The indictment hearing was held today at the District Court of Kraksaan
"A number of criminal elements such as those mentioned in Article 378 of the Criminal Code have been proven in the case (fraud with Dimas Kanjeng as defendant)," the prosecutor said before a panel of judges chaired by Basuki Wiyono
