The Monaco Fire and Emergency Service hosted an official visit today by Colonel Nicolas Rynine
Head of the Civil Defence Instruction and Intervention Unit No.7 (UIISC 7)
presented the Service’s flag before inspecting the Fire Guard
Colonel Nicolas Rynine then visited the service and its special equipment
The visit continued with the Changing of the Guard on the Place du Palais
The visit ended with a presentation of the Event Management and Emergency Operations Centre (CGECOS) along with ongoing current projects
The two Commanders exchanged souvenirs and signed the guest book before meeting to discuss the ties between their respective units
The UIISC7 is tasked with providing back-up to emergency services in France and serves as the country’s first response unit in foreign countries where a natural disaster or industrial accident has occurred
It provides emergency service alongside firefighters and security forces while remaining ready to be sent abroad on request
It also delivers several training courses for army and fire and emergency response units in France and abroad
It is a structural partner of the Monaco fire service based on a convention to strengthen professional
historical and friendly ties between the two units
This partnership includes sharing technical information
The UIISC7 also takes part in monitoring major events in Monaco such as the Grand Prix
The Franco-Monegasque agreement of 21 May 2004 allows Monegasque firefighters to take part in international French missions; one such intervention followed the earthquake and tsunami in Japan in 2011
Following a roller-coaster contract approval that included a court challenge from another potential buyer
official owners of Provence's Domaine du Canadel
George and Amal Clooney are now officially the owners of Domaine du Canadel
George and Amal Clooney are residents of our beautiful community," wrote Brémond
where they will soon set down their suitcases."
The mayor's office confirmed to Wine Spectator that a legal dispute over the sale of the Provence wine estate had been resolved
and the Hollywood A-listers had begun moving in to the beautiful 425-acre estate
it came to light that another potential buyer claimed to have signed a contract to purchase the estate in August 2020
The local prosecutor's office confirmed that the disgruntled would-be buyer filed a lawsuit against the sellers in the Draguignan tribunal in March
had told the French media that it would likely take several months before the case went to trial
There was no indication that the Clooneys were accused of any wrongdoing
Apparently the Draguignan tribunal worked at warp-speed to sort the matter
The Clooneys are now setting up their Provencal pied-à-terre
which includes an exquisitely renovated 18th-century mansion as well as a pool
And the Brignoles locals are thrilled with their newest neighbors
"His arrival could do us a lot of good," Brémond said earlier this year

When George and Amal Clooney placed their bags down in the south of France
little did they anticipate that their idyllic retreat in Brignoles at the lavish Canadel estate would turn into a semi-secluded sanctuary
which sprawls over 170 hectares and features amenities like a swimming pool
the Clooneys embraced the Mediterranean sunshine
“We love being here,” George reportedly shared with Paris Match
echoing the contentment they initially felt
However, if we zoom into their day-to-day life
the tranquility the couple seeks seems just slightly out of reach
George and Amal spend much of their time within the privacy of their vast estate
This reclusive behavior might be due to their lackluster impression of the local city’s charm
“They are not really fans of the city within the walls.”
Then there’s the challenge of dealing with their fame in public spaces
a simple attempt to shop at a local supermarket ended abruptly
with the couple having to retreat after causing a stir among the public
Living in the south isn’t as peaceful as one would assume for the Clooneys
despite the area’s undeniable beauty
they live a mix of luxury seclusion and caring for the community
Even though they don’t stroll around the cobblestone streets a lot
Their life in the south is all about balancing privacy and being part of the community
showing what it’s like to live under the sunny Mediterranean sky
It seems George and Amal plan to stick around
settling into their big French estate more and more each day

