Laut
KM Bulan bergerak atas perintah PT Boskalis Internasional Indonesia
hingga mereka dilepaskan warga atas bantuan kepolisian
Kepala desa yang kedapatan bersama kapal dipaksa menandatangi kesepakatan agar menolak aktivitas tambang pasir
Boskalis Internasional Indonesia adalah pemenang tender proyek reklamasi Kawasan Centre Point of Indonesia (CPI) Makassar bersama konsultan supervisi PT Witteveen Bos Indonesia
lantaran izin reklamasi Pemerintah Sulawesi Selatan digugat Aliansi Selamatkan Pesisir (ASP) Makassar
Ancaman kerusakan ekosistem laut dampak penambangan pasir terbilang serius
“Pasir sekitar lokasi pasti ikut bergeser,” kata Aswar Exwar
hingga ketakutan warga pesisir tambah besar
Riset Central of Information and Development Studies (CIDES) Indonesia menyebutkan
Dampak bioekologi pengerukan pasir laut berakibat kekeruhan
mantan Ketua Ikatan Sarjana Kelautan Unhas mengatakan
air laut Takalar sedikit keruh dampak kontur pasir padat
“Pasir Takalar pasir besi,” katanya
sekitar 20.000-an nelayan empat kecamatan bergantung hidup
Mongabay mencoba meminta konfirmasi kepada Bupati Takalar Burhanuddin Baharuddin
Dia mengatakan tidak tahu persis tentang izin tambang pasir
segala perizinan sudah ditangani Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Sulsel
Konfirmasi kepada Kepala ESDM Sulsel Gunawan Palaguna

Aksi penolakan masyarakat Galesong Kabupaten Takalar
Memanfaatkan momentum peringatan World Ocean Day
sekitar 1000-an orang melakukan aksi unjuk rasa di pintu masuk kawasan Centerpoint of Indonesia (CPI) Makassar
Aksi unjuk rasa ini dimulai sekitar pukul 07.30
dimulai setelah sekitar 100-an perahu tradisional jolloro mulai berdatangan ke Pantai Losari
Hujan rintik-rintik tak menghalangi niat mereka berunjuk rasa
Aksi mulai memanas ketika pengunjuk rasa mulai semaki banyak
Kombes Polisi Endi Sutendi sendiri baru datang sekitar dua jam kemudian
Beberapa petugas kepolisian terlihat hanya berjaga-jaga
Indonesia — Sand mining in the waters off the southern tip of Indonesia’s Sulawesi Island has been put on hold by the provincial government after multiple ferocious rejections from locals who seek to protect their livelihoods and the environment
Area fishermen fear the sand mining could damage fish stocks
and complain it’s unfair to allow industrial-scale offshore mining when fishers face harsh penalties if they engage in destructive practices like dynamite fishing
The land-reclamation scheme is also facing a lawsuit from environment activists who allege the project was launched before all the necessary permits were in place
the dispute over the project has reached fever pitch
with opponents threatening to torch dredging ships and take officials hostage
Meanwhile, proponents of the project see it as a push for regional infrastructure development in South Sulawesi, which posted 7.41 percent economic growth in 2016 compared to the country’s 5.02 percent. South Sulawesi Governor Syahrul Yasin Limpo has said the project
which is in the shape of a garuda — the Hindu mythical bird that is the country’s national symbol — will become a new “prestigious landmark” for Indonesia and increase Makassar’s public space by 80 percent
The governor has also said the development is expected to mitigate mud sedimentation along the Makassar coast
The suspension of sand mining was announced after a June 22 meeting between regional officials and scores of people from four subdistricts — Galesong
North and South Galesong — in the Takalar district of South Sulawesi province who called for the termination of all sand extraction operations for the Centre Point project
The meeting heated up as protesters threatened to take officials hostage if they declined to give in to the people’s demands
“We can’t halt [the operation] just like that,” said Andi Hasbi
head of the South Sulawesi’s environmental management office
we will suspend all ongoing activities for now and will handle the next steps.”
