Israel's Health Ministry on Tuesday warned the public not to use "crushed olive oil" or "refined canola oil" produced by "Shemen Hama'ale."
The matter was first reported by Israel Hayom
The oils in question may have any expiry date; the labels claim that they were produced in Ma'ale Iron
Following a complaint received regarding the oils' taste
the Health Ministry conducted laboratory tests on a number of the products
and found that the constitution of the products' fatty acids are not compatible with the types of oils the products are labeled as
even though the labels claim that the oils were manufactured/packaged in Ma'ale Iron
there is no oil factory in Ma'ale Iron which is known to the Health Ministry
The public is therefore asked not to use the aforementioned products
"The Health Ministry's Food Service will continue to examine and identify cases of food fraud
such as the fake oils," a statement read
"If a breach of the legislative or standard requirements in Israel is found
steps will be taken against the one dealing in the food
using all means available to the [Health] Ministry."

Each club face has a unique loft. For example, a driver is designed for distance and usually has only 8-13 degrees of loft. In comparison, a pitching wedge is designed to get airborne, with 41-46 degrees of loft
Lower-lofted clubs also have longer shafts than higher-lofted clubs
Distance can be greatly affected by the weather conditions
Hitting a ball into a strong wind will greatly influence distance
and a dry golf course will give you more roll

The King and Queen of Bhutan have revealed the name of their second son
He has been named Jigme Ugyen Wangchuck and His Royal Highness will be referred to as Gyalsey Ugyen Wangchuck
The King and Queen attended the Trelda Tsechu prayer ceremony at Thimphu Tashichodzong and offered prayers along with Their Royal Highnesses Gyalsey Jigme Namgyel and Gyalsey Ugyen Wangchuck
The prayer ceremony is in honour of the birth of Guru Rinpoche
an 8th-century Buddhist master and the founder of Tibetan Buddhism
The Trelda Tsechu ceremony is performed annually for the benefit of all sentient beings
The Queen of Bhutan gave birth to her second son on 19 March 2020 – corresponding with the 25th day of the 1st month of the Male Iron Rat year
Her husband announced the birth on Instagram:
“We are honoured to announce the birth of the second Royal Child of Their Majesties The King and Queen
corresponding with the 25th day of the 1st month of the Male Iron Rat year
Her Majesty and the royal baby are in good health
and His Royal Highness The Gyalsey was delighted to meet his younger brother
Their Majesties express their gratitude to the medical team
the Zhung Dratshang and to everyone for their well-wishes and prayers.”
”While this remains a very happy occasion for the Royal family and the nation and people of Bhutan
Their Majesties wish to remind all Bhutanese to be mindful
responsible and supportive to each other in the wake of the COVID-19 virus
Their Majesties have everyone whose lives have been affected by this global pandemic in their thoughts and prayers.”
The young Prince is second in the line of succession behind his elder brother The Gyalsey
mandated that Justice League be no longer than two hours
and as moviegoers it's easy to forget the mind-boggling amount of glad-handing and deal-making that goes on behind the scenes
behind cameras is basically a miracle in its own right
and while studios are typically all-too-keen to throw money at sequels
they often only greenlight films once everyone has agreed to some head-scratching conditions
Perhaps a producer has their own specific vision for part of the movie
maybe the director themselves will only sign on if their loony demands are met
or an executive more concerned with toy sales than storytelling might impose their will upon the creatives
These 10 films were only shot and completed after the creative and business ends of the situation came together and agreed on a direction
no matter what the artists involved might've actually thought of the situation
Unsurprisingly a couple of these movies were both critical and commercial failures as a result
though many actually managed to overcome these peculiar conditions and deliver an end product that mostly clung true to the original concept..
