Laut
Kecamatan Teluknaga hingga Kecamatan Mauk pakai perahu nelayan
Jarak tempuh memakan waktu sekitar satu jam
Lokasi pagar laut masuk kawasan pemanfaatan umum berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Banten Nomor 1/2023 meliputi zona pelabuhan laut
Lokasi ini beririsan dengan rencana waduk lepas pantai inisiasi Badan Perencanan Pembangunan Nasional (Bappenas)
Direktur Perencanaan Ruang Laut KKP katakan
pagar laut belum memiliki dokumen Kesesuaian Pemanfaatan Ruang Laut (KKPRL)
Berdasarkan Undang-undang (UU) Nomor 6 /2023 tentang Cipta Kerja Pasal 147 menyatakan
Dia mau belok hindari pagar malah dihantam ombak
Informasi dugaan keterlibatan pengembang PIK 2
aktivis lingkungan menyangsikan penjelasan Muannas
Membuat pagar laut sepanjang 30,16 kilometer
merujuk Perda Banten Nomor 1/2023 tentang RTRW
pemagaran laut siratkan lemahnya koordinasi lintas sektor pembangunan
Merujuk Peraturan Presiden Nomor 3/2022 tentang Rencana Zonasi Kawasan Antarwilayah Laut Jawa
melindungi infrastruktur penting seperti pelabuhan perikanan
Direktur Pengawasan Sumber Daya Kelautan KKP menjelaskan

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - The Indonesian Ombudsman Chair, Mokhammad Najih, has revealed that fishermen in Tangerang Regency have suffered losses amounting to approximately Rp9 billion due to the construction of a sea fence in the region
was determined based on an investigation conducted by the Ombudsman team
the losses incurred by fishermen exceed Rp7.7 billion and reach Rp9 billion,” said Najih during a press conference at his office in South Jakarta on Wednesday
which extends across the northern coastal waters
has a detrimental impact on fishermen as it hinders fishing activities
Fishermen are forced to travel longer distances to reach their fishing grounds
His team’s calculation considered the number of fishermen residing along the coast
the estimated fuel consumption per fishing trip with an estimate of 20 days at sea per month
and the resulting financial burden on the fishing community
the additional fuel costs incurred per trip amounted to Rp7.7 billion to Rp9 billion per year,” Najih explained
impacts 16 villages and affects the livelihoods of approximately 4,000 fishermen
The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries acknowledges the negative impact of the sea fence
and discussions regarding its removal are still ongoing
The starting point of the sea fence is in Tanjung Burung Village in Teluknaga District, adjacent to Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 (PIK 2)

Tempo.co, Jakarta - The joint team from the Marine and Fisheries Service (DKP) of Banten Province is planning to dismantle the sea fence at the Ketapang village point in Mauk District on Tuesday
stated that this team will include members of the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL)
"We will dismantle the sea fence at Ketapang Point by deploying fishing boats equipped with manual tools and ropes to lift the bamboo stakes," Eli told Tempo on Monday
Eli mentioned that around 20 boats will be involved in dismantling the bamboo fence
The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) has announced plans to dismantle a 30.16-kilometer-long sea fence along the northern coast of Tangerang Regency within the next 1-2 days
This bamboo fence spans across 16 villages in six districts and is located about 500 meters from the shoreline
The rows of bamboo stakes extend through three villages in Kronjo District
Dismantled by the Indonesian Navy and Fishermen
after the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) sealed off the sea fence
a total of 600 personnel from the Indonesian Navy (TNI AL)
This operation took place along the Tanjung Pasir Beach line in the Teluknaga District and continued to the shoreline of Kronjo Beach in the Kronjo District
the Commander of Main Naval Base III Jakarta (Danlantamal III)
announced that the dismantling of the bamboo sea barrier is being conducted in stages along a two-kilometer stretch
This operation involves several elements of the Navy and local fishermen.
In the first phase of the dismantling process
30 fishing boats were deployed to transport the bamboo barrier materials
The Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries
expressed his regret regarding the dismantling of the sea barrier at Tanjung Pasir Beach in the Teluknaga District of Tangerang Regency
“I heard news about the Navy institution's dismantling
and should only be removed after it has been legally processed and verified,” stated Minister Trenggono at Kedonganan Beach in Badung Regency
He stated that the sea barrier should only be removed once there is concrete evidence and the investigation is complete
identifying those responsible for its installation
the process will be easier,” he added
The Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) closed the sea barrier after receiving a complaint on August 14
the Chairman of the Indonesian Fishermen's Association (HNSI) Mauk Branch
reported the issue to the Banten Province Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries
a joint team from the KKP Marine Police and the Banten Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries initiated an investigation in the villages and sub-districts surrounding the sea barrier site
the activity lacked Marine Spatial Utilization Approval (KKPRL)
which led to the sealing of the barrier on Thursday
The Banten Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries conducted a field investigation on September 4-5
which revealed that a sea barrier had been in place for three months
A subsequent joint field inspection on October 1 found that the barrier had expanded to a length of 13.12 kilometers
stretching across the waters from Kronjo Village to Ketapang Village
a patrol conducted by the Tangerang Regency Fisheries Department and representatives from HNSI Tangerang Regency sealed and temporarily halted the sea barrier activities
The sea fence has received renewed attention following a statement from the Head of the Banten Marine and Fisheries Department
They reported that the barrier's length has reached 30.16 kilometers
spanning six sub-districts and 16 villages in Tangerang Regency
This information was shared during a public discussion at the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) in Jakarta in early January 2025

