A 13-year-old has died from wounds he received in a drive-by shooting late Sunday night outside a North Tulsa bar
Tulsa Police say Jordan Sigli was getting out a car to attend a birthday party at the bar in the 3100 block of North Peoria when he was shot once in the chest
Detectives say the motive for the shooting is unknown at this time
 They say they've found no indication that Sigli was the intended target
A family friend tells News On 6 Sigli was walking home with a friend after a youth group meeting at the Greenwood Cultural Center when someone offered them a ride to the party
The friend says the two wanted to attend the party to watch a basketball game
Police confirm the boy's mother did not drop him off there and the friend says she didn't even know he was going to the party
Police are looking for a gold or tan 90s model Ford Crown Victoria or Mercury Grand Marquis
  The left blinker housing may be missing or damaged and there may be some body damage on the driver's door.

Detectives say the car may have been borrowed by the shooter(s) and the owner of the vehicle may not know that it was used in a crime
&nbsp; They&#39;re asking anyone who may have a vehicle matching this description and loaned it to someone else on Sunday to call the police department

Friends say Jordan Sigli was one of the nicest kids they&#39;ve ever met
Ask almost anyone in the Brady Heights Neighborhood and they&#39;ll tell you Jordan Sigli was truly a great kid
"He was just one of my favorite boys in the neighborhood," Nathan Pickard
Family friends say the teen was walking home with a friend after a youth group meeting when someone offered them a ride to a birthday party at a North Tulsa bar
The party was for a 17-year-old and friends say Jordan&#39;s mother did not know he was going
"He was just really a shining example of the kind of young man a community wants to see grow up," victim&#39;s friend Giles Gregory said
I could count on him coming and knocking on my door asking if he could mow the lawn," Gregory said
A community garden was started in hopes of bringing neighbors together
Many say Jordan spent a lot of time here and in fact his favorite thing to plant was peppers
"Jordan would work on that really hard," Pickard said
Nathan Pickard says the sixth grader was a self-starter and the sky was the limit for his future
"We&#39;ve watched him grow up around here for the last couple of years and we won&#39;t get that anymore," Giles Gregory said
The neighborhood plans to plant a tree in memory of their young friend
They told us right now they&#39;re shifting their focus to praying and uplifting each other during this tragedy
Police are still looking for the shooter in this case
They believe the gunman was driving a gold or tan 90s model Ford Crown Victoria or Mercury Grand Marquis
