The Barça futsal team went down to defeat at the Palau Blaugrana
but goals from Pacheco and Saura handed the visitors the win
There was bad news for Tino Pérez's team even before kick off with Pito ruled out for up to a month with a groin strain
but it was Valdepeñas who opened the scoring
In the 7th minute Pachecho's shot went in off the post to give the visitors the lead
Visiting keeper Álex González came up with a couple of good saves to deny Barça and maintain Valdepeñas' lead until half time
Touré set up Matheus for the Barça man to bring his side back on level terms
with Sergio González enjoying a great chance
Chances came and went for the blaugranes and Touré hit the post near the end
Valdepeñas retained their lead until the end and now Barça turn their thoughts to Tuesday's game away at Inter
located in the south of Castilla-La Mancha
to have its own independent regulation body
the administration of the DO falls under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture for the broader Castilla-La Mancha region – the Valdepeñas DO is almost completely surround by the much larger La Mancha DO – however García Carrión has called the current situation “unsustainable”
It has called on the Minister of Agriculture
Livestock and Rural Development of Castilla-La Mancha
Julián Martínez Lizán to return the DO to the wine industry
allowing for the creation of a new interprofessional body
would better guarantee equal conditions and transparency for farmers and producers
restore the autonomy of the sector and boost the prestige of the Valdepeñas appellation and brand both domestically and in international markets
The previous regulatory body was allegedly dissolved in 2021
said to be after “several years” of internal problems and complaints about irregularities in its operation
According to website vinosdecastillalamancha, it had been hoped at the start of the year that the new DO Valdepeñas could be operational before the harvest
although the site reported last month that the head of Agriculture was confident the conflict would be resolved next year
García Carrión is joining a regional boycott today (7 October)
downing tools at its Valdepeñas facility for the day to highlight its demands
in solidarity with other winegrowers in the region
Around 4,000 vignerons tending 30,000 hectares (ha) of vines across Valdepeñas
with around 70% of the grapes produced sold to larger producers and bodegas
which claims to be the largest wine producer in Europe and fourth-largest in the world has a facility in Valdepeñas
which can produce up to 100m bottles per year
Its other sites include Daimiel in La Mancha
which has the potential to produce 225m litres of wine per year
a joint venture in Rueda the company’s original base in Jumilla
which dates its winemaking history to at least the 4th century BC and was one of Spain’s top wine-producing areas in the Middle Ages
known as aloque or clarete which was blended from white variety Airén and red Cencibel
Tempranillo/Cencibel accounts for around 86% of red wine grapes planted in the regions

He featured for Real Madrid C a week before
so his progression has been extraordinary in such a short time
Valdepenas is a left-footed center-back who has also played as a full-back
He arrived at the Real Madrid academy in 2022 from the Leganes youth set-up while also spending time at Rayo Vallecano
His development has been nothing short of outstanding
progressing through the youth set-ups quickly in a short period
Playing under former Real Madrid and Spanish international Arbeloa in the Real Madrid C team will put him in good stead

The 'tufo' has once again claimed a victim in a winery
On this occasion it happened in a bodega in Valdepeñas (Ciudad Real) and the victim was a young 27-year-old worker who was found unconscious on Tuesday night inside the premise
A medical team was sent to the scene of the incident but those attending could only certify his death
Cause of death was inhalation of carbon dioxide released during the alcoholic fermentation of must to produce wine
The yeasts transform the natural sugar in the grapes into alcohol but they also release carbon dioxide
colourless gas that can render a person unconscious
leading to death by asphyxiation within a few minutes
which is not dangerous under normal conditions but lethal in high concentrations
It is the same gas that causes the greenhouse effect and
It is estimated that 50 litres of carbon dioxide are generated in a winery for every litre of wine produced
hence the importance of ensuring good ventilation
something that wine producers knew centuries ago when they built 'tuferas' on the roofs of their wine-cellars with chimneys on the outside
the winery would be quickly evacuated because it indicated a lack of oxygen
wineries have sensors that monitor and detect the presence of CO2
but these deadly occupational accidents continue to occur
especially in the first days of the grape harvest when large quantities of grapes arrive at the wineries and the first fermentations begin
carbon dioxide is necessary to control the oxygen levels in the wine
reduce the sweetness and favour carbonic maceration (so the whole grape ferments properly)
Carbon dioxide also manages to bring a particular aroma and more freshness to white and rosé wines in which the CO2 content must be higher than in red wines