but who among us in the two-plus decades since has ever forgotten about the huge
Arliss Loveless (Kenneth Branagh) trots out as his ultimate weapon
The film was co-produced by director Barry Sonnenfeld and eccentric mega-producer Jon Peters
with Peters being the one who came up with the ludicrous idea to feature a gigantic metal tarantula
But there's even more to the story - as Kevin Smith explained in his live show An Evening with Kevin Smith
Peters actually recycled the spider concept from Superman Lives
a cancelled Superman reboot he was attempting to get made throughout the 1990s
Superman Lives was set to star Nicolas Cage
with Tim Burton directing and Smith penning the script
Peters insisted to Smith that the third act climax with the Man of Steel fighting a giant spider
Peters held onto the idea and imposed it upon Wild Wild West with a mechanical steampunk facelift
the CGI mecha-spider still looks pretty great from a VFX perspective

With the pursuit of fast 140.6-mile times top of mind
we take a look at the fastest male iron-distance performance ever
Last week, a cadre of elite triathletes announced the audacious goal to go after a sub-seven and sub-eight iron-distance triathlon for women and men, respectively. The event, known as Pho3nix SUB7 and Pho3nix SUB8
is set for spring of 2022 at a yet-to-be-determined location and will include the likes of Alistair Brownlee
the athletes will be boosted by speed-inducing elements
like thicker wetsuits that’ll increase buoyancy and the ability to draft off of pacers on the bike
so it can’t quite be compared to “regular” races
as we dream about just how fast triathletes can cover the 140.6-mile distance
it’s worth a look back at those who set the current standard and share the stories behind the fastest iron-distance finishes to date
Last week, we shared about the women’s record
set in 2011 by the indomitable Chrissie Wellington
we’ll recall Jan Frodeno’s epic race in 2016
Jan Frodeno arrived in the red-carpeted transition area at Challenge Roth
dark-haired German cut a striking figure as he made final checks and tweaks to his Canyon bike and gear bags
As a camera crew and admiring onlookers traced his every move
“I am very well prepared and looking forward to getting this race started,” he told a reporter in the moments before the race
Australian Olympic gold medalist triathlete Emma Snowsill
Snowsill sending him off with a reassuring wink and nod
did not mince words when it came to his intentions that day: “My aim is to try and beat the world record,” he said in the pre-race press conference
But of course it’s something different talking about it and then doing it
But I’ve never been one to be shy about talking about my goals.”
It’s not like Frodeno didn’t have the athletic chops to back up that goal
the then-34-year-old had already won the Ironman 70.3 World Championship
and his first of now three Ironman World Championship titles
(Not to mention his prowess at the shorter distances
having snagged the Olympic gold medal in 2008.) His finish at the 2015 European Championships in Frankfurt was especially indicative of his abilities
as his winning time of 7:49:49 crushed the course record by more than five minutes in sweltering heat
with less oppressive weather and on Roth’s fast course
the 7:41:33 world record (set by Andreas Raelert at Challenge Roth in 2011) was within Frodeno’s grasp
the Iron-distance can be riddled with potential pitfalls
Frodeno recognized this fact before the race
“It’s something different talking about it and then doing it,” he said of going after the world record
“I’ll stay with my plan and have my very own race and then toward the end look at the clock and what’s possible time-wise.”
Frodeno–the only male in the field wearing a golden swim cap–established a lead that he would never relent in the seven-plus hours to come
As he churned through the narrow Donau Canal
its grassy banks lined with hundreds of spectators angling to get a glimpse at potential history in the making
a small gap between Frodeno and the chase pack soon widened to several body lengths
When Frodeno lifted his six-foot-four-inch body out of the canal and onto dry land
putting him nearly a minute ahead of Raelert’s world record pace
Although pre-race chatter put Germany’s Nils Frommhold–the 2015 Challenge Roth champion–as a potential disruptor of Frodeno’s plan
the deficit in the swim was just too much for him
his cadence smooth and efficient as he whirred along the rolling course at an average speed of about 27 miles per hour
in which a wayward Frodeno rode off a slippery stretch of pavement and fell into a patch of grass
and started his assault on the world record yet again
Frodeno eventually extended his lead over the field to a staggering 12 minutes
hopping off the bike in a split of 4:08:07
nearly four minutes faster than Raelert’s 2011 split
Which meant as long as Frodeno covered the 26.2 miles laid out before him in around 2:48
As the ebullient crowd buoyed their home-country hero
Frodeno clipped along the course around a 6:04-per-mile pace
It wasn’t until the pointy end of the run when his gait grew slightly stunted and his face twisted into a pained grimace
a display of Frodeno’s dogged efforts to emerge as the victor in this epic race against the clock
Winding around Roth’s famed finish stadium
Clearly aware that he had plenty of time to spare
his shoulders visibly relaxed and his look of consternation turned to elation
gleefully pointing to the crowd before emphatically grabbing the finish line tape in his now-trademark celebratory flex
Frodeno’s 2:39:18 marathon split that day wasn’t the fastest of the day (a hard-charging Joe Skipper
But it was more than enough to secure Frodeno’s performance as the greatest in history over the 140.6-mile distance
“I am incredibly happy that I got the record and just thankful that I didn’t break,” Frodeno said after the race
“But there wasn’t any other option except to risk it all and give everything I had
The time should hold for the next two or three years.”