A 62-year-old bodybuilder who had heart disease died after contracting COVID-19
But vaccine opponents are falsely suggesting that he died from the COVID-19 vaccine
He’d been vaccinated 18 months before his death
No vaccine or medical product is 100% safe, but the safety of vaccines is ensured via rigorous testing in clinical trials prior to authorization or approval
followed by continued safety monitoring once the vaccine is rolled out to the public to detect potential rare side effects
the Food and Drug Administration inspects vaccine production facilities and reviews manufacturing protocols to make sure vaccine doses are of high-quality and free of contaminants
VAERS “is not designed to detect if a vaccine caused an adverse event
but it can identify unusual or unexpected patterns of reporting that might indicate possible safety problems requiring a closer look.”
which can then be followed-up by government scientists
Another monitoring system is the CDC’s Vaccine Safety Datalink
which uses electronic health data from nine health care organizations in the U.S
to identify adverse events related to vaccination in near real time
randomized controlled trials involving tens of thousands of people
which were reviewed by multiple groups of experts
revealed no serious safety issues and showed that the benefits outweigh the risks
The CDC and FDA vaccine safety monitoring systems, which were expanded for the COVID-19 vaccines and also include a new smartphone-based reporting tool called v-safe

One of the most recent additions to this aggregate claim is the death of Doug Brignole, a 62-year-old bodybuilder who died at his California home on Oct
Vaccine opponents latched onto his death
because he had advocated for taking the COVID-19 vaccines when they initially became available
On April 4, 2021, Brignole posted to Facebook a picture of himself getting the shot and wrote: “I’m vaccinated
Let’s get this done so we can get back to traveling
so let’s do our share to beat it.”
The following day, Brignole responded to commenters who expressed skepticism about the vaccines. He posted: “I have enough confidence in the vaccine
Those of you who think the vaccine kills people can use me as a test
and should admit it (at least to yourselves)
so other people can benefit by avoiding those fear mongers.”
The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner’s report for Brignole does not mention the vaccine at all
it explains that he had been feeling sick in the days before his death
A friend cited in the report said that Brignole had recently traveled to Atlantic City for a competition and came back with a “flu.” A nasal swab used during the autopsy tested positive for COVID-19
Brignole’s underlying medical conditions
including heart disease from atherosclerosis would have made him less able to tolerate the effects of COVID-19
contributing to his death,” the autopsy report said
His cause of death was listed as COVID-19 with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease — hardening of the arteries — listed as a contributing factor
the suggestion that Brignole died of the vaccine — which he lived with for a year and half — is contradicted by the autopsy report

Q: Is it true the rumor that all Social Security beneficiaries will have to go to a location to verify their identity to receive their monthly check
A: The Social Security Administration had announced new policies on identity verification that would have required those applying for retirement and survivor benefits for the first time to verify their identity either online or in person at a field office
Phone verification wasn’t going to be an option any longer
the SSA canceled that policy days before it was to take effect
Direct deposit changes can only be done online or in person.