Joaquín Valdepeñas first picked up a clarinet when he was a seventh grader at Fremont Junior High School in Anaheim
“My buddies and I wanted to play the trumpet but by the time they got to the Vs in the alphabet
“I played the clarinet all through junior high and high school
… but I didn’t have a private lesson until I went to Cal State Fullerton,” says the music performance alumnus
the principal clarinetist at the Toronto Symphony Orchestra had to borrow an instrument
I would start in the back of the band as last chair and
I didn’t even ask if I could keep it over the summer — they probably would’ve said yes — so I would forget how to play it
It wasn’t until his senior year that his mother bought him a clarinet so he could practice on his own that summer before his placement audition at Cal State Fullerton
Despite not having declared a major and never having received private lessons — something almost unheard of for anyone going into a university music program — Valdepeñas was assigned to the clarinet studio of the late Kalman Bloch
who was principal clarinetist for the Los Angeles Philharmonic for more than 40 years
Bloch gave him a 30-minute lesson each week and became his mentor
advising him to apply to the music program at Yale — Valdepeñas has a master’s degree from the university — and
to audition for the Aspen Music Festival in 1977
Valdepeñas was back at Cal State Fullerton in February to offer a master class to three hand-picked graduate students from the School of Music: Guilherme Batalha (who performed “Concerto No
Alexander Tu (“Bucolique” by Eugene Bozza) and Sierra Allen (Artie Shaw’s “Concerto”)

A young worker has died after inhaling carbon dioxide in a winery in the Spanish municipality of Valdepeñas in the province of Ciudad Real
In yet another winery death caused by such fumes
the worker was found unconscious at the bodega in Valdepeñas DO last week
Athough a medical team was sent to the scene
The cause of death was given as inhalation of carbon dioxide released during the alcoholic fermentation of must to produce wine
It comes as the yeasts convert sugars in crapes into alcohol and release carbon dioxide
which in the large scale quantities within wineries can be enough to lead to death within a few minutes if exposed
the fumes are only dangerous in industrial quantities
with a typical winery generating around 50 litres of carbon dioxide for each litre of wine produced
tuferas and chimneys were in place to ensure the release of the toxic gases
but modern equipment for ventilation and sensors to monitor the levels of carbon dioxide are used
a candle was used to detect whether CO2 was present
as it highlighted the lack of oxygen in a space
But despite the usage of more sophisticated technology in wineries now
a man died at the Ca’di Rajo winery in San Polo di Piave
Italy after trying to save a colleague who had passed out from carbon dioxide fumes during maintenance work in a processing tank
The tank had been emptied of wine for bottling
but fumes from the fermentation process remained
neither of whom were wearing breathing equipment or safety harnesses
two workers died at a winery after being exposed to toxic fumes from a vat of Rioja at the Crespo Zabala winery in Spain
which is located in the Basque country in northern Spain saw two men in their 60s dying in the incident
one man died after slipping into the vat after checking on the fermentation process at the wine maker’s warehouse
Another man then attempted to assist his colleague and tried to pull him out
but both of them were then overcome by toxic fumes
In a statement Félix Solís said: “(The producer) deeply regrets the death of one of our workers at the Ciudad Real (Spain) winery and we would like to express our deepest condolences to the family
an investigation has been initiated to know and clarify the circumstances in which such a painful event has taken place
The company is already cooperating with the relevant authorities in this regard
“We would like to emphasise that Félix Solís scrupulously complies with the occupational risk prevention regulations which are strictly applied in all its facilities
“Out of respect for the deceased and his loved ones
the company will not provide any further information or comment until full clarification of what happened.”

