the public organization to which it belongs
The further fate of the inheritance should be determined by the direct relatives of the deceased - Vadim's mother
But in connection with the raider seizure of the property of the CZI NGO
I now have to fight with the raiders to restore justice."
also confirmed that the corporate rights to the property belong to the public organization Vadym Chorny "Center for the Protection of the Disabled"
Where did the long property dispute and accusations of raiding come from
Lawyer of the NGO "Center for the Protection of the Disabled" Oleksandr Berezhny believes that the cause of the dispute lies in the desire of some outsiders to take away the corporate rights to his organization from the legal heirs of Black
Valeria Holova's statement that the contracts for the purchase and sale of corporate rights were terminated is false
since the contract can be recognized as terminated only by agreement of the parties or by a court decision
"We claim that all obligations under the contracts of 2016 have been fulfilled
and now the Commercial Court of Odesa is considering cases that should finally close these issues," Berezhny says
the main stumbling block that divided Vadym Chorny's heirs was a formal contract between his own enterprises
drawn up by the businessman a few years before his death
In the certificate provided to us by the representatives of Valeriya Holova and Serhiy Durach
the emphasis is on "fictitious signatures and forged documents":
the second party also claims that in March 2021 original documents and computers were stolen from the office of the NGO "Tszi"
according to the testimony of eyewitnesses
Serhiy Durach personally participated in the theft," — the lawyers of the organization claim
Regarding the additional agreement to the contract mentioned by the Chairman
lawyer Berezhny claims that it previously appeared in the case in the form of a copy
after which the investigation declared it fake and accused the public organization of forging documents
could have been illegally inserted into the case file by police officers
and that it was fabricated not by the Central Intelligence Agency
A criminal case has also been opened for this fact
which is currently being investigated by the SBI
I hope that the investigation will establish how this document appeared among the evidence and who made it," — said the lawyer
After comparing the arguments of the parties
ElitExpert conducted its own investigation and compiled the following chronological chain:
All property Vadym Chornoy is at the disposal of the public organization "Center for the Protection of the Disabled" founded by him
At the general meeting of the NGO "Center for the Protection of the Disabled" Valery Holova is introduced to the composition of the founders of the organization
a Arkady Black is appointed by the executive director of the Central Institute
It is important that at this moment all corporate rights to LLC "Basari" and SE "Kompromis" belong to the "Center for the Protection of the Disabled"
Serhiy Durach he goes to the opposition at the meeting and does not agree with the fact that he is not the new director
fool і Head are preparing their own minutes of the general meeting of the Central Institute of Technology
at which Durach is appointed as the director
There is a theft of documents in the office of the Center for Internal Affairs and Communications
Eyewitnesses claim that he is involved in this fool
Valery Holova appeals to the law enforcement authorities with a statement about the theft of the corporate rights of LLC "Basari" and SE "Kompromis"
Valery Holova applies to the court with a demand to impose an arrest on disputed property rights
Ivanov makes a decision on the seizure of corporate rights of the companies "Galatea"
Notary of Myrhorod district notary district of Poltava region Tetyana Dombrovska outside its notarial district
re-registers the corporate rights of LLC "Basari" and SE "Kompromis"
which belonged to the "Center for the Protection of the Disabled" - to PE "Dagda-2013"
the owners of "Dagdy-2013" are - Serhiy Durach and Valery Holova
Dombrovska will state that she did not fulfill this agreement
Notary Olga Yankovska certifies signatures A fool and Heads on Minutes No
17 of the General Meeting of the PP "Dagda-2013"
at which the decision is made sell corporate rights LLC "Basari" (Gretska Shopping Center and a dozen apartments) Taras Ispanyuk for 15 thousand hryvnias
Despite the fact that the real value of these rights is 129 million hryvnias
Notary Yankovska also certifies signatures A fool and Heads on Minutes No
18 of the General Meeting of PP "Dagda-2013"
at which a decision is made on change of director "Compromise" - a new director is appointed Ruslan Katsuba
Odesa notary Iryna Bilous the signature certifies Taras Ispanyuk on the decision of "Basari" LLC to change the director (Ispanyuk himself is appointed by him) and registers it in the state register as the beneficial owner of "Basari"
We emphasize that all these notarial manipulations take place within a few hours on November 26
The following registration actions are carried out: notary public Belous registers Katsubu Director of Kompromis
the corporate rights belonging to the Central Institute were finally taken away from the public organization
In order to renew your rights "Center for the Protection of the Disabled" appeals to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine
where the case is considered special Anti-Raider Commission
Department of Justice gives out Order No. 4677/5
which establishes that the initial actions of the notary public Tatiana Dombrovska and subsequent registers are illegal and should be abolished
whose signature is on the document of re-registration of corporate rights
registration actions on her behalf on November 26.11.2021
she asked the court to cancel them as fake
The opposite party does not agree with this decision
The order of the Ministry of Justice is contested on formal grounds: V
who was issued a mortgage and in connection with the lawsuit of the common-law wife of Durach-Yu.Zarichanska
was not summoned to the meeting of the Anti-Raiders Commission
since the Anti-Raiders Commission does not have the right to consider complaints if a similar dispute is being considered in the courts
Now Serhiy Durach filed lawsuits in the Commercial Court with the aim of returning the rights of LLC "Basari" and SE "Kompromis"
and Valeriya Holova proves that her corporate rights were illegally seized
But there are still many questions regarding their actions:
an hour after the notary Dombrovska reissued the corporate rights of the enterprises to Serhii Durach and Valery Holova
they sold them for only 15 thousand hryvnias
We remember that the value of this property is UAH 130 million
why were Serhiy Durach and Valeriya Golova in such a hurry to resell it at a price a thousand times lower than the real one
Why didn't they start owning the specified property and making a profit
The answers to these questions become obvious if we hypothetically assume that the Ukrainian investigation and the court still have to prove - "a well-planned and comprehensively secured raider seizure was carried out in relation to the public organization "Center for the Protection of the Disabled"
in which Cherny's widow and former assistant played far from the main roles"
Then the position of the Chairman and the Fool
who would turn from heirs to accomplices in crime
Then the formal position of the new owners of Basari LLC and Kompromis SE
Then the fictitiousness of the purchase and sale contracts of the enterprises
Ispanyuk and Katsuba became the owners of property worth UAH 130 million
But these claims are worthless without evidence
law enforcement agencies are in no hurry to investigate this crime
The multimillion-dollar inheritance of businessman Vadym Chorny does not even belong to his children - everything is issued to third parties who have no family ties to the deceased
takes a clear position in this property dispute - she wants only one thing: that the property be returned to the family and belong to her grandchildren
the matter is with the law enforcement officers
It should be noted that he is being investigated by the best Ukrainian law enforcement agencies
including the Main Investigative Department of the National Police and the Prosecutor's Office
Due to their capabilities and professionalism
the main materials of which are notarized and are in the state registers
law enforcement officers have not been active for two years
but even pass resolutions on refusal to conduct investigative actions
provide false information in procedural documents
The heirs can only believe in the Rule of Law and wait for the final decision from the high-ranking officials of Themis — because only they have the power to bring this high-profile case to its logical conclusion and punish the guilty