George and Amal Clooney are known for their love of Europe. The two held a high-profile wedding in Venice six years ago, and later purchased a vacation home on Lake Como
the seasoned actor and civil rights lawyer have become the proud owners of an 18th century Provence wine estate
though it’s unclear if the couple intends to stay here year-round
The recent announcement called for celebration
as Brignoles mayor welcomed the Clooneys to town
“Welcome to Brignoles! It’s now official, George and Amal Clooney are residents of our beautiful community,” Didier Brémond wrote on Twitter. “I have had the pleasure of meeting them, by their invitation, at Domaine du Canadel
where they will soon set down their suitcases.”
Selling for a reported €7 million ($8.3 million)
the Clooneys have begun moving possessions into the sprawling 425-acre estate
There had been some uncertainty about the purchase back in May, when the Clooneys ran into a legal dispute with other potential buyers. A contract seemed to have been signed for Domaine Du Canadel back in August 2020, months before Clooney signed the agreement. The lawsuit against the sellers was short-lived, according to Wine Spectator
making way for the Clooneys to take up residence
“His arrival could do us a lot of good,” Brémond said earlier this year, according to Wine Spectator
Brignoles is no stranger to high-profile residents. Domaine du Canadel is just a 30-minute drive from Château Miraval, co-owned by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Nearby is George Lucas’s Château Marguï
It’s unclear how the couple will make use of the vineyards, with grapes currently being sold to a local cooperative. But if Clooney’s previous experience in the booze business is anything to go by
don’t be surprised if Domaine Du Canadel one day becomes a major name in rosé
Having been embroiled in a legal battle over the purchase of Domaine du Canadel
George and Amal Clooney finally have the keys to the Provence estate
the Clooneys look set to put the commune of Brignoles on the map following the purchase of the 18th century estate in Provence
The powerful pair were photographed moving into their sprawling new pad last week following a legal battle to secure the in-demand property
Local mayor Didier Brémond shared the news of their arrival on Twitter with a photo of himself between the Hollywood actor and the human rights lawyer
Brémond wrote in the post: “Welcome to Brignoles
George and Amal Clooney are residents of our beautiful commune.”
The Clooneys invited Brémond to the 172ha Domaine du Canadel last week while they were settling in
making it the perfect getaway in the south of France
It’s garden is said to be one of the most beautiful in Provence
The Clooneys aren’t the first famous residents in Provence – Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s Château Miraval is nearby, while actor John Malkovich owns a vineyard property with his wife in Vaucluse and Hollywood producer George Lucas owns the nearby Château Marguï
It is not known yet whether the couple intend to make wine from their vines
The estate’s grapes are currently sent to the local cooperative
where they are blended with those from nearby properties
so there is no wine brand connected to Domaine du Canadel
George Clooney is no stranger to the drinks trade
having sold his super-premium Casamigos Tequila brand to Diageo in 2017 for a staggering US$1 million

the purchase of Domaine du Canadel and its 25-acre rosé vineyard will demand another dramatic conclusion for the Oscar-winning actor
rumors are running wild over George and Amal Clooney’s supposed acquisition of the sprawling Domaine du Canadel wine estate in the Provence town of Brignoles
The Clooneys bought the estate from Richard and Diana Wiesener
And the Brignoles locals are thrilled with the potential arrival of the Clooneys
"His arrival could do us a lot of good," said Brignoles Mayor Didier Brémond
"I don't know if he's going to exploit the vineyard," said Eric Lambert
president of AOC Coteaux Varois wine syndicate
the production from Domaine du Canadel goes to the Brignoles Cooperative
he'll certainly become a new ambassador for the AOC."
According to Brémond, Clooney bought the estate primarily for rest and relaxation—but it’s hard to imagine he doesn't see the potential for a rosé. In 2017, Clooney and partners Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman sold their Tequila brand Casamigos for $1 billion to Diageo
it has come to light that another potential buyer claims to have signed a contract to purchase the estate this past August for a reported €6 million
told the French media that it will likely take several months before the case goes to trial
"In the event that the seller overrides (the agreement) and despite it sells the property with the assistance of a notary to a third party
there will be uncertainty over the property as long as the Draguignan court has not handed down its decision
which is to say for a period of one to four years."
There is no indication that the Clooneys are accused of any wrongdoing
it's unlikely that they'll be making rosé anytime soon