The family Atienza is a household name, but Chi is someone who uses her own voice to amplify those of the Filipinos that need to be heard, especially now more than ever. Related: Start The New Year Right With These Beauty Companions
she found an abundance in a desert as she would like to say
She radiates an understanding comfort of her existence defined to make a positive difference in the world
Possessing an opinion about what her eyes and ears so keenly observe
she strives to break the cycle of poverty and helplessness by speaking when no one dares to and instilling back hope to those in despair
Chi recognizes and owns the potential of her platform to give everyone equal power and choice
it was easy to fully trust Chi when she told us
“you are beautiful”––which is her exact definition of beauty
it’s clear and straightforward; being beautiful is regardless of an outward appearance
she shares how real beauty never fades because it does not adhere to any list of standards
It’s all about being genuine and exuding more than what meets the eyes
The moment she welcomed us with her infectious smile at her home
we already had no doubts on how she can bring out the best in everyone she speaks to
Although she shares narratives that are inspiring and complex
Chi reminds us that being beautiful today is simply being able to speak up for the truth and to be unafraid to break the mold
My beauty philosophy has always been less is more
I always try to stick to what works for me
I would like to think it’s my Mom who’s had a huge influence in that area
She is a mix between simplicity and a little vanity
She would always say that God made me perfect the way I am
she would always remind me to take care of my face
She’s the one that influenced me to invest in an eye cream as I hit my 20s and she is also the one that reminds me never to put too much makeup on
She is also the one that taught me the value of hitting the gym or playing a sport to keep my body strong and healthy
She always says keep things simple and so I honestly don’t wear makeup when there’s no need to do so
Just perhaps a lip balm to keep my lips from chapping and a Benefit cheek tint to make me look fresh

I was sent by Alex Roque her product called Miracle White –– I tried it and it did work like magic
I remember back when I was going through a workshop In ABS-CBN years ago
we were asked to go through a series of classes that included personality development
I remember attending one class and the teacher showed us what “beauty” looked like
saying that these are what it takes to make it in the industry
He showed us pictures of Caucasian looking models while emphasizing that beauty meant an oval-shaped face
from the confidently positive person that I was
I started questioning whether or not I was fit to enter the industry given that I’m chinkee eyed and that I did not look like that
I started losing faith in myself because of that workshop
I was able to get numerous TV ads and shoots
I then realized that what the teacher said were only his points of view and it should not have affected me that much
Years have gone by and I remember what my Mom told me that we are all beautiful regardless
my perception of beauty changed and evolved
It does not anymore adhere to any list of standards
Beauty sticks with you no matter what the outward appearance looks like
I noticed that beauty trends change over time
I guess what I want to change in terms of beauty standards is having the standard itself
I don’t think beauty should ever be placed in a box
People especially women are greatly affected when they do not fit a beauty mold that changes over time
God created us all equally beautiful and marvelous
and no one should make you change that belief ever
I know I need to make sure I am presentable at all times
I guess no one would want to watch someone who does not try to at least look well presented
I don’t fix myself up for others – I do it for myself
I am a working mom and I work in front of a camera
so I need to feel good while doing these things
it sounds vain but the only audience I try to please is God and myself
Even if the world may think I’m doing a good job
if in my heart I know I lacked or if I did not consider what God thought
I love accessorizing and I love big pieces
Thankfully I have Diamondco.ph that sends me their beautiful pieces all the time
They are more than enough to make any outfit look stunning
To make sure my skin is always in good condition since it always requires heavy makeup
I normally don’t wear makeup just so I can make my skin breathe
I also invest in Kerastase hair treatments at home since blow drying makes my hair super dry
I also recently discovered this Korean brand Milbon that makes my hair silky smooth
I remember having to attend so many go-sees and final castings but not have any of them approved
Whereas all my commercials and ads I had were given directly by casters and mind you
I was the only one considered to do the role
I honestly learned to take care of my skin when I was already in college
The products I used then were mostly from Clinique
I studied at DLSU and I was under the sun all the time
I loved using the Clinique facial sunblock that has a bit of tint and the Origins cheek tint
which were the only tints available back then
but it varies depending on my skin’s condition
I use Kiehl’s calendula facial soap and toner
I use the same product but with the midnight serum and their intensive night eye cream
owner of Dare Clinic her clarifying products
I tried the Origins night eye cream and I like it as well
My daughter is almost a tween and I already taught her how to use Kiehl’s facial soap and when she notices that she’s about to have acne
I make her use the Kiehl’s toner since it’s made with natural ingredients
I guess the only advice I would have to give is to always stay simple
Focus on your innermost beauty first and the outward beauty will follow
I always believe that you are made by God and that in itself makes you beautiful

