Home / Portfolio / Fontenay-sous-Bois – Visual identity Fontenay-sous-Bois is a town 3 km away from Paris It has a population of just over 53,000 and is characterised by its pleasant living environment particularly thanks to its proximity to the Bois de Vincennes A long history of social and environmental mobilisation has also shaped its present-day face Graphéine redesigned the visual identity of Fontenay-sous-Bois with two objectives in mind: to infuse dynamism and modernity while preserving its historical representations inscribed in its century-old motto: "Querno sub tegmine fontes" which translates as "the fountains under the oak foliage" we first analysed the design of the current logotype It appeared that the pixelated style of the oak tree silhouette was a problem The figure of the oak tree is not legible and the "pixel" treatment gives the feeling of being a parody of the famous Nike "swoosh" logo In order to keep the symbolic codes of the city alive we went back in time to study the city's archives and the different incarnations of its coat of arms The oak tree has been present in the coat of arms of Fontenay-sous-Bois since the 20th century The fountain at its foot evokes the many streams that once flowed The oak is the tree of strength and tradition The fountain represents the source of life we had to bring these two elements together in a clever way to create an emblem that was original distinctive (identifiable among other municipal logos) and appropriate (it is indeed elements seen in the motto) To complete the expression of this new brand we have redesigned the city's entire graphic guidelines starting with a new main colour palette consisting of Oak Green Fontenay-sous-Bois now has the Founders Grotesk typographic family distributed by KlimType foundry This typeface was chosen for its simplicity and legibility on any communication medium The graphic system was designed to be easily adapted and used internally or in a poster campaign The composition grid ensures consistency across all media and that each element is easy to read The Fontenay-sous-Bois emblem in wire frame dresses up the graphic composition without overloading it A secondary colour palette entitled "Palette de couleurs des saisons" will be used to enhance event-based communications The new visual identity of Fontenay-sous-Bois reinforces the values of the municipality through a dynamic warm and welcoming design for a city that is human and supportive Olympic Membership - Free Live Stream Sports & Original Series - join now! (voir le projet de prolongement de la ligne 11 de Mairie des Lilas à Rosny) L’architecture a été confiée à Corinne Vezzoni et associés Elle sera installée en place de la gare existante sur 5 niveaux avec un dénivelé total de 23,42 m entre le RDC et les quais L’architecture a été confiée à SCAPE-Offscape SAS Confiée à BIG et Silvio d’Ascia Architecture c’est la gare la plus spectaculaire car elle se développe en escargot pour franchir le canal de l’Ourcq en s’adossant au pont existant à l’intersection de trois communes (Noisy-le-Sec au niveau du 105 rue de Paris Bobigny au niveau du 446 rue Paul Vaillant Couturier et Bondy au niveau du 50 à 53 avenue Galliéni) La gare sera située à la place de l’actuel bâtiment du Trésor et sera connectée avec le tramway T1 le terminus de la ligne 5 du métro et la gare routière desservie par 13 lignes de bus Est prévue une consigne d’une capacité de 100 places et un abri vélos d’une capacité de 60 places L’architecture a été confiée à Brenac – Gonzales Associés Située dans le sud-ouest de la commune de Drancy à l’angle entre le faisceau ferroviaire Est doublé de l’A86 et la RN186 au sud elle sera interconnectée avec la ligne existante T1 du tramway et la future gare du T11 Express L’architecture a été confiée à Brenac-Gonzales et associés Elle sera située en limite avec Pantin au nord-ouest du Fort d’Aubervilliers au croisement de l’avenue Jean Jaurès et de l’avenue de la Division Leclerc Elle sera en correspondance directe avec la ligne 7 du métro et en prise directe avec la gare routière L’architecture a été confiée à Grimshaw Achitecte LLP et se distingue par son oculus bordée à l’ouest par les boulevard Anatole France et avenue Victor Hugo à l’est par la D31 et au nord par le square Pesqué et la rue du Moutier sera en correspondance directe avec la ligne 12 (dont le prolongement est en cours) ainsi qu’avec plusieurs lignes de bus L’architecture a été confiée à Grimshaw Achitecte LLP La gare Stade de France sera interconnectée avec le RER B et à terme avec la ligne 8 du tramway (Saint-Denis – Villetaneuse)dont le prolongement jusqu’à Rosa Parks prévu pour 2026 L’architecture a été confiée à Bordas+Peiro Architecte Il s’agira de l’une des plus emblématiques gares du Grand Paris Express Elle interconnectera en effet quatre lignes du GPE (14 nord Son architecture a été confiée à l’architecte Kengo Kuma L’association Agir pour le Perreux rejoint les préoccupations de Niki9 Pour info ,ce soir jeudi 8 avril 2021 diffusion ,dans l’émission Envoyé Spécial (France 2) à 21h05 d’un reportage consacré aux expropriations pour cause d’utilité publique dont celles liées à la construction du GPE Ce que l’on ne concoit pas c’est que l’on donne même pas aux propriétaires concernés par l’expropriation le prix au m2 de la valeur réelle du bien le prix qu’il vaut réellement maintenant ce bien !! Alors qu’il prend chaque mois de la valeur et que s’il était vendu à un acquéreur privé il se vendrait plus cher,et dans deux ans il vaudrait probablement le double !