The uproar at the June 22 meeting followed a string of confrontations between local fishers and the dredging ships that are set to gradually dig out sand from 1,000 hectares (3.86 square miles) of seafloor
The first incident was reported on May 9 when fishermen from North Galesong hijacked and threatened to torch Singaporean-flagged sand mining boat KM Bulan
The vessel was collecting samples for PT Boskalis International Indonesia
a local arm of Netherlands-based Royal Boskalis Westminster
which has been hired with a contract valued at 80 million euros to execute land reclamation activities
The boat was released the following morning after complex negotiations involving the local police and a village head who was forced to sign a statement opposing the sand mining activity
In the meantime, the community staged protests in Makassar and submitted official letters opposing the sand mining operation to several state institutions
including the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs
The operation, however, only lasted several hours that day. Local boatmen blocked the ship and threw firecrackers at it
No further sand mining activity was reported until the Fairway returned June 18 with an escort from the local marine police
which managed to scare off the locals who tried to disrupt its work
That incident prompted the June 22 meeting with local government officials
head of advocacy at the Indonesian Forum for the Environment (Walhi) in South Sulawesi
welcomed the suspension of sand mining activity
“We will force South Sulawesi Governor Syahrul Yasin Limpo to stop the mining by revoking the permit that was handed out to the company,” he said
In January 2016, Walhi sued the provincial governor for issuing a permit in 2013 allowing the reclamation to commence despite the project allegedly having failed to follow the correct procedures
One of Walhi’s complaints is that the permit was based on an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) that was issued in 2010
an EIA is valid until the project is completed
the assessment expires after three years if no physical work takes place on the project
given the time elapsed between the issuance of the EIA and the commencement of work
the project needs to redo its assessment process
The green group also alleged that regional officials failed to consult with independent experts before giving the green light for the reclamation
The lawsuit also argues that work began before the local government got necessary permits from Jakarta
“Land reclamation activities have to get approval from the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries
as stipulated in the 2007 ministerial regulation on spatial management of coastal reclamation,” said Amin in February
the South Sulawesi government sent a letter to the fisheries ministry requesting a permit for the development
the ministry responded with a general list of legal requirements for starting a land reclamation project
“[O]ur response letter [in October 2013] was not a permit issued by the ministry,” said Brahmantya Satyamurti Poerwadi, general director of marine spatial management at the ministry, in a statement dated Mar. 29, 2016
we have not issued either a location permit or an operational permit for the CPI Makassar area,” he added
Despite the apparent lack of approval from the ministry
work is ongoing and is targeted to be complete by 2018
Then-President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono ultimately only approved the latter two
The local government didn’t give up on the project
it was included in the South Sulawesi regional budget
the government offered private sector companies ownership stakes in the development in exchange for assistance with construction and financing
PT Yasmin Bumi Asri won the tender under an agreement that 106.76 hectares
will be owned by the Makassar-based developer for commercial use
while the rest would be used by the South Sulawesi government for the state guesthouse complex
The joint operation then employed Boskalis to oversee the construction of the islands
an expert in oceanography from Hasanuddin University
said the total amount of sand estimated to be mined could potentially cause enormous environmental damage
“We very much hope that the EIA was done properly and the results could be disclosed to the public so that everyone can understand the situation well,” he said
noting that in some circumstances offshore sand mining can have positive impacts and therefore is protected in certain cases by a 2002 ministerial regulation
The South Sulawesi Governor said that the project would not follow through without an EIA
“It’s impossible for us to construct without the EIA. If there’s anyone saying otherwise, then it’s wrong and misunderstood,” Limpo told reporters
But in the eyes of some of the locals from the four subdistricts in Talakar
allowing offshore sand mining is unfair to the thousands of fishermen who have been practicing sustainable activities in the area
when the subsequent damage to the ecosystem is possibly worse than bombing,” said Nurlinda Taco
The local fishermen are also worried that massive sand mining would drastically reduce fish stocks in the area