he caught the wine bug and passed his Diploma with the Wine & Spirits Education trust before moving to the gruelling Master of Wine studies
He gained MW status in 1994 and has built a career in speaking and writing about wine for TV
Cava and sherry were the only names you needed to know to nod confidently as the vinous chat moved on to Spain
only the best bluffers can get away with a carefully chosen phrase and a self-assured smile as such regions as Valdepeñas
has always been a good value but unglamorous red but
says Miguel Calatayud Fernandez of Bodegas Miguel Calatayud
Winemaking was big here in Phoenician times and the wonderful stone arch at Alcala was built by the Romans with wine taxes.’ He’s right
but there are parts of the region where you can’t help thinking the Romans have only just left
has a crushing capacity of 4.5 million kilos of grapes a day and the bottling plant has four lines to handle an ear-piercing 100,000 bottles per hour
This one winery alone accounts for around half of all Valdepeñas’s wine
it produces an array of labels including the oft-seen Viña Albali
ambitious winemakers are using new technology to extract the best from both vineyards and wineries but
explains Ignacio Barroso del Real of Bodegas Real
We now plant each grape variety on the right soil in the correct location.’
These movers and shakers are also replacing the traditional el vaso (bush) training with guyot training
not only to improve quality but to facilitate mechanical harvesting
a definite advantage as pickers become scarce
With 4,000 vignerons tending the 30,000 hectares (ha) of vines
and in a region where 70% of all grapes are sold on the bunch to bodegas
it’s inevitable that the latest vineyard technology will take time to become the norm
but the ‘quality message’ is spreading
The fact that the best bodegas select at the gate
confirms that things are moving in the right direction
though a few Australian flying winemakers might push things along even faster
Those who refuse change will wither on the vine
So there is Valdepeñas in a nutshell: a region of contradictions
On the one hand it is brimming with shiny new technology
on the other it is struggling to shake off the past
the region lies on the royal route between Madrid and Granada and the south
A drive north to Las Aberturas (the mountain passes) and west to Los Llanos (the plains)
both accepted to be superior wine growing areas
confirms that the initial ‘total flat plain’ image of Valdepeñas is deceiving
fertile soils and the underlying chalk with its priceless water retention qualities and you can see why the initiated are fast realising the vineyard potential
the local name for the red Rioja grape Tempranillo
but that king of the world Cabernet Sauvignon is also allowed and is poised to be an important player
The law states that Cencibel must account for at least 85% of any DO (Denominación de Origin) wine
don’t be surprised to see Valdepeñas following in the footsteps of Parker’s favourite
Ribera del Duero.’An 80/20 Cencibel/Cabernet blend gives an excellent balance
This is the future,’ confirms Domingo Megio of Bodegas Corcova
indicating that some are discarding the DO in favour of Cabernet
‘We’re planting Cabernet to make a 100% wine not a blend,’ says Los Llanos’s Juan Sanchez-Moreno Rodrigues
Garnacha also plays its minor part as the blending understudy to Cencibel and it’s interesting that some ‘reds,’ such as Los Llanos’s Don Opas
are a blend of Cencibel and the white grape Airén
with the official 70/30 split favouring whites
but it is nonetheless the major ‘blanco’
The duo could never be called dynamic but improved know-how is producing better wine
‘We’re having some success with Macebeo
as well as planting Chardonnay,’ says Real
Red varieties were dominant before phylloxera struck in 1911
‘What goes around comes around,’ and today the whites are being grubbed up to make way for reds
‘In seven to eight years there will be more red than white,’ predicts Juan Manuel Cruz of the Consejo Regulador
noting that this move to quality is well founded as the price of red grapes far outstrips that of white
It was the white grape glut that gave birth to the local ‘delicacy’ Clarete
a rosé lookalike that’s made as a red from a red/white blend
The locals love it and as it’s only 30% red grapes it hoovers up the whites admirably
The link with Rioja extends beyond the grape as American oak ageing also plays a primary role
adding a sweet vanilla sheen to the approachable red fruit wines
tradition is being challenged as more French barrels take their place in the chalk cellars to add an elegant toastiness
‘At Bodegas Los Llanos we now have 80% American oak and 20% French
Our Gran Reserva Pata Negro is only aged in French oak
It may add 50p per bottle but it’s worth it,’ says Juan Sanchez-Moreno Rodrigues
The Rioja connection doesn’t stop there
Valdepeñas labels also announce the ageing categories of Crianza
each indicating similar time periods spent in barrel and bottle
Reserva’s minimum requirement of one year in barrel and two in bottle before release again shows the value that the region offers
The ‘also ran’ image is no longer acceptable to the best winemakers who are determined to extend the region’s links with both Ribera del Duero and Rioja far beyond grape and barrel
For the first time since 2022, a Canadian runner has won the BMO Vancouver Marathon. After finishing third last year, Sergio Ráez Villanueva of Mississauga
broke the tape in Vancouver on Sunday with a time of 2:22:45
marking the fastest time ever by a Canadian on the course
It was a weekend to remember for Ráez Villanueva
who chalked up his first career marathon win
which happened to be the morning after he saved another elite marathoner from choking
Ráez Villanueva told Canadian Running he had to perform the Heimlich maneuver
and it helped,” says Ráez Villanueva
“The experience left me very shaky afterward
but I guess that extra adrenaline translated well for the marathon.”
Ráez Villanueva ran with McMaster University during his collegiate career and made the move up to the marathon in 2022
with a 10th place finish at the 2022 TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon in 2:18:04
Ráez Villanueva returned to Toronto this past year
finishing as the third Canadian in 2:20:48
Finishing behind Ráez Villanueva for second on Sunday was Chris Balestrini of London
rounded out the podium with a time of 2:24:46
More than 23,000 participants gathered for the annual event starting in Vancouver’s Queen Elizabeth Park and finishing in the downtown Coal Harbour neighbourhood
Participants for this year’s race ranged from seasoned athletes to first-time marathoners
and collectively raised more than $360,000 for charity via the RUN4HOPE program

