Located in the heart of Villeurbanne’s Mansart district—an area with a rich industrial heritage—M45 presents a bold, contemporary vision of the Productive City. This innovative project serves as a bridge between the city's industrial past and the evolving needs of modern urban spaces, seamlessly integrating commercial and production areas in a dynamic, multi-use environment.
Rather than erasing history, M45 embraces and revitalizes it. Designed as a tribute to Villeurbanne’s industrial legacy, the building preserves key architectural elements while introducing a forward-thinking approach to urban functionality. Its hybrid structure merges the characteristics of a former industrial hangar with a refined, modern aesthetic, ensuring that history is not only acknowledged but celebrated in every detail of its construction.

By fostering small-scale production within the city, the project promotes a more compact, efficient urban model, where diverse functions coexist and complement one another.

A win is a win and without displaying their best basketball the blaugranes overcame French side Asvel Villeurbanne in the Palau Blaugrana in a topsy-turvy encounter in the Euroleague
The match was an emotional one for the home side as it was the first since the serious knee injury to Nico Laprovittola
The Argentine's team mates came out wearing t-shirts bearing a message of support ahead of the game at home
The French visitors had the better of the early exchanges and soon raced into a 12-6 lead in the Palau
three pointers from Satoransky and Abrines brought Barça back into the game and cut the deficit to three at the end of the first quarter at 20-17
Joan Peñarroya's team took that momentum into the second quarter and took the lead at 36-35 with 18 minutes gone
Asvel kept their nerve and came back to take a 44-43 lead at half time
Following the break the two teams exchanged baskets for fun until Barça took a slender lead at 52-47 on 23 minutes
The blaugranes were unable to build on that advantage and the French side held them to 69-69 with just the fourth quarter to come
In the final period Dame Starr continued the good form of the previous quarter for the blaugranes as the crowd in the Palau began to sense victory for the home side
Greater precision in shooting in the final minutes decided the encounter in Barça's favour and a lead of 86-81 proved vital with the team closing out a 90-83 win to record a fourth win in four matches in the Euroleague
Less than three days after their league derby – that Panathinaikos Aktor won in Piraeus – the Greens and the Reds scored home wins of varying significance for the Euroleague at the start of another double week
Olympiakos shook off its losing streak and the 78-71 home defeat to Panathinaikos on Sunday night to beat Real Madrid 79-69 on Tuesday
This much-needed triumph for the Piraeus team came by way of its tight defense (partial 23-10 in the last quarter)
that contained the visitors remarkably given that they usually exceed 80 points per game with ease
this win that had Sasha Vezenkov as its key figure (23 points
eight rebounds) will restore self-confidence in the Reds’ camp ahead of another tough game at home
also had Shaquielle McKissic score 15 points
On Wednesday Panathinaikos strolled to a 4-2 record with a comfortable 92-68 win in Athens against Villeurbanne
The European champions were a class above the improved French team
leading throughout the game at the Olympic Sports Hall and having a notable variety in their plays to please the crowd

Despite a much better season than the latest versions, Asvel Villeurbanne is still in financial difficulty
currently 15th in the EuroLeague standings
is apparently looking for new partners and/or financiers to continue the project
reported on Twitter by Gabriel Pantel-Jouve
speak of an Asvel that even this month has struggled to pay the players their salaries
avec des delays de salaire encore constatés ce mois-ci
The rhodanien club remains active in its search for partners / investors to sort out the red, and ultimately avoid the cessation of payments.#BetclicELITE X #EuroLeague
— Gabriel Pantel-Jouve (@GabrielPJ_) March 6, 2025
The reason for the economic crisis of Asvel Villeurbanne is quite simple to find
had the serious intention of creating a multi-sports club with Lyon football
A bit like what happens in Spain for Real Madrid and Barcelona
although the two Iberian clubs are much larger multi-sports clubs
the project seems to have foundered and now Parker must find new partners to continue his activity
Not exactly exciting news for the fans of Rovigo
It's not an easy situation for president Tony Parker
with his team potentially risking its place in the EuroLeague next season
given Monaco's largely predictable performance and Paris Basketball's surprising one
that the team from the transalpine capital will be recognized as a wild card to participate in the next edition of the EuroLeague
Since there are only two licenses for French teams
it seems like a very simple game to identify who could leave the place to Thiago Splitter's team