“About 97 percent of the people here are fishermen whose lives depend on fishing
without any other side jobs,” said Amrul Daeng Tompo
He estimated that sand mining’s impacts would be felt by some 20,000 fishermen in the area
which will make it even more difficult for fishermen to catch fish in the area,” he said
The controversies surrounding the land reclamation on the Makassar coast have prompted the House of Representatives to make an unexpected visit to the project site this April
and to form a special task force to look into the permits
“We will have a technical team to make environmental audits and verify the result with what’s happening on the field,” Herman Khaeron, a lawmaker from the House’s Commission IV, which oversees environmental issues, told Tempo newspaper
The sand mining debate has also prompted skepticism among environmentalists about the South Sulawesi’s bill on coastal and small islands zoning management (RZWP3K) which will allow offshore sand extraction in water greater than 20 meters deep

percakapan telepon kepada pimred untuk take down berita
korban kerap kali menyinggung oknum TNI bahkan menyebutkan nama oknum yakni Koptu Herman Bukit
Pasal 6 UU Nomor 12 Tahun 2006 terkait The International Covenant on Civil and Politival Rights (ICCPR) dan Pasal 3 Jo Pasal 5 Deklarasi Universal Hak Asasi Manusia DUHAM

Dutch researchers have worked out how much and how often sea level rose after the last ice age ended around 11,700 years ago
Their research reveals more about what to expect as earth’s glaciers and icecaps melt in the face of climate change
Oceans have risen by about 22cm since 1880, as a result of anthropogenic climate change. The US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) estimates that 2m of sea level rise is possible by 2100 and 3.9m by 2150
caused by meltwater from glaciers and ice sheets and thermal expansion of seawater as it warms
Looking back helps us prepare for what’s coming — the inexorable rise of the tide
Our distant ancestors lived and hunted and survived the last great ice age — the Pleistocene— which started about 2.6 million years ago and ended around 11,700 years ago. At about that time, ice sheets covering much of Asia, Europe and North America stopped their advance. Why this happened is uncertain, but it may have been that the Earth’s tilt changed
producing longer and stronger summers in the Northern Hemisphere
Check your own sea level rise forecast
Now researchers at Utrecht University in the Netherlands have worked out what happened to sea level at the end of the Ice Age
Lead author, Dr Marc Hijma and team looked at sediment cores from the North Sea, off the Netherlands, Germany and Denmark. These cores were from now-submerged Ice Age coastal wetlands; so much water was caught up in ice back then, that sea levels were around 122m lower
As the ice melted between 11,000 and 3,000 years ago
The now-flooded wetlands became buried in brackish and marine sediments
forming a 10-30cm layer of decayed organic matter — compressed to ‘peat’ by the increasingly deep mud
It was a treasure trove of plant material awaiting a sediment corer
From this data researchers estimated how fast sea level rose as ice sheets thawed
They found that sea level rise happened twice. The first about 10,300 years ago, was fast, at about 9mm per year, similar to that expected under the high greenhouse gas scenario for present-day climate change
says was triggered by the release of meltwater from huge glacial lakes that formed at the bases of the melting ice sheets.
The paper is published in Nature
The University of Utrecht also has a “sea level game” to create awareness about sea level rise among young people

WIzards of the Coast have announced a new actual play is coming this month. Actual Plays, a recorded TTRPG campaign with the players maintaining character, have exploded in popularity thanks to shows such as Dimension20 and Critical Role
While Actual Plays have been a gateway for people interested in the TTRPG hobby not everyone has been able to enjoy them in the same way; some require certain aids
This is why the new Galesong: Dragons' Convergence Actual Play will be showcasing players and actors from within the disabled community as well as promoting certain resource groups
The Disability Community of Wizards is an employee resource group
Their mission is about promoting a culture of belonging for the disabled community in the tabletop community
they advocate for increased awareness and education around accessibility and disability inclusion
That same intent will inform the entire production
including ASL interpretation during the show so that deaf or hard-of-hearing viewers can enjoy the adventure easier
“With a phenomenal cast gathered this past October for National Disability Employment Awareness Month
this game features disabled players and characters adventuring and thriving in the world of Dungeons & Dragons,” said De Armas
“My journey as a D&D creator is irrevocably entwined with my own disability journey
and I’m so excited to showcase my fellow D&D fans and performers in the vibrant disabled community!”