A 5-1 triumph over Valdepeñas allowed Barça Lassa to end the regular season all-but-assured of being crowned champions

Daniel Moreno of Katusha proved unstoppable on today's short but punishing final climb at Valdepeñas de Jaén to win Stage 9 of the 2013 Vuelta and swap the green points jersey he wore this afternoon for the red jersey of race leader
The man who wore that on today's stage
drove desperately for the line to try and hold onto the overall lead
who also gets a 10 second bonus for winning the stage
The other time bonuses went to Movistar's Alejandro Valverde
and in third place the man Moreno helped win on this very same climb in the 2011 edition of the race
had worked hard to help Moreno realise his dream of a stage win in his own backyard
particularly towards the end of the 174.3km stage from Antequera to close down an attack from Team Sky's Edvald Boasson Hagen

The Norwegian was reeled in ahead of that final climb
only a kilometre long but with a gradient hitting 30 per cent in places
Cannondale's Ivan Basso launched an attack immediatelty the road headed uphill
but once Moreno - who also won Stage 4 of this year's Vuelta - made his move
he quickly pulled out a gap over his pursuers as he rode to victory and into the red jersey

the new leader of the 68th edition of the Vuelta insisted that today's stage would not be decisive for the final victory
It was a finale that required a lot of power and energy but I got a more important profit over the likes of Vincenzo Nibali yesterday
The other good news today is that Purito [Joaquin Rodriguez] has moved back up on GC
Reminded that he had lost a second shy of 1 minute following the opening day's team time trial in Galicia
he reflected: "I struggled a bit in that stage
We needed to be five riders finishing together
I don’t think it was a too bad performance from us
That’s why we could compensate the loss in the uphill finishes
as potentially his team's strongest challenger for the overall: "Slowly
I’ve moved into the lead but the last week is going to be hard
Having the red jersey now doesn’t change anything for me
Nicolas Roche in red jersey of overall leader (© Unipublic/Graham Watson)
That crucial second that Moreno took off Roche today sees the Spaniard take the red jersey from the Irishman
whose father Stephen won both the Tour de France and Giro d'Italia
Roche said: “I was afraid of this scenario
Dani Moreno showed in the last few days that he can finish fast
"I wasn’t hoping for that but I thought it might happen
That’s why we didn’t chase the breakaway down as we preferred not to give Moreno a chance to get some time bonus
"Today I’m a bit sad to lose the red jersey but yesterday was wonderful
the Vuelta completely changed with four days to go
"Hopefully I can do a good time trial
I lose the lead for one second but I haven’t had a bad stage today
I was already 5th and 6th the last two times here at Valdepeñas de Jaén
I saved as much energy as I could thinking of the last climb
"But I don’t want to be satisfied with myself too soon
I might lose in minutes what I gained in seconds today over some adversaries
It’s always hard for a rider who has done the Tour de France to know how long the form will last at the Vuelta
"The last week might be a complete different story.”

