TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - State-owned gas and oil firm Pertamina through its subsidiary PT Pertamina Patra Niaga officially sells bioethanol fuel Pertamax Green 95 today

Pertamax Green is priced at Rp13,500 per liter and available at five public gas stations in the capital city
and Sultan Iskandar Muda Kebayoran gas stations
Pertamax Green 95 is also sold at ten gas stations in Surabaya
“Pertamina Patra Niaga hopes that the government support serves as a synergy to encourage the expansion and development of Pertamax Green 95 in all regions of Indonesia,” Riva said

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - State-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina has officially sold its newest fuel product Pertamax Green 95 at a price of Rp13,500 per liter
Pertamina claims that bioethanol fuel is compatible with all gasoline vehicles
“It is suitable for two-wheeled or four-wheeled vehicles consuming gasoline,” Pertamina’s subsidiary PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Director Riva Siahaan said at the soft launching event of Pertamax Green 95 at the MT Haryono gas station
Riva explained that his side had conducted a series of tests on vehicles for the use of this new fuel
The tests showed that the RON 95 fuel is able to provide better acceleration
“RON 95 will keep the vehicle's engine clean,” Riva said
Pertamax Green 95 is the fuel blend of 92-octane Pertamax and 5-percent ethanol which is produced from sugarcane molasses
as many as 15 gas stations have sold Pertamax Green 95: ten gas stations in Surabaya and five gas stations in Jakarta

A Met Office Spokesperson told the Sun Online: “We could get highs of 26 on both Saturday and Sunday.
"By Tuesday and Wednesday that’s when things are likely to be a bit hotter, particularly in South East - East Anglia, London and into Kent. Here we could see highs of 28 or 29."
The warmest day of the year so far has been 28.2 in England, meaning next week could trump this year's record day.
The Met Office has declared a dry, sunny and very warm day for inland areas tomorrow - although an onshore breeze will keep some east facing coasts cooler.
Sunday will see a similar blast, with highs of 26C expected across the country.
It comes as Britain records the highest spring on record - with 573 hours of sunshine so far.
the UK has not seen this much sunshine in spring since records began in 1929 - clocking up much more rays than the previous sunniest spring in 1948