But the Galesong: Dragons' Convergence Actual Play will be more than just the titular campaign
The event will span an entire week of content
It begins with a prequel campaign run by Aabria Iyengar and Sam de Leve
there will be a behind-the-scenes presentation featuring video conversations between De Armas and the adventuring group
giving a personal spotlight on how they brought their characters to life as well as highlighting that D&D is for everyone
will feature guest appearances by Brennan Lee Mulligan
The Galesong: Dragons' Convergence Actual Play event begins with the prequel campaign on December 13
and the behind-the-scenes feature on December 17
All of these will premiere on the official D&D Beyond YouTube channel

Dandelion Seeds in Genshin Impact are useful for crafting dishes and ascending characters like Jean and Eula
Here’s everything to know about collecting Dandelion Seeds in Genshin Impact
If you want to add Eula or Jean to your roster, you will need a decent amount of Dandelion Seeds as both these five-star characters require this item for ascension. While Eula is an explosive five-star Cryo damage dealer that uses Claymore during combat
Jean is a five-star Anemo healer who can also fulfill the role of a sub DPS
Here’s a guide to finding Dandelion Seeds in Genshin Impact
You must have an Anemo character in your party to get Dandelion Seeds in Genshin Impact
You will find a shiny light blue plant in the open world but you won’t be able to collect it unless you perform an Anemo attack
The Dandelion Seeds separate from the plant with an Anemo attack and can be collected thereafter
Dandelion Seeds only spawn in the Mondstadt region of Genshin Impact
Here are some of the best places to find them:
You’ll find seven Dandelion plants right outside the Mondstadt city gates
go towards the eastern shore to get two more plants
Eleven Dandelion Seeds are scattered in the Starfell Valley of Mondstadt
You can reach some plants easily by teleporting to nearby waypoints while others will compel you to walk
You can get two Dandelion Seeds from the northeastern edge of Galesong Hill in Mondstadt
The region has ten more Dandelion Seeds but unfortunately
they are quite far from any Statues of the Seven or Teleport Waypoints
there’s a deserted grassland with ten Dandelion Seeds
You won’t find any teleport waypoints but walking here for the seeds is certainly worth the effort
the Wolvedom region in Mondstadt has six Dandelion Seeds
Use the three Teleport Waypoints and the Statue of Seven to access them quickly
It is worth noting that Dandelion Seeds respawn in two days in the game
You’ll be able to get more than 30 Dandelion Seeds with this guide and by repeating the farming procedure for a few weeks
you should have enough supplies to fully ascend Jean and Eula

Home » Genshin Impact » Spiral Abyss Genshin Impact – How to Get to Musk Reef
Spiral Abyss is a domain in Genshin Impact
It’s an instanced dungeon which refreshes every so often
and a great source of various resources and materials
the seemingly-unreachable island east of Mondstadt
If you’re wondering how the Spiral Abyss dungeon works
our Genshin Impact Spiral Abyss guide will show you how to get to Musk Reef
the area at the tip of the Galesong Hill peninsula
That’s the only way to get to Musk Reef
you’ll first have to activate the wind current by guiding the three spirits to the receptacles around the stone circle
In order to set foot into the Spiral Abyss
you’ll need to be at least adventure rank 20
Only the first floor will be unlocked when you arrive
You can earn 3 stars in each chamber by completing the challenges
only with increasingly strict conditions – for instance
to complete the room in less than X seconds
You need at least 6 stars to unlock the second floor
Make sure you make use of the specific bonuses you get – if Pyro damage is increased
prioritize a character who does Pyro damage
and you’re awarded the right to skip a number of floors based on how well you did the month before
Home » Genshin Impact » Genshin Impact Mist Flower Corolla
Mist Flower Corolla in Genshin Impact is a flower that you can find and collect all across the map
and can be used for Alchemy and to complete the Darknight Hero’s Alibi quest
where can I find Mist Flower Corolla locations in Genshin Impact
many places where this flower grows; the only potential problem is figuring out how to pick them
We’ll be addressing both of these issues in our Genshin Impact Mist Flower Corolla guide
To find the Mist Flower Corolla in Genshin Impact for the Darknight Hero’s Alibi quest
you can go to the north of the large lake in Dawn Winery
that’s where the item description tells you to go look
but they shine when the light hits them just right
The Mist Flower Corolla is actually kinda hard to miss
you’ve probably run into them before
You can see where we found them in the images below
you can look east of Galesong Hill Anemo Statue
Or basically along the banks of any body of water south and southwest of the town of Mondstadt