pulled off a historic achievement as they lifted their first Copa del Rey trophy by beating top-flight side Viña Albali Valdepeñas 3-2 in Jaen on Sunday
but BeSoccer UMA defended as well as they did in Saturday's semi-final
The Andalusian side did concede the first goal
but they managed to adapt to the situation and equalised just seven minutes through captain Miguel Conde
BeSoccer UMA would score their second almost immediately thanks to Davilillo
The third goal came ten minutes later with an excellent individual showing by Burrito
The pressure was then increased when Valdepeñas pulled one back six minutes from the end
but BeSoccer UMA held their own to complete the feat
by defeating a total of five top-flight teams
having played in an intense semi-final the night before
with no foreign players in a non-professional squad
BeSoccer UMA achieved one of Malaga province's biggest sporting achievements despite all the obstacles they had to overcome

Philippines [UPDATED] – Chief Justice Renato Corona engaged in “illegal” trading of dollars when he admitted at the impeachment court that he had been buying and selling restricted foreign currency in the 1960’s
“If he was trading already in the late 60s–he said 1968–there were still import and foreign exchange controls [then]
so the only way he could get dollars was from the black market,” said Dante B
the policy making body of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)
“There’s now a chief justice who had been doing illegal things since 1968,” said the amused Canlas
a former economic planning secretary who currently holds the BSP Sterling professorial chair in monetary economics
also a former Monetary Board member and a veteran banker
echoed this to Rappler at the sidelines of BSP-University of the Philippines forum in Manila City
“The black market was not considered the legal market
It was the illegal market,” stressed Valdepeñas
also a former economic planning secretary during the Marcos regime
He was unsure if there was a formal punishment associated with the illegal activity
The existence of this black market distorted the true picture of supply, demand and price for this foreign currency, thus undermining the government’s monetary policy
The black market for the greenback was then thriving and could offer at least a 50% higher return than the formal market
“Remember there were two markets [in 1968]: the black market and the official market,” said Valdepeñas
“There was something like a P2.25 premium between the official market and the black market,” he explained
That means that if the official market was P2 to US$1
the black market could offer a return of P4.25 to $1
free trade of dollars was restricted by the central bank to control inflation and limit imports
the government tried to keep the exchange rate fixed at around P2 to USD$1
also explained that because there were multiple exchanges and some deregulations were already pursued in the 1960’s
The exchange rate between 1960 and 1969 fluctuated between an annual average of P2.73 and P3.92
When Corona testified at his impeachment trial at the Senate on May 25
he explained that he started investing his peso savings in dollars
He was trying to justify how he gained wealth of at least P183 million — of which US$2.4 million are in his dollar accounts — while in a public office
He narrated to the senator-judges that he started investing in dollars in the late 1960’s when the exchange rate was–as he claimed–at P2:$1
He said he was encouraged by his gains when the exchange rate ratio dramatically climbed nearly sevenfold
the businessmen…those who were earning dollars from their businesses have to surrender their dollars
But the ordinary people…[those] who travelled abroad didn’t surrender excess dollars anymore
here buy ours’,” he said in Filipino when he was on the witness stand
Speculators against the peso are frowned up by monetary officials
privately hedging against the peso is linked with hedging demands that may not be legitimate
if I can judge by the action that was taken by the BSP late last year when we imposed a higher capital charge for non-deliverable forward transactions
the idea is to make sure that these derivatives are being used to hedge legitimate demands,” Tetangco stressed
highlighting how they try to police against speculators
“What we have found out is that the bulk of the FDX (foreign denominated exchange) transactions was basically speculative in nature… FDX carry certain risks so we said banks should be aware they are taking more risks if they engage in this
We said they should have enough offer in case there is a change in sentiment
So we imposed higher tax revenues,” he added
Corona has maintained that he continued to invest in dollars since 1968
However this investment strategy does not make sense to financial experts.Over the past 40 years
“the return on investments has been decreasing
There have been structural changes in the financial system in the Philippines and globally so I believe that having the same strategy over 40 years is not good,” said Lisa Grace S
Vice President for Planning & Finance at the University of the Philippines