TEMPO.CO, Tangerang - The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) plans to dismantle a 30.16-kilometer sea fence along the North coast of Tangerang Regency within the next one to two days
located approximately 500 meters from the shoreline
spans across 16 villages in six sub-districts
it stretches across three villages in Kronjo Sub-district
and two villages in Teluknaga Sub-district
the KKP is still coordinating with various stakeholders to finalize the dismantling timeline
“Perhaps there will be a solution about when the dismantling will begin in the next 1-2 days,” stated Halid Yusuf
Director of Fisheries Resources Supervision at the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries
during an inspection of the sea fence on Cangkir Island
Halid conducted a field inspection of the sea fence along the coasts of Kronjo and Sukadiri
along with representatives from the Indonesian Ombudsman
and the Banten Province Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Agency
The inspection involved a boat tour around the sea fence
Halid emphasized that the issue of the illegally constructed sea fence is a shared responsibility among several ministries and institutions
the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN)
coordinated action is needed to determine the next steps,” he explained
The KKP is currently investigating the entity responsible for constructing the sea fence
Another party previously claimed responsibility
“We will consider all potential reactions
It is clear that the Government is committed to enforcing regulations and upholding the law,” he stated
Halid confirmed that the KKP has sealed off the sea fence along the northern coast of Tangerang Regency due to its unauthorized construction
whether involving heavy equipment or community participation
a member of the Indonesian Ombudsman who led the inspection of the sea fence in Tangerang waters
highlighted the significant impact of this structure on public services
particularly the livelihoods of local fishermen
“We aim to ensure that fishing activities can resume normally
as this fence is severely disruptive,” stated Yeka
He mentioned that thousands of fishermen have suffered financial losses due to the sea fence over the past six months
“The extended travel distance to sea
and reduced fishing time have inevitably decreased their income,” explained Yeka

TEMPO.CO, Tangerang - The Cisadane River flood inundated 1,070 homes in four areas in Tanjung Burung Village
Regional Disaster Mitigation Agency (BPBD) of Tangerang Regency showed that 1,333 families with 2,998 lives affected by the disaster
The residents were being evacuated by using rubber boats
Head of Tangerang BPBD Ujat Sudrajat said the height of flood water inundated people's houses ranging from 10 centimeters to 1 meter
"The Cisadane River and tidal floods overflowed
causing water to inundate residential areas," Ujat said on Saturday
The floodwaters continued to affect residential areas until Saturday afternoon
about 25 people are sheltering in the old village office and the Al-Barkah mosque
But public facilities and places of worship in Tanjung Burung village are still safe
We have conducted data collection on the number of flood victims and evacuated residents using rubber boats," said Ujat

Tangerang Regency to intercept garbage before it reaches the ocean
It was received by the Tangerang Regency government on Monday
At least six tons of garbage will be intercepted and recycled when the ship operates at the end of January next year
The regional secretary of the Tangerang Regency government Moch
Maesyal Rasyid stated that river waste management is a collective responsibility
Waste management in Cisadane River involves all the regions crossed by the river
"We hope that the Neon Moon II Ship will improve the management of plastic waste in the river," he said on Thursday
Neon Moon II is a static ship consisting of two main parts
the frame and the trash bin with 800 kilograms x 6 units capacity.
Information received by Tempo mentioned that this Interceptor type was made by the Rotterdam-based Ocean Cleanup non-profit through MHE-Demag Malaysia sponsored by Coldplay
according to the Head of Tangerang Environmental Office Fachrul Rozi
and was placed at the Cisadane River after obtaining a permit
"We were informed that there have already been 20 Interceptor ships worldwide
and the one in Cisadane River was the 20th with third-generation machines," he said
The ship will collect garbage in the river using conveyor belts to be placed into a 100-kilogram capacity trash bin
the ship will signal the waste bank in Tanjung Burung with a speedboat to pull the trash bins inland
we are training twelve officers to manage and maintain the TOC while the waste management would be conducted by the locals of Tanjung Burung," Fachrul said.
Organic waste will be turned into compost and inorganic waste collected in the Cisadane River will be divided by its values
in which high-value waste will be sold to fund the operational fund of Neon Moon II
"We will install molding plastic in the future to turn the waste into something more beneficial such as paving blocks