In the three subsequent Roth races since 2016
no one has come within 14 minutes of Frodeno’s record
considering the now 39-year-old’s continued dominance in the sport
the one person who could stand to threaten the mark anytime soon is
A first Taupo Sub-8 for Terenzo Bozzone at IRONMAN New Zealand
the performances and results of athletes can readily be forgotten as the next ‘big thing’ comes along and earns the headlines
the wider public understands records and relative performances
these can’t exist if there aren’t records and listings to begin with
To have recorded one of the top-10 times ever is a pretty marketable achievement… but you need to know what the 10 best times were beforehand before making such claims
I’ll’ admit there is an element of this Editor’s statto factor involved in wanting to put this into place – I love this stuff….and as a student of the sport
Is there a value to it? Absolutely. I’ve seen it with my own eyes – the statistics and facts that live within the sub-nine iron ladies piece for example
are some of the most widely quoted and referenced ironman facts I have seen
Wikipedia and the wider triathlon press have all utilised its contents
I fully expect the same to happen with this sub-eight men’s feature too
A small credit to Tri247 as the source would be welcome
What follows is a result of the mission to create that history. Of course, if you should know of any others I’ve missed, then send me the details (editor@tri247.com)
as my aim is to create the definitive list of sub-eight hour male iron distance finishes
the all-time world best of Luc van Lierde (7:50:27) looked like it could be under threat
but the great Dane still recorded the (at the time) fifth fastest iron distance time ever
Into 2011, and those iconic figures were smashed by Marino Vanhoenacker in Klagenfurt, keeping the world-best time in Belgian hands. Well, for a week anyway! You wait 14 years, break a record… and along comes Andreas Raelert to take the record from 7:45:58 down to 7:41:33 a week later at Challenge Roth
Andreas, along with Michael Weiss (Ironman Austria 2011), Ronnie Schildknecht (Ironman Florida 2011) and Eneko Llanos (Ironman Arizona 2011) boosted that all-time sub-8 list to include a total of 17 athletes
adding yet another achievement to his glittering CV
is Ironman and Ironman 70.3 World Champion Craig Alexander
Following Challenge Roth 2012 – by just one second – James Cunnama has joined them
the 19th man to record a sub-8 hour iron-distance race
and Dirk Bockel (LUX) becomes #20 – while Ironman Florida 2013 added members 21
22 and 23 in the shape of Victor Del Corral
and the speedy Klagenfurt course of Ironman Austria sees Ivan Rana (ESP) and Christian Kramer (GER) join as members 24 and 25 respectively
with Rana recording what was at the time the third fastest time in history of the iron-distance
the list grew to 26 as Canada’s Brent McMahon joined the list in his first Ironman (Arizona) – and not only that
his finish time of 7:55:48 is the fastest debut ever
2015 got off to a flying start with the eight hour mark broken for the first time at Ironman Brazil… by FOUR athletes
Debut names to this list include #27 Timothy O’Donnell (second) and #28 Igor Amorelli (fourth)
courtesy of his win at Ironman Arizona with Sub-8 Club member #33 going to Luke McKenzie at Ironman Western Australia
Brent McMahon started the 2016 Sub-8 quests with a storming time of 7:46:10 in Florianopolis (his third), while at Frankfurt Sebastian Kienle set a personal best of 7:52:43 (his fourth Sub-8
matching Chris McCormack and Marino Vanhoenacker in that regard)
and Andi Boecherer (7:53:40) becomes the 34th member of the Sub-8 club
Challenge Roth delivered more history, as Jan Frodeno has set the fastest time ever (7:35:39), while Joe Skipper in second place (7:56:23) becomes the first Brit under the 8-hour barrier and joins as the 35th member of the Sub-8 club
Nils Frommhold (7:57:49 in third place) recorded his second career Sub-8
Ironman Copenhagen saw Patrik Nillson (SWE) and Will Clarke (GBR) become members #36 and #37 respectively
while Patrik quickly added another at Ironman Barcelona
two national reccords at Ironman Western Australia from Terenzo Bozzone (NZL) and Andy Potts (USA)
sees members #38 and #39 added to the list
Ironman South Africa provided an unexpected start to the ‘Sub-8’ season
as Ben Hoffman and Nils Frommhold pushed each other all day under that magical mark
while Bart Aernouts (BEL) joined the club at Challenge Roth as member #45