what might be causing you some trouble is that the flower won’t let you pick it
You approach the Mist Flower Corolla and try to take one
you can’t pick them while they’re frozen
You have to attack them with a fire attack to “melt” them
Home » Genshin Impact » Hilichurls Wei Locations Genshin Impact Update 1.1
Genshin Impact Hilichurls Wei are a new type of Hilichurls added in Update 1.1
and they can spawn in many different locations
Figuring out where to find Hilichurls Wei in Genshin Impact 1.1 can be pretty important
they can drop a whole bunch of the precious resource
here’s our Hilichurls Wei Locations Genshin Impact Update 1.1 guide to show you where they can spawn
we’ll add the seventh when we find it
The first potential Hilichurls Wei location is in Windwail Highland. More specifically, it’s in Wolvendom, southwest of Mondstadt, at the edge of the arena where you do the Wolf of the North challenge
The second place you should check out is south of the Statue of the Seven in Windrise
there’s a huge tree whose roots are jutting out of the ground
That’s where Hilichurls Wei can appear
Location number 3 is all the way to the east of Galesong Hill, at the very tip of Cape Oath. When you get there, you’ll see a group of four trees, and the Hilichurl Wei can appaer to the left of them, near the ledge. The fourth location is in Stormterror’s Lair
on one of the broken bridges jutting out of the building in the southwest
we go to the teleport waypoint in the mountains northeast of Liyue Harbor
and to the ledge next to a blue-glowing statue
Our next stop is the waypoint in the west of Luhua Pool
Head straight north towards Cuijue Slope and find the little area with several overturned lanterns
these places are not the only potential Hilichurls Wei Locations in Genshin Impact Update 1.1
Both us and other players will be infinitely grateful
Genshin Impact version 1.5 update is upon us
and we have a lot of new content to explore in Teyvat
One of the exciting new features is the ability to create furnishings from various new collectible resources
so we want to guide you through where to find each of them
Here’s where to find all wood types in Genshin Impact
Here are the seven types of wood in Genshin Impact
For a more detailed explanation of where to find each type of wood and what the trees look like
Fir Wood comes from trees known as Faber’s Fir
which are abundant in the Mondtsadt forests
You can find many of them in eastern Mondstadt
and you’ll find them in areas around Cuijue Slope
Sandbearer wood is a timber that comes from the Sandbearer Trees
It is said to be resistant to wind and rain and has a long lifespan
There’s plenty of this stuff in Liyue
Cuihua wood is timber obtained from Cuihua Trees. You can typically find Cuihua Trees in the forests of Mondtsadt, including areas like Springvale and Wolvendom. These are easy to spot because they are the same trees that grow Sunsettia
Fragrant Cedar wood comes from Cedar trees
which are found in the forests of Mondstadt
Wolvendom is an excellent area to find these
as there are many right next to the teleport point
Pine Wood is timber obtained from pines and considered to be very sturdy
It’s one of the more accessible types of wood to find because it’s endemic to Dragonspine
You can also find Pine Wood from the smaller pines in Mondstadt
Bamboo Segments are lighter and stronger than they might appear
and you’ll find them from Bamboo Trees
The best spot to find Bamboo Segments in Genshin Impact is around Qingce Village
Birch is a timber obtained from Bitch Trees
You can spot birch trees by looking for the white-colored bark
These trees are primarily found in the Windwail Highland region
There’s some right near the Statue of the Seven in this area
Home » Genshin Impact » Skirmishers Genshin Impact – Recruit’s
Skirmishers are a type of boss in Genshin Impact
and have varying abilities – some are damage dealers
They’re important because of the items they drop – the skirmishers are one of the sources of insignia
sergeant’s or lieutenant’s insignia
You’ll need these items for character and weapon ascensions
so you’ll probably have to hunt down a fair few of them
If you’re having trouble locating them
this guide will show you where to find skirmishers in Genshin Impact
There are two locations where they usually spawn close to each other
There’s also one spot in the northwest of Stormterror Lair
below the giant golden tree at Lingju Pass
You can always use the adventure log book’s navigate function to find more
so it’s not like you can farm them extensively this way
but you can get a handful of insignia before having to take a break
The higher tier insignia can be crafted by combining three of the lower tier ones at an alchemist
so you can use that method if you have an abundance of recruit insignia and you don’t need them in particular
You’ll need all three kinds of insignia for the ascension of Diluc Ragnvindr – there’s mention of other characters that require them for the common material slot
but we haven’t encountered any of them yet
There are also several swords that require it