The Commanding Officer of the Civil Defence Instruction and Intervention Unit No
Colonel Philippe BERTRAN DE BALANDA recently made an official visit to the Condamine Emergency Response Centre
He was welcomed by Lieutenant-Colonel Maxime YVRARD
and met the personnel of the Monaco Fire and Emergency Service and the authorities of the Ministry of Interior: Patrice CELLARIO
with whom he attended the Changing of the Guard at 11:55 a.m
During the day he inspected the Fire Guard
the Condamine and Fontvieille Emergency Response Centres
the equipment and response vehicles and the Event Management and Emergency Operations Centre (CGECOS)
With 568 highly qualified fire and rescue personnel
and available to the Ministry of the Interior
It is on permanent alert and maintains specialist detachments to assist in any natural or technological disaster
Monaco Fire and Emergency Service has a partnership agreement with this unit
This enables exchanges to be done as part of the professional training on both sides in specialist areas such as technological risk
learning on the Fire Simulator and training for Fire Smoke and Reconnaissance… Taking part in large-scale exercises also forms an integral part of these exchanges
some personnel came from UIISC7 to reinforce the fire safety operation of the Monaco Fire and Emergency Service
A first-aid familiarisation project is currently under consideration for the personnel of UIISC7
This would consist of immersion training with the Monaco Fire and Emergency Service on board rescue vehicles and providing assistance to victims
The estate has a 25-acre vineyard. (Leading Estates of the World)
George and Amal Clooney purchased the Domaine du Canadel estate near the commune of Brignoles in France for around 7 million euros
They purchased the estate from Richard and Diana Wiesener
It has been renovated over the years.
The mayor of Brignoles welcomed them to town himself via Twitter on July 23 with a photo of himself and the couple
George and Amal Clooney are residents of our beautiful commune.”
The Clooneys aren’t the only famous couple in the area
and the Perrin winemaking family co-own Château Miraval about a half an hour away
George Lucas owns Château Margui twenty miles down the road.
"I don't know if he's going to exploit the vineyard," Eric Lambert, president of AOC Coteaux Varois wine syndicate told Wine Enthusiast
Clooney did start tequila brand Casamigos with partners Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman
The Brignoles region has been popular with wealthy buyers hoping to find a “lifestyle” property where they can run a vineyard without the need to make a profit
such as Château Cos d’Estournel owner Michel Reybier
are winemakers hoping to attract investors

The award presented by the White House is one of the highest awards for K-12 teachers
It is given to individuals and organizations for their excellence in teaching or mentoring in science
The award alternates between grade K-6 teachers and grade 7-12 teachers each year
Brignole was one of two teachers in the state to receive the award in addition to $10,000
The other state honoree was Adam Maitland from Ball Camp Elementary School in Knoxville
Farmington Principal Zac Percoski said it was "exciting" to have one of the honorees in his school
Brignole goes above and beyond," Percoski said
She takes each student and their needs and meets them where they are."
Germantown Municipal School District instructional supervisor
recommended Brignole as a strong candidate for the award
"She definitely has an organic (natural) classroom environment," Hurt said
"The students almost don't even know they are doing math because they are so engaged
Last week each fourth-grade student in class looked at Brignole as she taught about rounding numbers
Many eagerly lifted hands to answer her questions
She walked around the room as her students completed a math problem. When a student asked a question
allowing them to come up with the answer on their own and asked them why they arrived at their answers
"My biggest platform is to create problem-solvers instead of answer-getters," she said
"They need to be able to flexibly think about numbers."
She referred to her students as "mathematicians."
"They own the problem and get the result," Brignole said
Brignole said applying for the award took two years
but it has made me think about the way I teach," she said. "It makes me comfortable to step outside my comfort zone a little bit more."
She had to create a lesson plan which she taught as she was filmed
She then wrote reflection papers that explained the standards taught and her teaching method
"Then I got parent recommendations and did even more reflection," she said
Brignole did not know she had won the award until after she arrived in D.C
She said she was excited to know her hard work had paid off
she was able to meet many other award winners
but at the core how our lessons are similar," she said
"We shared the lessons that got us (to D.C)."
She and other award winners collaborated and met with legislators and were able to attend a STEM summit where President Donald Trump's five-year commitment to STEM was announced as required by the COMPETES Act of 2010
Brignole said she learned a lot at the summit
but she is excited to be back in the classroom
She wants to coach another GMSD teacher through the award application