IRONMAN Barcelona welcomed three new members in Anthony Costes (#46)
Mark Phillips (#47) and Viktor Zyemtsev (#48)
Lionel Sanders added another Sub-8 to his C.V. with a third consecutive win in Arizona
while the fast 2017 season continued at IRONMAN Cozumel (helped by a point-to-point
while Stefan Schmid joined the club as member #49
Few have predicted Sub-8 potential at IRONMAN New Zealand in Taupo. It didn’t stop Terenzo Bozzone
as at 3rd March 2018: 49 athletes had broken eight hours in an iron-distance race a total of 82 times
Having updated the ladies sub-9 listing
here is the very latest on the men’s sub-8 equivalent
Sport and numbers seem to be a perfect marriage
sooner or later you’ll invariably be creating targets based on time
Whether that’s making the 17-hour Ironman cut-off
running a sub-three hour marathon or beating 25 minutes in your club ’10’
everyone likes to break a barrier and set a personal best
In recent years the ladies have made sub-nine ‘almost’ normal – both 2008 and 2009 witnessed nine instances each of that barrier being broken with a record 15 finishes below the nine hour mark in 2011 (improved to 21 in 2013 and 23 in 2014!)
sub-eight hours for the ironman distance is a tougher nut to crack – though six in 2011 was also a record annual total (since matched in 2013 – and improved again to eleven for 2015
there is no implied assumption here that ‘8’ and ‘9’ are of equal standing when it comes to ironman
but as history has proven with the four minute mile
a rounded barrier has a certain romance to it
While Roger Bannister may have secured a lot more than 15 minutes of fame in Oxford on 6th May 1954
those who subsequently broke 3:50 and 3:45 don’t have anywhere near that level of public recognition…
If you want to race a fast ironman distance
While the ladies sub-nine listing showed that Roth was clearly the most likely course for an 8:XX finish
the situation is even more clear cut for the men
with Roth accounting for almost half of the sub-eight finishes ever recorded
With three sub-eight hour times recorded at Ironman Florida 2013 (all by first-time members to this listing)
Panama City Beach looked set to continue its popularity with those seeking an iron-distance PB – though as that is currently an Age-Group only event
Only once previously in history (Ironman Europe (Roth) 1997) had the eight hour mark been broken by more than three men in the same race
as only the second time that four athletes has finished under the eight hour mark in one race
Even that was surpassed with five sub-8’s at Ironman Texas 2017
That a sub-eight for men is ‘harder’ (relatively) than a sub-nine for women would seem to be born out by the statistics
Firstly, the new fastest time ever recorded by Jan Frodeno (7:35:39) is less than 25 minutes inside the barrier, versus over 40 for Chrissie’s stunning 8:18:13 ladies record
the absolute number of sub-eight’s is significantly lower too
with fewer than half of the sub-nine ladies finishes
Cozumel and Taupo have experienced a male cross the line to see 7:XX on the clock
versus 25 different courses with an 8:XX female finisher
Australian Chris McCormack has a couple of standout stats to his name
He has four sub-eight clocking’s on his glittering CV
while only nineteen other athletes have managed that achievement more than once
When you add to that wins at Ironman (twice) and ITU World Championships (Standard and Long Distance)
five consecutive Ironman Australia wins and wins in virtually all of the major triathlon events around the world
Macca is without doubt one of the greatest athletes in the history of triathlon
Roth 1997 may well be one of the most amazing races in triathlon history
As well as the site of the Luc Van Lierde’s 14 year long world best
Lothar Leder and Thomas Hellriegel all broke the eight hour mark that day too – meaning that Thomas didn’t even make the podium despite recording 7:57:21
Roth 2010 saw Sebastian Kienle (GER) finish second
7:59:06 in his first ever iron distance attempt
the equivalent of Mary Beth Ellis’ effort at Austria 2011 when she won her first Ironman in 8:43:35
In 2011 Kienle finished second again at Roth
this time two minutes quicker making it two sub-8’s without a victory
I believe that Filip Ospaly’s 7:58:44 at Ironman Florida 2013 represented his first iron-distance start
which then made him the new ‘fastest on debut’ record holder
That honour now belongs to Brent McMahon (7:55:48) following Ironman Arizona 2014
Despite having finished fourth and third at Kona in 2012 and 2013 respectively
