Traditional French fare is given a twist with local ingredients; all milk and cheese comes from the local Schrozberg dairy farm
Scholz's concept also includes a florist and ice cream palour
located in adjacent Ortner & Ortner buildings and curated with the same attention to detail as the restaurant