Bodybuilder and fitness author Doug Brignole was highly supportive of the vaccine and announced earlier this year on social media that he would gladly serve as "a test" to determine whether the vaccine was safe and effective
Favorite Bookmark for laterFacebookThe last two years have resulted in intense division among many different demographics of people across the country
The coronavirus lockdowns and mandates starkly separated many into two camps: pro-lockdown and vaccine mandate
posted a message on his Facebook in April 2021 that showed immense confidence in the vaccine to urge people to get vaccinated
and the cause of his death has yet to be released
The fitness world was surprised to learn that Brignole died on October 13
and the mysterious part is that the reason for his death hasn't been confirmed
people are looking back at his social media posts in which he expressed great confidence in the coronavirus vaccine and said he would gladly serve as an experiment to show people how safe and effective the shot was
"I have enough confidence in the vaccine
"Those of you who think the vaccine kills people can use me as a test

Brignole's Facebook page is full of bodybuilding competition photos of himself
and he also shares the link to his blog on Ironman Magazine
His bio says he has been competing in bodybuilding for more than 43 years
He has written books such as Million Dollar Muscle: A Historical and Sociological Perspective of the Fitness Industry
But his mysterious death has been raising many questions and garnering attention
It's unfortunate that he passed away so suddenly
and many people can't help but point to the connection to the vaccine he received only months earlier
Some influencers are sharing the story on social media and offering condolences for his untimely death
The mainstream media is, of course, silent on this story, as they tend to be with every other story of injury or death that is related to the vaccine. Brignole's death may not be directly connected to the Covid vaccine
but if he died from natural causes or an accident
surely that would have been revealed by now

the celebrated author and athlete shared a message on Facebook explaining his experience getting the Covid-19 vaccine
The FDA introduced this measure in the U.S
around August 2021 to combat the Coronavirus pandemic.
“I’m vaccinated ! Well, the first of two,” the post reads in part. “Let’s get this done so we can get back to traveling, going to concerts, and having fun. My vaccine was yesterday, and I had no problem with it,” said Brignole after getting his first shot.

As a result of getting his first vaccine shot, users on Facebook questioned his decision, prompting the comment section to discuss the vaccine’s efficacy. Days after the inoculation, Doug responded to those doubting the vaccine’s effectiveness.
“I have enough confidence in the vaccine, based on my research, to get it done,” Brignole replied to a Facebook user who questioned his decision. “Those of you who think the vaccine kills people can use me as a test. If I die, you were right. If I don’t die, and have no ill effects, you were wrong, and should admit it – at least to yourselves.”
And while plenty of people have linked Brignole’s death with his comments about the vaccine, the Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s office is adamant that his demise was actually caused by a Covid-19 infection.
In response to Brignole’s sudden passing at 63 years old
the public implied that the Covid-19 vaccine likely played a role in his death.
“Then I guess you made the case for us! We were RIGHT not to take the vax! That’s why he is dead and we are Not,” reads the caption of an Oct. 22 Instagram post
Despite the speculation, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner public records show that he died from a Covid-19 infection
Even though Brignole never competed in the NPC or the IFBB Pro League, he left a lasting mark on the sport. He spent the majority of his career in the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) and the National Amateur Bodybuilding Association (NABBA). During his heyday, Doug’s most significant victories came at the 1982 AAU Mr. America in the medium tall division and at the 1986 AAU Mr. Universe in the Light Heavyweight category.

there is no evidence to support Brignole’s death was caused by the Coronavirus vaccine.

So now we know the vaccines don’t prevent catching covid
even if you are in the best shape of your life
There are many questions about the vax internationally
It’s strange most people don’t even know what is in it or how it is formulated
Hmmm… i wonder if Arnold and Jerry were also jabbed and REALLY just died from infection
The previous reports were that Doug died of a heart attack
then what complication did Covid cause that resulted in his death
unexpected death as it has with many fit & strong people
but meical examiners don’t do the proper pathology work that can determine if the vaccine was a possible issue
Proper pathology requires specific tissue staining which can detect s protein that came from the jab or protein that can from covid