Kienle had never actually won an Ironman race until he managed to tick that box at the Ironman European Champs in 2014 (Frankfurt)
He did so with a personal best time (and course record) of 7:55:14, which made him second only to Chris McCormack in terms of number of Sub-8’s. Oh, and he then went on to win in Kona
Another win in Frankfurt (2016) saw both a PB time and a fourth Sub-8
Kienle now stands alone as the only athlete with five Sub-8’s on his C.V
With a big return to fitness and form at Ironman Brazil 2015
to include three 7:XX finishes to his name
Just four weeks later at Ironman Austria – where he had previously won six consecutive times – Marino added a seventh title
That is currently the ninth fastest iron-distance time ever
It was also the first time that any athlete had ever managed the feat twice in one year – in Marino’s case
it was twice in four weeks… impressive
While Nils Frommhold (GER) and David Dellow (AUS) joined the list at Challenge Roth 2015
the second place of Timo Bracht (GER) in 7:56:31 is his third sub-eight hour performance
After Brent McMahon’s speedy time at Ironman Brazil 2016
he had three sub-nine’s too – but he’s now joined McCormack
following Ironman Arizona 2016 (as well as the small club of “two sub-8’s in one season”)
Nine-time Ironman Switzerland winner Ronnie Schildknecht recorded the first ever sub-8 finish at Ironman Florida 2011
That was the first sub eight hour finish in North America
We didn’t have to wait long for the second North American sub-8
achieved by Eneko Llanos at Ironman Arizona – and plenty more have followed since
2012 saw two men under the eight hour mark – both for the first time – with Craig Alexander taking the inaugural Ironman Asia-Pacific Championship on home soil in Melbourne
and James Cunnama adding his name to the list of Challenge Roth winners
with both Andreas Raelert (Austria) and Eneko Llanos (Frankfurt)
sneaking under the eight hours by just nine and two seconds respectively
Dirk Bockel smashed through the barrier for his debut on the list with 7:52:01 at Challenge Roth
will the top three at Ironman Florida (Del Corral
Starykowicz and Ospaly) all broke the course record of Ronnie Schildknecht
Andrew Starykowicz also broke his own Ironman bike split record (4:02:17) on the way to becoming the first U.S
2014’s first additions to the list came at Ironman Austria
where race winner Ivan Rana won in the (at the time)
with Christian Kramer (7:54:31) coming home in second place for a huge PB
with Kienle adding the third of the year in Frankfurt
where Ironman World Champ Frederik Van Lierde just missed out when taking second place in 8:00:25
The latest editions are the race winning 7:56:00 of Timo Bracht at Challenge Roth – his first victory in Roth
and a new personal best time and the Ironman Arizona victory of Brent McMahon
Brent McMahon (his second) and Igor Amorelli (his first) all breaking eight hours on a super fast day at Ironman Brazil
then added to by Marino’s monster effort in Klagenfurt
further improved to eleven thanks to Luke McKenzie in Busselton
had both made their bold objectives very public – and both delivered
Nils Frommhold still went Sub-8 for third place
We are now up to nine for the year after Ironman Copenhagen (Nilsson and Clarke) and Ironman Barcelona (Patrik Nilsson again)
revised upwards again to 11 (Sanders and McMahon)
following Ironman Arizona and – finally (?) – 13 courtesy of Bozzone and Potts at Ironman Western Australia
Member #40 is Ben Hoffman,, courtesy of his title defence at Ironman South Africa
Tyler Butterfield (3rd) and Kirill Kotsegarov (5th) at Ironman Texas
Ronnie Schildknecht and Will Clarke (2nd and 4th)
both set PB’s in record their second 7:XX finishes
Member #44 – in the fastest M-Dot Ironman yet – is Great Britain’s Tim Don
while Sub-8 Club member #45 is Bart Aernouts following his Challenge Roth 2017 victory
47 & 48 were all from IRONMAN Barcelona 2017 – welcome Anthony Costes

made history at last week’s Noncommissioned Officer Academy graduation ceremony when he became the first Basic Leader Course graduate to win all three BLC titles of excellence —Distinguished Honor Graduate
Distinguished Leadership Awardee and Male Iron Warrior
and received a first-time go on all performance evaluations and written examinations
the Distinguished Honor Graduate normally receives the Army Achievement Medal
but Stillman earned the Army Commendation Medal for his unprecedented performance
