⁠This was the 10th time since 2014 that the IJF Academy was present in Dunavarsany
If we add to this the 6 sessions held in Tata
it was the 16th practical session organised in the country
This could not have been possible without the continued professional support of the Hungarian Judo Association
there were 19 countries represented in Dunavarsany
Hungarian Judo Association and EJU President as well as IJF Vice-President
visited the session and greeted the participants
The last day of the event was dedicated to the launch of the Kata for All programme (<a href="https://www.ijf.org/news/show/kata-for-all-project-unveiled">READ THE STORY</a>) which was attended by more than 60 local participants
was actually the last that was scheduled in 2024
Hungary was well represented during that last session since the national federation introduced the IJF Academy UCJI qualification requirement for their judo coach qualifications in Hungary in 2023
As a consequence the Hungarian students must enroll on the UCJI course to obtain the qualification and finalise their Hungarian education process
Preparations for the 2025 practical sessions are on the way and the IJF Academy will publish the practical session calendar before December

The multi-billion HUF development will be funded by the company and will increase Fémalk´s existing headcount by 10 percent
"We are able to grow at a rate set by two of our main customers
At the beginning of the crisis we were encouraged to launch this investment and carry on with our developments
This is why it was possible for us to cut the ribbon today and open our new production hall in Dunavarsány," said founder József Sándor
who established the company's predecessor exactly 25 years ago