said he realized Stillman’s potential as soon as he knocked out the Iron Warrior competition and “demolished” the other competitors
Ray said Stillman would ask questions and stay after every study hall to ensure he understood the material
Stillman’s drive and commitment to learn distinguished him from the other Soldiers
“He was never afraid to make a mistake and he was also never afraid to come up and ask for help if he needed it,” said Ray
Ray also highlighted Stillman’s fundamental leadership skills from his unit as an asset as a BLC student and future NCO
Stillman hopes these skills and his accomplishments during BLC will help motivate future students
“I just (want) everyone to work as hard as they can
no matter what comes their way — doesn’t matter if you’re an infantryman
or like me … off in the air defense artillery world
everybody can accomplish the same goals,” he said
“As long as you set little goals to accomplish the big ones
everything will work out like it’s supposed to
Family is Stillman’s biggest motivating factor
He said they have supported him through every step of his journey
he’s five years old and I asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up,” said Stillman
Stillman said he plans to stay in the Army for at least 20 years
and hopes to transition to psychological operations after a deployment to Afghanistan in November
brought to our attention from Richard Iles
Very sad to hear the awful news this weekend that UK Ironman Legend Julian Jenkinson suffered a fatal heart attack whilst out training
Jules was a great friend & one of the pioneers of triathlon in the New Forest
one of the founding members of Southampton Tri Club
Our thoughts go to Erica & family & friends
Julian Jenkinson really was one of the pioneers and exceptional athletes during the development of the sport in this country from the early 90s
If you’ve been around a long time (as we have here
long before the internet World Wide Web even existed)
then Julian’s regular (and amusing) column’s in 220 Magazine are part of the fabric of our history
A multiple winner of ‘The Longest Day’ – for many years the only iron-distance race within the UK – Julian represented Great Britain internationally at Elite level
In 1995 he finished fifth at the European Iron-Distance Championships in Detern
Germany: “physically I had the best race of my life
This coincided with undoubtedly the fastest ironman course in the world on a cool deathly calm day that time trialists dream about”
Julian’s time that day (8:15:21), stood as the British record for 13 years. Even now, only four British athletes (Paul Amey, Tom Lowe, Joe Skipper and Stephen Bayliss)
have since recorded faster iron-distance times
Julian excelled on the domestic cycling time trial scene
In 2010 Julian won the Best British All-Rounder (BBAR) title
for the fastest average speeds over 50mile
100mile and 12-hour TT’s during the season
That year Julian also won the National 12-Hour Champs (covering 292.49 miles)
and was second in the ‘100’ Champs (3:38:54)
Plenty of other fast times and medals along the way too
Sincere condolences from everyone at Tri247 to the family and friends of Julian Jenkinson

but is Ironheart really the best name for her
Bendis's explanation for Riri's superhero name makes sense, with hearts playing a central role in Iron Man's story. But there's something a little stereotypical about having the word heart in the female Iron Man's name — especially considering how often women are delegated to the trope of being the "heart" of the group or motivating men via being their love interest
it's impossible not to wonder if she could've had an altogether more kick-ass name instead
the universe can often feel exclusive and difficult to relate to
By introducing a ridiculously talented and smart female role model into such a well known part
Marvel appear to have listened to the wants and needs of their fan base
Clearly, change is still needed, and that's no more evident than in the inevitable backlash that resulted from the "announcement that an African-American woman would replace Tony Stark." While this is obviously a moment worthy of immense eye-rolling
it's proof that the comic book universe has a long way to go when it comes to accuracy and equality in its character representation
and there shouldn't be a war in the comments' section every time it's announced that a woman is joining the superhero ranks
Whether or not you're into the name Ironheart or not
the most important thing is that Iron Man will soon be a woman
